Nice location on the corner of the medina. Everything was within reach. The riad has no dedicated parking lots, but you can either squeeze your car into a narrow alley between the buildings or find yourself a place along the streets which seems possible. The lobby and room interior look interesting, also the riad has a terrace upstairs. Breakfast was good, it included some local dishes, too. The riad staff was friendly and helpful. We requested an iron and got it within a few minutes. They also put water to our room everyday.

The only thing affected our stay was noise. The lobby has a nice echoing effect, so anyone sitting and talking there or just checking in feels like talking in your room. A nearby mosque is also heard very loud and clear. Some power sockets turned off after turning off the light in the room which was unexpected. Also keep in mind that at least not every room has windows.

Lovely staff. Fabulous welcome drink and biscuits. Greaf roof top space....I did yoga there. Beautiful decor throughout.. Very spacious room. Breakfast slightly more varied than some, buffet style. Cool concept store round the corner....worth a look.... Le 17 Ocean. I'd definitely return. Rabat is lovely too. Lots to explore. Still work in progress, but an impressive city. 15 minute walk to ocean for a morning swim. Quiet nice area. 24hr reception.

Ladies arriving at midnight, then chatting loudly for an hour keeping everyone awake. You hear other people, as it's all internal rooms.

Super-nice staff. I arrived early after 12pm but Miriem offered me the Moroccan tee and allowed me to check in early - much apprecaited! Located in a central but quiet area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The whole Ryad is elegantly decorated, staying there has been a very pleasant experience.

After checkout I asked to arrange a Taxi to take me to Rabat ville. A short distance actually but I was charged 100 DH!! Of course it's not the fault of the Ryad; I've just learned a lesson that I should have asked the price in advance.

We loved this beautiful riad. We stayed in one of the family rooms. It was a huge room, with a good airconditioner, nice sitting area, good showers, 2 toilets and good beds. The staff were all very nice. The rooms were clean and on top of that, there was a nice rooftop, with a sitting area, and a place for some sunbathing As a cherry on the cake, there’s streaming television with channels from all over the world. I got to enjoy the Olympics 24, with programs from my home country. The breakfast was good and solid. This stay was our favourite of places during our holiday in Morocco.

This place left nothing left to wish for.

We loved staying at this beautiful authentic Riad. We were all very impressed with Rabat being such a neat and beautiful city. Hala was a wonderful host who takes care of everything. We especially loved the arrival tea and biscuits which was a lovely surprise. The deco in the room was very nice and the bed comfortable. Good shower. There was a kettle for tea but no fridge in the room. It’s walking distance to the Medina and Kasbah. Breakfast was good and had a small variety which included fruit and eggs. I wound not hesitate to recommend this beautiful Riad to anyone.

Our room was large and on the ground floor. The only negative was there was no window to open for ventilation and our room had no Aircon (only a fan which was very noisy to sleep with) Our friends room was opposite ours and they had a Aircon so all good.

The most accommodating host ever! Loved the family room we stayed in . We actually checked out other rooms. Both are super appropriate for families or couples who appreciate more room. Both rooms are set up especially for families or 4- 5 quests. The family room has a dining table, 2 separate bedrooms a large wet room type bathroom and a smaller half bathroom. Breakfast is set up as a mixture of buffet and fresh made fluffy pancakes. It was very good. The location was perfect for us. 1/2 block to the Medina area and a block to a very nice boardwalk with seafood restaurants. The area is very clean and well landscaped. Beautiful. I would recommend.

The location of this riad was great - very close to the medina. There was a lovely cafe and shop very close by. The people who work there are helpful - we actually stayed at this place twice and they were willing to store our extra luggage for a small fee in between. They also were able to book a taxi for us. The breakfast is wonderful - and they had the best coffee of any place we stayed in Morocco. A great thing about this room is the large bathroom, which has plenty of space for luggage.

This room was a good size though we did not like it quite as much as the second room we stayed in - it lacked light. We had to time our showers - if we took one right after the other, there was not enough water for the second person and it was hard to keep the toilet from getting wet.

Staff was certainly quite proactive and paid attention to the small details. Shout out to Meriem for organizing as well as the receptionists for handling the breakfast and all our needs. Breakfast was decent and well organized. Room was also clean and well stocked with water and a kettle. Overall, it was a great stay and right beside the Medina.

Nothing really. The only thing is having help available for bringing up luggage for those with a lot of it.

Very nice Riad within a few minutes walk from the Medina. The staff was very hospitable and met all of our requests. They printed a map of the city with places marked to visit. There was water (which we missed in other places) and tea arrangements in the rooms as well as Moroccan black soap in the bathrooms. The traditional Moroccan breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of fruit spreads., breads, and fruits. They brought out fresh hot bread for each member of our family after they sat down to eat.

From the moment you walk in to this gorgeous Riad, you are made to feel like you are at home. I appreciated the warm welcome with a mint tea while they check you in. The room is quaint and extremely comfortable. We loved the decor, the breakfast, and the terrace. The location is perfect and walking distance to the Kasbah and Medina.

The bathroom is beautifully decorated and you have everything you need, however the water leaked outside the shower and I had to spend time wiping the floors to avoid slipping. Still, I loved booking this Riad and would stay here again!
