genuinely loved my experience in this hostel. i stayed here for over three weeks, both in the shared and a private room, and would recommend both! the rooms are very clean and the beds very spacious, and the private room has a beautiful balcony with a lake view. the price is super fair too, and the staff is wonderful - ashok did an amazing job assisting me and a friend i made at the hostel when our flights got cancelled due to the weather, calling the airline to get information and making sure we get refunds and the next possible flight! overall, i felt incredibly safe and comfortable and can’t wait to come back the next time im in pokhara.

My stay was really good. The people that run the place are very professional, friendly and always very helpful with their recommendations. I have booked a trekking with them as well as they know these mountains inside out and aI feel very safe. They make nice food at the bar. I only stayed in private rooms. The rooms are cozy and well insulated. Powerful hot shower and comfortable mattress. They have a fan. The rooms at the back are quieter while the ones at the front have a gorgeous view towards the lake but they can get a bit noisy during the day but quite at night so I didn't have any issue falling asleep. I ended up staying with them for all my stay in Pokhara. Highly recommended. Namaste and keep the great work

The 4-bed mixed dorm has a lake view and a pretty little balcony. The dorm beds have curtains, fans and sockets. Beds are comfy and rooms and toilets are clean. The private rooms with AC and lake view are amazing with a bit of a rustic Himalayan vibe. They also have their own balcony. Only downside is that you usually have to book them several days in advance because they are so popular. There is always hot water in the showers. Hotel has a nice common room in the third floor with hammock and couches and with a wonderful view to the lake. There is also a kitchen for guests to use. Pretty nice for making noodles for a snack or even preparing a bigger meal. The hotel does not have a restaurant. The staff is very helpful and will basically arrange you anything you will need in Pokhara. You can also leave your additional belongings here if you plan to go for a hike. This is more peaceful hostel compared to Kiwi and Pokhara Backpackers for example, so don't expect as social or party experience. Most of the partying happens in southern lakeside, and this hotel is in the northern lakeside.

Almost everything was great. I stayed in many different hostels and hotels, and this one is even better than many hotels in the area. I was happy to have hot shower any time of the day. Common room is also nice and spacious (although in the open air). They also have a kettle and a cafe downstairs where you can have some food and drinks. Beds in the dorms are very comfy and with lots of space. I found staff very nice and friendly, thank you. Location is very nice as well.

No common kitchen to prepare the food. I didn’t like noisy cleaning ladies, every morning they scream through the whole building (you can hear them even if they are on another floor). They also liked to open the door to the dorm and not to come in.

The stuffs are really cool and friendly. The view of common space is amazing and the bed is comfortable enough. Overall the ambiance was top notch. Worth it.

Loved the beds with little curtains. Loved the staff- they were SO nice, kind, and helpful. I Loved the location- its on the edge of likeside but that is exactly what I was after- close enough to a few nice places, walking distance but outside main part. Social space was great with hammock. Female dorm was nice, personal locker available, cleaned everyday. So greatful.

Not ideal if you have food intolerances, but there's safe food places very close by. The bathroom door was a bit noisy so difficult to be quiet. Very little to complain about, really liked it.

Everything! You must stay in this hotel if you are in Pokhara. The location by the lakeside is quiet and peaceful, plus some rooms and the common space have an amazing view of the lake. The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, best mattress to sleep on, nicely decorated, 24 hour hot shower, modern bathrooms. We stayed in private rooms but the dorm rooms looked really nice too with big bunk beds. Wifi works excellently too and you can easily work there. The highlight of this hotel though was the staff! A young team who were so hospitable, booking us our buses, taxis, cable car to sagarnot (MUST DO at sunrise) all at no extra cost. They were so friendly, especially Kushal and Ashok who gave us advice for our first trek. You can leave your luggage safely there in storage during your trek as long as you stay one night on your return, which I think is very fair. The breakfast was also delicious and affordable - we had avocado on toast, coffee and smoothie bowls and they were all yum.

The beds were comfy and the room was decorated nicely. We had a wonderful view of the lake.

There is no air conditioning so it is hot and a little sweaty. There is a fan though which was definitely needed. We stayed 3 nights and we would have appreciated the bathroom being attended to on the 3rd day. To clear the toilet bin and get rid of the excess water from the wet room.

great location and very friendly staff - always ready to help with any minor or major issues! was able to swap my dorm when i wasn't happy with it & samir was always super flexible with me changing my dates/adding nights. when some of my laundry went missing ashok tracked it down for me too. also om was a sweetheart and even took me to the tourist bus park on his scooter after i had several bad experiences with indrive drivers. the food is also rly good - the momos were freshly made and actually better than the momos in some of the restaurants nearby!!

occasionally there were some issues with cleanliness of the bed linen & the laundry service (but the staff sorted it for me as soon as i mentioned it!) some of the lights are a bit dodgy in the common areas/showers and some of the fans in the rooms also don't work properly but no biggie.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, nice balcony area for socialising, nice view of the lake from the balcony as well, good location.

Staff sometimes were unprofessional a few times. I booked a mixed dorm room, staff member said there is a female dorm room for same price, I said it doesn’t really matter, staff member proceeded to repeat this a few more times until I said you can move me to female dorm room if you prefer. I had to move to mixed dorm room eventually anyway on my last visit due dorm unavailability. A more recent example would be when I was paying and the same staff member asked me how much money I have on my bank account card. Bit strange to be asked this, never had this before. Staff may benefit from some guidance around appropriate conversations!
