If you are an English speaker and is your first time in Morocco I highly recommend this place as the host speaks perfect English and is very helpful in facilitating needs. We have been in Morocco for a month and I tell you is a bit hard to get by on limited French and Arabic, so this spot takes the win to feel at ease. The Riad is clean and really had a nice ambience, only about 5 minute walk from the center and everything is near; laundry service, money exchange, restaurants, etc.

No complaints really.

This is a lovely gem of a riad - not flashy or uber cool, just lovely, completely Marrakshi, quiet, with wonderful kind friendly hosts, delicious breakfast to set you up for a day's exploring, it's set a bit back from the hectic souk alleys, so it's convenient yet quiet (if you can't handle the 5.0am call to prayer, don't come to Morocco!) - I absolutely loved staying here, I'm already trying to think of an excuse to go back soon, the only reason I wouldn't stay here is if they were completely booked out and couldn't take me. EXCELLENT value for money, especially if you haven't been to Marrakech before, or you go very often and you need somewhere reasonable.

Literally the only improvement would have been if I could have stayed longer!

The location was great, everything is around, at walking distance. The staff is very kind and always helpful, I think this is what I liked the most. The breakfast was ok, but not that varied. Overall, it was ok. Thank you for your hospitality!

The toilet drove us crazy. After you flush once, you have to wait for many minutes to have the possibility to flush the second time. The smell in the room was quite odd, it took me the first night to get used to it. For a short stay it was ok…

We had an amazing stay at Riad Radia. The place was incredibly clean and the room services were top-notch. The ambiance of the riad was serene and peaceful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The highlight of our stay, however, was the impeccable hospitality of Adil. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Adil was one of the best hosts I have ever encountered, always ready to help with a smile on his face. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend staying at Riad Radia.

Very friendly staff and hosts

Our stay at Riad Radia was brilliant - the interior was very pretty, everywhere was clean and comfy, couldn't really have asked for anything more. Breakfast was made fresh at whatever time we asked for and the riad's house-keeper Houda was lovely. We felt safe and comfortable there - it was like a safe haven amidst the chaos and stress of the souks and square. Also have to mention the very nice Abdil who arranged the airport taxi and escorted us through the Medina to the Riad. A wonderful stay.

The only few negatives (which didn't affect our experience at all) was just that when people in other rooms or areas of the riad were talking or on the phone we could hear everything - but it was quiet at night so didn't affect sleeping. And the other thing was just that the WiFi signal was not very strong - but perfectly good enough for just checking messages. (Because we didn't buy a Moroccan SIM card, the only way we could communicate with our family was by WiFi).

The Riad is beautiful, in a perfect location and the owners are very nice and friendly.

You hear everything from the other rooms. Not really the owner’s fault since it is also the beauty of a Riad but just to mention that guests should be mindful about the noise they make.

The Riad was amazing. We were welcomed by Adil who informed us about everything regarding the city of Marrakesh and was very helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. The Riad has an amazing rooftop terrace where you can sit and enjoy the great weather. You can reach the most important places in the town and explore the medina by foot.

The only thing I could think of would be the shower that would change between hot and cold and therefore make the morning shower a bit challenging. But aside from the nothing.

Being served with their traditional tea upon arrival. We were walking distance from the market. Breakfast times could be moved to suit our travels. We had an amazing time.

Language barrier. But nothing a translator app could not fix. We really enjoyed the stay. The Taxi can't take you close to the Riad after 12:00 but it wasn't so bad walking the 8 minutes.

It’s a great place, everyone is very welcoming. The room is big, the terrace is beautiful. But above all the location: right in the Medina but in a small alley where is super quiet! Very easy to reach on foot, and super convenient for first timers in Marrakech. Breakfast is simple but good.

The room smells since it has no ventilation, it’s the only thing that could be improved.
