Flexibility: hotel staff provided me with unoccupied room for me to perform my prayer whilst waiting for my trip to the airport at night after checking out during the day which I'm very grateful for. Warmth: staff helped me order food online since I don't have the app but too tired to go out late at night. Room and facilities are simple, bed is comfy. Location: A short 10 to 15 minutes walk to arrive on the outer side of Thamel.

Wish housekeeping is done everyday. Internet connection gets weaker near the window where it's farther away from the modem. TV relies on internet connection, and not always accessible. Not that I don't like, just points to note for.

I appreciate the property by many prospects. I mean that was safe, silent, enjoyable, cultural, proximity to commercial centers etc etc. Everything was superb.

Only taste of the food at the property. I usually ate outside.

Actually,I prefer their behaviour as well as food quality,however,their room and outside view was so amazing.

Rooms were good and cleanliness was maintained Staff were very attentive and made sure all our needs were fulfilled Anirudra and Pashupati, front desk officers are amazing and really made us feel home with warm welcome and hospitality Definitely recommend it and will stay here again on my next trip

Location is very convenient for tourists as it's close to thamel, staff are very friendly, absolutely neat and tidy rooms, value for money. I highly recommend this stay..

Small restaurant inside of the hotel with good service and delicious food, room was nice and clean.

Everything was perfect - the room, the staff, the food. The hotel is close to Thamel, but still in a quiet spot, which was exactly what I needed. The staff is exceptionally caring and friendly! I would definitely go there again next time. :-)

The highlight of Hotel Lapha are its staff. Amazing, very cordial people. They let me check-in much sooner because I arrived in Kathmandu at a crazy morning time and even opened the gate late at night after my time in Thamel. Only 10min walk away from Thamel, it's located in a quiet area so you get proper rest but are just a skip away from the party scene. The room is comfortable with amenities. And of course, the staff are really sweet people. Highly recommend, would always go back!

The sockets are not suitable for European plugs. The adapters they have are awful, I could hardly charge my phone just a bit
