The staff made our visit amazing. Khaled and Abdul Atif were kind and thoughtful, and noticed when I was cold, and brought a heater. They always had time to help us understand more about Moroccan culture, and were both knowledgeable and proud of it. Their enthusiasm was contagious. The inner courtyard of the riad, and other public places were very beautiful. We had a fantastic and generous breakfast there every day. The room, with twin beds as I'd requested, was a bit small, and tired, and there was no heating. It didn't have a hairdryer, although one was available on request. The toiletries were not replaced when we'd used them, and tea was charged for. No water was left in the room. It all had a bit of a cost conscious feel, compared to the other riad we stayed in, which obviously wasn't the fault of the staff, but of the owner. It lacked that real feeling of hospitality that the team tried so hard to give. I had a hammam, and a massage, and whilst the woman was lovely, and good, both the hammam and the massage room were cold, which spoilt the experience a bit. It has the potential to be fabulous: it's in a great location, is very beautiful, and the staff are warm and friendly. A bit more attention to detail, maybe providing slippers for the hammam, and tea afterwards, and redecorating the room to add a little more comfort would make this a fabulous place to stay.

See above.

The Riad was very well decorate and generally very clean. Me and my partner visited Marrakech in January so the Riad was generally very quiet. There are sun beds on the rooftop as well as tables and a shaded area, perfect place to enjoy your breakfast or a place to relax. The rooftop included a pool which is always a plus in the summer. As we visited at peak of their winter, we didn’t use the pool but it looked generally clean. The staff were very accommodating, throughout our stay and made the stay very comfortable. At our initial arrival, We were greeted by Khalid, who served us a Moroccan tea before giving us a tour of the Riad. Khalid was also very helpful in food recommendations and well as places to visit/ activities to do. The room had an air conditioning/ heating so very accommodating to all types of weather!

If you plan on travelling in their winter period, bring some warm clothes! The roof was opened during our stay which made breakfast a little cold. The Riad did try to warm up the room we were sat in for breakfast but also good to have extra warm clothes!

We had a fantastic stay at Riad Nasreen. It is truly an oasis of tranquility in the heart of the Medina. The staff is extremely dedicated and professional – special mention to Khalid, who always has a smile on his face. The team also helped us with our airport transfer, and our rooms were cleaned daily. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which featured a variety of delicious Moroccan breads and cakes each day. It was our first time staying at a riad, and the highlight for us was being able to relax on the beautiful terrace. We can honestly recommend this lovely riad.

I can not recommend this Riad enough. It has a central location that is easy to get everywhere you want to go, with a beautiful interior. But what made this our favourite place to stay in Morocco (we stayed in 3 different places during our trip) was the staff. They were the friendliest people we have come across. They genuinely cared and were interested in your day. Nothing was too much trouble and when you returned of an evening you felt like you were ‘going home.’ If we went back to Marrakech, we would only stay in this Riad. Thank you Khalid and team for an absolutely perfect stay.

Nothing.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Nasreen. I really loved the location - it was in the medina, but only 2 min from a corner where you could catch a cab or orient yourself. We went both north and south for various activities. It felt central, but not chaotic. The staff displayed the typical wonderful Moroccan hospitality and everyone did their absolute best to make our stay wonderful

We stayed during Easter, so the price for our room was much higher than usual. I would consider this a lovely mid-range stay, but we paid on the higher end.

The building is beautiful and the staff were exceptionally helpful - Khalid and Habib looked after us wonderfully, making sure all our needs were met. The rooms were comfortable and cool even in 42 degree heat. It's right on the edge of the souks and has easy access to the main sites, but is also easy to get to by car so you don't have to drag your bag through miles of alleyways. I really recommend using their Hammam too.

We liked the pool but it's smaller than it looks in photos - more like a big hot tub but cool.

The Riad was fantastic , far better than a hotel. The location was amazing, within the Medina (old city) walls, and close to the central attractions, but not too far from a taxi drop off point (cars can't get to all parts of the Medina). The interior of the riad was not only beautiful & peaceful but it smelled amazing and was a pleasure to stay in. The staff were incredible and made you feel so comfortable , they were friendly, helpful and flexible with any requests. The rooftop terrace gave the opportunity to relax & unwind after a day in the souks.

Riad Nasreen was the perfect base for us to explore everything that Marrakech had to offer. The Riad was very charming and peaceful, alongside being exceptionally clean. The breakfast was lovely and traditional, a welcomed experience first thing in the morning. The highlight of the stay were certainly all the staff, who always went out of their way to ensure that our stay was perfect. They were always super attentive and provided great tips/guidance, which was much appreciated. Thank you for having us!

The pool was not in use.

Staff were wonderful and very welcoming, answered all our questions, made us feel truly at home. Shoutout to Khaled on night staff! The riad itself is beautiful with three lovely kittens, spacious room, very clean. Breakfast included, a nice terrace for sunbathing, and there is a hammam in the riad itself. Located in the heart of the medina, close to the souks. It is down a few narrow allies, but as long as you stay covered and don't go out too late at night you should be fine. We were two females and felt very safe there. Couldn't recommend Riad Nasreen enough! Thank you :)

The staff were excellent, always there to help. I required a doctor and they arranged this for me with no trouble. They were exceptionally friendly. The room was very clean. We were very well cared for.

I did feel like the room was very over priced. The facilities and the raid were beautiful but our room was pretty basic for the price. it was on the lower level and quite noisy, other guest would be having breakfast outside our bedroom window and it didn’t feel very private. I asked if we could upgrade and be upstairs but this didn’t seem possible. I wasn't keen on the breakfast as it mainly consisted of sweets.
