Suman, the manager, was super kind and provided us with info about the Nepali New Year. He accompanied and helped to get some medication and got us yoghurt for breakfast on request. Nice warm shower. Also, the location and the rooftop are brilliant. All sights are within walking distance. It was so nice to stay at Bakthapur for a few days. I don't understand why most people choose to visit it on a daytrip only.

We had a lovely spacious room at the front, but it was a bit too noisy to our taste. However, changing to a room at the back was no problem (only a bit smaller).

Great location and super friendly staff. Rooftop breakfasts were great - views of the Old Town and surrounding hills are amazing from up there. Our room was spacious and en-suite bathroom had shower over bath and lots of hot water!

All fine. The new young manager and his wife have recently taken over and are keen to make improvements. It needs a coat of paint and general refreshment, but meanwhile it is good value anyway.

The staff are the nicest and friendliest! They went above and beyond which made my stay really enjoyable, really appreciate it ☺️ Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a beautiful location, just off Durbar squarre, but in a side street, so it's quiet. The owners and staff are very pleasant and hospitable. Breakfast was excellent on the terrace overlooking the old town. The room was clean and well furnished, beds comfortable, hot water running, wifi was sufficient.

Great, central location, an easy walk totemples and squares. Easily accessible by taxi from Kathmandu. Warm welcome from staff. Comfortable ensuite room with western toilet.

Shower was hot and good but fiddly to use.

The staff is incredible helpful and nice, always ready to give advice and help. Breakfast on the roof top is grate and the view amazing. I strongly recommend this new hotel just next to Durbar square

Everything was perfect. Missing just some Nepali decorations as frame, art craft , painting etc...

The location of the hotel is superb. The room was clean and food was delicious . The staffs were very helpful and friendly. Ajay, Punam, Dipesh and Anjaan, thank you very much for your fantastic hospitality.

A warm welcome from the owner of the Hotel ready to answer any questions or request as well as improving what would be representing an added value for the guests. Welll located (few walking minutes from the heart of the old city) the top floor is providing a nice 360 degrees view.
