The newly renovated hotel offers a variety of facilities. I am particularly impressed by the staff due to my numerous interactions with them, including their ability to arrange a last-minute day tour for six people.

As a light sleeper, I wake up every morning around six o'clock due to the doors of other rooms in the hotel shutting automatically. I can also hear faint sounds of chairs being dragged or other light knocks in my room, but I suppose it has something to do with the building's structure. The walls are quite soundproof since I don't hear anyone speaking through them, but when it comes to vibrations, the situation isn’t ideal.

I stayed with my family at the Dusit for nine days. We had a really good stay, the room was spacious and the bed large, we had a small balcony which we enjoyed using and the room had a great view. The room was good value for money especially compared to other hotels of a similar quality. The staff were all really good from check in, to wait staff, but the stand out staff member was the guy who does the laundry. I have never had hotel laundry come back ahead of schedule! I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay at the Dusit again.

The coffee shop and the breakfast were really good at the hotel but the dinner options were not quite as good.

The variety and quality of the breakfast items, including the coffee, was superb The gym equipment was of a high standard (excellent treadmills for running), well maintained, and a good variety of weights The rooms were quiet and comfortable The shower had great water pressure and temperature The staff were exceptional, maybe the best I've had at any hotel in the world

The location is not central to the tourist area. To access all of the restaurants in Thamel, it's a 2km walk with a couple of tricky road crossings. I didn't mind this as I'm used to crossing these types of roads but my friend was terrified.

The quiet location, and with reasonably clean air to breath, just thirty minutes walk away from the Durbar Square and other downtown attractions is exceptional for Kathmandu. The rooms are clean and spacious, excellent breakfast and friendliest staff I’ve ever seen. Fast internet, lobby with a lot of sitting room, and a rooftop bar&swimming pool as a cherry on top.

Everything was excellent.

Breakfast was spectacular, there were many options to choose from and the staff were more than helpful when it came to coffee or food orders from the kitchen. In general, the staff made sure we had a pleasant stay and helped us with whatever requests we had. Very relaxing rooms and the pool bar was a nice spot to relax as well.

The spa only does massages, that was a little disappointing as I wanted to get facials and other things done there as well. We ended up crossing the road to the spa at the Radisson.

This is absolutely a wonderful place to stay. The food is wonderful, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the staff are super friendly and helpful! It is not that much more expensive than other good hotels, but is absolutely worth it!

Wish i could have stayed another night!

Beautiful stay at Dusit Princess. Great service from check in until check out. We did not have breakfast included in our stay but there are some restaurants on site and they had amazing food. Great views of the city from the rooftop restaurant and pool. Will definitely stay here again or any other international Dusit

The steam room was out of service when we stayed but it was only a minor inconvenience. Our stay was otherwise great

Very comfortable, luxury stay. Nice staff, very friendly and responsive. Very comfy room with huge bed. Approx. 20min walking distance from the busy area of Kathmandu. The elevators could be a bit faster, but I would definitely return and stay here again! Highly recommended
