The entire stay was wonderful, the staff was very helpful without seeming pushy. we were waiting in the lobby and the staff came with fresh juice. which is very refreshing. a special thanks to Sushmita who really made us feel welcome.

Beautifully set out and comfortable rooms, and very helpful staff. There is a roof terrace where you can have drinks with a view of Swayambhunath temple too - there isn't a permanent bar there, so staff have to keep coming up to check on you, but they were very kind about letting me stay up there as long as I wanted even though it was clearly past the end of their shift. The price I paid was extremely reasonable for the quality of the hotel.

Some of the roads leading to the hotel are currently blocked off for construction, so my taxi couldn't initially work out how to get to the hotel.

The ambience and vibe of the place is lovely. The room very comfortable, although a bit on the small side. They provided nice extras like bathrobe which is not usual in Nepal. The staff were very friendly. The food at restaurant was good and fresh. The internet was excellent. I really liked the quite location yet super close to the central tourist area.

It is a new hotel so some of the staff were not as knowledgeable as they probably will be in future. The room was a wee bit too small for my liking. Aside from the restaurants there is not anywhere relaxing to sit outside of your own room.

Was my Second time here and will still come there, the best hotel in KTM Nepal. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They're always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well-equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Batu. Will be back to this place soon…!!!

The hotel location is close to everywhere, Comfortable hotel facilities. All the staff are very friendly, welcoming guest with warm and family attitude. Special thanks to Ashmita at the FO department who assisted us during the stay, arranged the sight seeing tour, pcr appointment at the hotel, specially when one of us need to see the doctor, Ashmita took actioned to arrange doctor's appointment. Ashmita's assistance was extraordinary.. excellence services!! Special thanks also to F&B team Ashmi and Mahendra for their excellent services, and Pradeep in concierge team for his help during our arrival at the hotel.

The room was comfortable and well appointed. The staff were really excellent accommodating some additional requests easily with a smile. The location is ideal - quiet and removed from the hubbub of Thamel tourist area yet super close by to get t everywhere needed. The restaurant was really good and delicious food and perfect morning chai!

Toiletries could have been a bit better, the bathroom was lacking some essentials. I know my way around but maybe a may for new visitors would be helpful

Kantipura Village Hotel is probably the best place to stay at KTM both in terms of the location (few mins walk to Thamel St) and overall ambience of the place. The hotel feels new and super clean with beautiful decorations / art display around. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and feel luxurious at this price with every facility you may need as a guest. The service is immaculate! The staff are very efficient, courteous and well trained and probably have the fastest room service I have experienced in Nepal. The food is very good both in terms of quality, taste and price. The manager Ms. Ashmita does a fantastic job in managing the guests and their needs and makes you feel very welcomed. Overall, a great experience & highly recommended place to stay. Thank you for your service.

The only minor downside is probably the approach road is bit narrow and vehicle cannot wait / park in front of hotel for too long. But this is probably true for all hotels in this area which have narrow roads.

The building is modern being built after the earrhquake with all the elements working properly. Despite being very close to Thames main touristic places, the hotel stands in a small área calle "village" which allow a very quite atmosphere yet within walking distance to all places. The staff and personell are really the top. Breakfast very good

Actually nothing really worth to mention. Just the socket of the plug are quite difficult to.use,, but this is probably something related to.Nepal plug in system

It felt so secluded from the busyness of Kathmandu. The rooms and hotel have a high quality finish that it feels very luxurious. The staff were very helpful, going out of their way to make sure you are looked after. Special thank you to Mukund Aryal and Ashmita at reception. The breakfast included was really good too and you can get espresso coffee for a small extra. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more.
