Brand new hotel in the heart of Kathmandu, rooms modern and spacious, views on high floors are stunning, rooftop swimming pool is amazing with good food and even sushi in the bar. Enjoyed our 5 days stay there while working in Kathmandu. Breakfast menu is very vast, with live flute and very attentive personnel. Thank you for everything and would love to stay again!

You can’t open any window in the room, but that’s because of high floor probably - I am fresh air lover but for others it’s not really a minus as air condition works just perfect!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Kathmandu, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The energy of the entire hotel felt radiant and uplifting — light, bright, and deeply welcoming. Every member of the staff was kind and attentive, creating an atmosphere of warmth and care. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast — without a doubt, the best in Kathmandu. I was graciously greeted each morning by Chef Machindra, Executive Chef Sushmit, Rabin, and Babu, who went out of their way to encourage me to try new dishes I might not have chosen myself. Every dish was a delight to the palate and a testament to the culinary passion and professionalism of the team. In fact, based on my wonderful experience in Kathmandu, I chose to book my next stay at the Hilton in Bangkok. While perfectly adequate, it simply did not compare to the outstanding hospitality, food, and vibrant energy I experienced at Hilton Kathmandu. My heartfelt thanks to the entire team — you’ve set a new standard for excellence.

1. I was really impressed with the hotel staff.. Everybody would greet you nicely and try to help as much as possible. The hotel was also well located, and most places can be accessed by cab.. 2. The swimming pool and restaurant have a nice view. 3. I liked the breakfast spread. Also the flute players were very good. 4. The room was nice and clean.

1. Nothing major as such. Although I think the food price at the hotel was higher than equivalent places in Nepal. Not saying it is very expensive, but one can find much better value at other high end restaurant.

He even arranged for a delicious Nepali meal tailored for my kids, helping them explore the local cuisine in a fun and memorable way — a gesture we deeply appreciated. What touched us even more was Hilton’s commitment to inclusivity. It was inspiring to see the hotel fostering opportunities for staff with limitations such as hearing or speech impairments, creating a workplace that is both diverse and empowering. The hotel itself is brand new, with all facilities featuring the latest technology and elegant design. The spa truly felt like heaven on earth — a serene, luxurious escape. And the rooftop pool, with its breathtaking views over the city, the mountains, and unforgettable sunsets, was simply magical. Hilton Kathmandu is a perfect blend of heartfelt hospitality, modern luxury, and inspiring values. We can’t wait to return!

Whether it was making sure I tried everything on the menu, leaving me little treats or simply checking in to ensure I was comfortable, your care did not go unnoticed. This stay has been a blend of comfort, culinary delight and heartfelt hospitality. The staff exceeded my expectations when it comes to excellent customer services - from the welcoming, to accommodating every need, ensuring I have a taxi when I need, upgrading my room, the late night food when all restaurants are closed, \ having my orders delivered to the reception, providing daily chocolate with kind messages, trainer at the gym - everything was really very meticulously taken care of. Location was great, and the room was amazing!

I wanted to book a second room for a friend - and I had hoped to get a better rate (one for regulars and customers) but the receptionist could not support on that - which is understandable, but I had hope as a Hiltons Honors they would be able to support on this.

Clean and comfortable bed, the pillows were amazing. The room has everything you need, including charging station. Toiletries are included. Good shower and bathtub. Mini bar is free unless requiring refill. Which is great value. Great breakfast! So many options to choose from and the some of the best croissants I’ve ever had. Great spa and gym. Service was excellent. Room service is affordable and delicious.

Tricky to figure out the TV and how to use Netflix. Would be great if this was more user friendly. Thankfully I had my iPad so it was not required.

Everything was amazing. We had such a warm welcome from the staff, the room was clean and modern with a great view. The bar and pool area on the rooftop was lovely with a great view as well. Large variety of food at breakfast. Great gym with a view. We walked to many places from the hotel, so location was great. Would definitely return and recommend the Hilton.

It's really difficult to fault this hotel. The only thing I can think of is that it was quite hot in the gym when we went the one time in the morning with the sun shining in, so to maybe look at trying to improve the aircon there to keep the gym cool.
