The breakfast was very good, there was variety and I could therefore choose the dishes I am more used to and try those and I am not used to. The location was very good as it was near the centre, where I was having meetings. it was also a walking distance from the central market where I shopped for souvenirs.

There wasn't much I did not like. The only thing lacking was a garden, which you cannot do much about, since there is no room for expansion.

Everything including the level of respect and ecosystem of the hotel. Everyone was really helpful and amazing . Staffs were too cooperative and with a positive energy. Anil Giri was very helpful even at late night and cooperated me with the best possible resource.

Nothing as such. Everything was perfect . I promise to myself that I will have the same LANDMARK in every stay in Kathmandu and I will suggest the good people about it.

Location and restaurant food was very good

Bathroom, was getting bad smell , cleaning needs to be improved , they need to renovate the bathroom, it looks old , also carpet in the room is dirty ,

Landmark Kathmandu is a well valued for money. Staff were very friendly and I had made request for early check in and they did manage this for me in short notice. I find the location very handy for pubs, shopping and visiting Kathmandu tourist destinations. I would recommend for anyone. Their restaurant food was amazing.🤩

Liked the rooms which were spacious & clean. Breakfast was also good.

One lady Staff at reception was not fully aware of the around things and also not felt comfortable to cooperate. Thanks to the Manager who intervened and help us to get a taxi for a day tour. Taxi for Balaju Bus stand we hired from Hotel was too expensive!

The Landmark is close to many of the " must see" sights in Kathmandu. The staff are professional and courteous and responsive to are requests for taxis, information, etc.

The staff are incredibly helpful and well organised. Every request was dealt with promptly and well. The chef is actually outstanding. Normally I don't eat in a hotel restaurant, but the food was exceptionally well-prepared and the dining room staff gave incredible service, especially the restaurant manager, Milan. No request was too much trouble and he went out of his way to make the dining experience exceptional. Reception staff were likewise quick to attend to any request and solve any problem. The hotel security were always welcoming and made the hotel seem like a haven in Kathmandu. The aircon works particularly well and is quiet and does not disturb sleep (I am a very light sleeper). The best was likewise very comfortable. The fridge in the room was likewise the quietest I have ever experienced in any hotel around the world. Nice strong water pressure in the shower. The views of Kathmandu are great as well. A great oasis in a bustling city.

Everything was superb. Polite staff, friendly owner. Located in the heart of the City. Thamel is just 5 minutes walking. The durbar mall is right infront of the property. Restaurants, Cassino, Cafe all are just 5 minutes away. Food is good and tasty. Was fully satisfied with the property. A good budget friendly hotel. Would definitely visit it again 😃

Few suggestions 😀 The deluxe room could have a slightly bigger bed. And the last order for the day is at 9 pm which is too early for dinner.

The staffs were the best kind of people, they helped us through out the trip regardless of the business. They were all so nice. Breakfast was also tasty. They organised everything to make sure we are at comfort, definitely coming back again.

The hotel is a bit old, everything is old up, and it has that smell of oldness.

Near the Tamil shopping center, clean rooms , very good breakfast, and friendly staff.

The water on the bathroom was yellowish. I don’t know what was the reason. I informed the staff to fix the issue.
