Good location in Thamel and quiet at night as the rooms are in a courtyard and not facing the street. Easy check in. Friendly staff who can speak English fluently and they helped me carry my heavy suitcase. The food served on the rooftop was actually nice, particularly the breakfast which was probably the best I've had during my trip in Nepal. Good value for money, wifi was reliable although a bit slow at times.

When I entered my room, there was an awful smell of cigarette all over the curtains, pillows and bedsheets. I went out for dinner and turned on the AC but when I came back the smell was still lingering...it was really unpleasant. The cleaning staff did not empty the trash bin which had several cigarette butts and some runny liquid. Guests should not be allowed to smoke in the rooms. After I complained about this, they put me in a different room the next day which was much better.

We loved the staff. The breakfast was great and up on a beautifully peaceful rooftop dining area. The building was nice and we felt very welcome. Our stay included water bottles as well. The wifi was great and the location was perfect. Outside, there were so many shops and good restaurants down cute alleys. I would stay here again. We also took advantage of the airport pick up. They were right on time and organized.

We had a little trouble sleeping because of the pillows. Not a big deal.

Very good service, smooth check in. The receptionist helped me book a cab on departure and the manager helped make some calls. The room is simple and very basic, but comfortable and quiet. There were unfortunately noisy neighbours on the first night but both the receptionist and the manager took care of that on the spot.

This is a wonderful hotel! Friendly staff! Ram Krishna is a master of his business, a professional CEO, it's nice to see how skillfully he does everything! Subash, an administrative employee, is always attentive to small details, ready to help, does it with pleasure and a sincere smile)! Chef Pramod with love for business and, obviously, for those to whom he cooks, makes delicious dishes! The breakfasts are quite large and fresh. And in general, breakfast, lunch, dinner on the roof of the hotel is an additional pleasure)! And in general, the staff team, assistant chef, cleaners, administrative staff are nice and funny people)! The hotel enjoys a great location in Thamel district.

Very friendly stuff. The hotel has a nice roof terrace with a Restaurant. Breakfast is included in the room price. In the night it was more or less quiet.You are in Thamel.

All the staffs were friendly and polite. The breakfast was very good! Downstair is a very good Japanese restaurant I recommend it! The location was unbeatable.

The toilet bowl was dirty there’s a cigarette 🚬 in it when I checked in. The room was very dusty I know it’s dusty in Thamel but they have should cleaned it once before I came.

Located in the tourist area, you are close to many good places to eat and shop. The hotel itself is clean and well kept, the staff helpful, with the rooms situated away from the main road. The stand out points were the good breakfast and great value for the location.

It wasn’t an issue to me but the entrance to the property was up two flights of stairs, with some of their rooms up even more stairs.

Location is ideal. Very close to Thamel . Quiet enough, great rooftop for the breakfast. Rooms are clean and simple but comfy. Great shower pressure. Staff was super helpful with everything !

The breakfast is wonderful, it is the best thing of this hotel, in a nice terrace. The location is very good in Thamel area near to main places. The staff is very kind. The room is good. I was very comfortable here and i would back here again. I recommend you to stay in this hotel.

Nothing to say here, but as recommendations for improve: lift, AC, more efficient hot water in WC.
