The location of the hotel was perfect - central but away from the main tourist areas. The room had a nice view and was very big. The internet was fast and overall it was a good place to work. Also, the staff was very friendly and efficient, eager to help anytime with anything. The food at the restaurant was tasty too, I highly recommend eating there!

The soundproofing wasn't great hence much of my comfort depended on the consideration of other guests. The hotel would defnitely benefit from additional door noise insulation.

very happy to have found this wonderful hotel in a quiet residential area just east of thamel. the staff is fantastic. the breakfast is very high quality. AC/heat unit worked well. wifi is fast and reliable. hot water is consistent with great pressure. room was perfectly clean. nice bed with good linens. i ended up extending my stay here for the entire time i was in nepal. try the mixed thukpa and khaja set in their restaurant, i had the thukpa three or four times, it was sooo good.

nestled behind a couple of car dealerships, there's not much immediately nearby. it's about a 10-12 minute walk from thamel. i enjoyed the walk and it's easy to get a taxi if you prefer.

This hotel is centrally located, thats the best part. Staff is super good and takes care of you like family. Would visit again and will recommend as well. It is located inside a lane after the kia showroom, this might make it a little difficult to find the first time but then you will get used to it. Walking distance from Thamel and major casinos and 5 mins ride to LOD.

All ok, just that there could be more boards which can lead to the hotel the first time as the taxi driver also was not sure.

A very good hotel. Highly recommended. Modern. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. Our room was large and the bathroom modern and clean.with an exceptional staff: Especially the service guy and girl were charming, and willing to answer any problem.The price is unbeatable. We liked it very much.The area is very quiet indeed, and in such a chaotic, noisy and overwhelming city the place was a wonderful oasis and respite.

On the first day we were a little disappointed that it seemed far from the centre. But the following days we realised that this was not the case. It was close to everything, and in a much quieter area than Thamel and with more select establishments. We ended up really appreciating its location. To say the least, the breakfast included, if you stay many days, as we did, can get a bit repetitive, but it was good and hearty. The small unpaved road, which gets muddy in the rain, should be repaired.

Very generously sized room and very clean.

Absolutely no noise insulation. Was underneath the rooftop sitting area, and from 7am sounded like there were a herd of elephants practising ballet above us.

Even if we managed (by doing a lot of noise) to enter, the hotel was closed quite early (around 23.00) and as the guard was sleeping, it was not very convenient

Excellent value for money, nice comfortable rooms, spacious bathroom, every floor has a terrace and there's a rooftop with great view of the mountains. Staff is very nice and helpful. Is very well located in a quiet and calm area, just a short walk or a minutes ride to Thamel. Definitely recommend.

Spaces and storage are great. lovely polite staffs, food and service was great too. I throughly enjoyed my stay, thank you for the lovely hospitality.

There was no milk at the brew station, something that need to look at. Towel that has changed next day wasn’t good enough. looked clean but smell was unpleasant when use.
