I’ve stayed for 2 weeks in November with my partner. The room achieved all expectations. The size of the room was enough for 2 persons. The bathroom was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was always super tasty and you could choose between tea and coffee and fresh orange juice. The owner of the property was very helpful and always welcoming.

Could be more directions or signs how to get to the riad. In our room the window was facing the street which was quite busy especially with motorcycles that can bother a bit, but with time you can get used to it.

We had an great experience at Riad Papadou! The accommodation manager arranged our airport transfer and even personally waited to pick us up from the taxi, which was very thoughtful. Throughout our stay, he was helpful, and attentive. The hotel is clean, cozy, and perfectly captures the charm of Marrakech. We felt comfortable and welcome here. The location is great, with all the main attractions easily accessible. We also ordered breakfast, which was fine, although it could have been a bit more varied. I recommend this riad to anyone looking for a peaceful place with great service in the heart of Marrakech.

We opted for breakfast, which cost €5 per person. While it was tasty, we felt it could have been more imaginative, with a greater variety of options.

Everything was great but unfortunately our door didn't lock from the outside but it locked from the inside for the evening so we weren't to concerned we did tell him, I think it was a genuine mistake that it was broken we told him, and he didn't look like he knew, so hopefully it is fixed for the next person to visit, apart from that we cannot fault it. was a brilliant place to stay we would re visit

We were grateful for the host to meet us close to the hotel, it would have been difficult to find it. The bed was clean and comfy. But I wouldn´t want to stay more than one night.

The water pressure was so low that it was barely possible to wash teeth with it, so for ladies washing hair mission impossible. There was no glass window, only wooden shutters so it was a bit loud from the street at times but it is often the case with riads. The bathroom door was difficult to close.

Great atmosphere in the Riad. Lovely decoration in the room and great rooftop terrace. Clean and comfortable throughout. Host was super friendly and attentive. Amazing location.

Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure but only came out of a narrow area of the shower head so a bit of an issue for my friend with long thick hair. Not an issue for me though. In no way spoiled the experience and it really is the only fault I can think of!!

The houskeeper was friendly, when we came he offered us with morrocan mint tea and some cookies. He helped us with taxi to go back to the airport, he printed the cards for us (10 dirhams) and when was late escorted us from town to the riad so we do not have to go alone. He speaks english, so we could communicate with him easy. The riad has a terrace on the roof which is open till midnight. Overall good value for money!

The welcome in the riad was fantastic: The man in charge for it was very helpful and kind, he answered to all our questions, he helped us to book excursions and gave us excellent advice on good restaurants. The breakfast was really good and plenty (tea, coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, msemmen, Arabic bread, eggs, butter and jams) The room was small, but very clean and there was everything we needed. The position of the Riad Is in a Little street, which Is good for rest without the noise of traffic.

We stayed in a couple of different places while in Morocco. Some were bigger or fancier (and more expensive), but we both agreed this one felt the most like we were staying in someone's home. We were greeted and served tea as we arrived, then showed to our room. Staff was warm and friendly. The room was clean and nice. You do have to walk a little bit - maybe a few minutes - to get to the riad, as cars can't quite get to where it is. On the positive side, you won't have cars outside your window. We really liked our stay here.

The accommodation is very well taken care of and clean, the rooms are compact and include everything neccessary for a comfortable stay. The hosts are also very helpful and friendly. As soon as we arrived we were served some Moroccan tea with their pastries and the manager instructed us about the possible excursions we can go on and later on also arranged one for us. The location is perfect - very close to the the centre parts of Medina, but at the same time in a quiet street. Thank you for the lovely stay! :)

Riad is lovely, and we enjoyed this experience. Rachid and Hussein were very helpful all the time. I had requested 2 rooms together but booking.com put us in separate floors. Rachid upgraded our room so we could be next door to each other. The bigger room was perfect, we wouldn't have fit in the budget room, and this made all the difference to our experience. They let us/helped us make our own tea! Great host, would recommend to all if you're looking for the old city local experience. Spa and taxis and a great cafe very near. Walking distance to Jemel Fena and Koutoubia.
