Hotel Nepal Bhumi is the best hotel I've stayed at in 2 months of travelling in India and Nepal. Everything about this hotel is excellent. It is in the perfect location in Thamel, close to everything but still quiet at night. The room and bathroom was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly and was quiet. The shower was hot and there was a desk, chair and very generous storage space. The owner Uttam, and his staff were very professional and friendly and went out of their way to help me. Uttam, the owner, organised flights and transport for me to Lukla for the start of the Everest Base Camp trek. Also, I was able to store excess luggage at the hotel while I was away trekking. I recommend Hotel Nepal Bhumi to anyone coming to Kathmandu.

The staff was so polite and the location is just in the market you can easily get what you want to buy basically this is located in the centre of market apart from this most important thing is washrooms and the rooms are so clean and hygienic so this is a total recommended from my end . 👍

The location is excellent, Mr. Uttam the owner is a helpful jovial person willing to help The staff were all good natured and helpful.

The rooms and bath are not too excellent. But fairly OK for a budget friendly hotel. No restaurant facility. The rooms are very scantily lit because of the location and houses nearby.

we stayed at this hotel twice during our stay in nepal - the location is really good right, right in central thamal, the rooms were spacious and we were provided with bottled water, there was heating and AC in the room, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very substantial, the place was good value for money we felt, the staff also allowed us to leave our luggage on the day of checkout and to return to use their shower which we thought was really kind and showed very good hospitality. we would really recommend this hotel!

the shower was a little low on pressure and not very hot, but that is to be expected for the area it is in and did not impact the quality of our stay in any way - we would not hesitate to come back again

The rooms are big and the beds are great, the people are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but good.

I had to change rooms because of cockroaches in the room, first only dead ones later also alive ones. But I got another room immediately.

Best location and staffs are very friendly and have hospitality. Room cleanliness is also OK. Taxi is always waiting in front of the hotel.
