The resort is beautiful being at a very close prominence to Fhewa Lake which is at a walking distance. The rooms are spacious and meets your expectations. The in room dining was good and reasonably priced. The breakfast was good with a reasonable spread. Housekeeping was excellent and they were ever willing to help at any time. The hotel staff are approachable and ever smiling.

The events (a wedding) held at the gardens of the hotel could had been better managed in terms of loud music and cut off time and keeping the pathway free for hotel guests.

Location: The resort is perfectly situated right next to Fewa Lake, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful environment. It’s close enough to Pokhara’s main attractions but still provides a calm and relaxing atmosphere away from the busy streets. Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent—a great variety of fresh and delicious options. My wife and I really enjoyed the quality of the food, and it was a perfect way to start the day with a scenic lake view. View: The lake view from our balcony was absolutely stunning! Watching the sunrise over Fewa Lake while enjoying our morning tea was a highlight of our stay. The resort’s location truly enhances the experience, making it an ideal place for a romantic getaway.

The perfect hotel for relaxation! From the moment you step onto the property, it is bliss-just what you need after coming down off the mountain! Service: check-in was swift, courteous and efficient. Staff: a big smile and Namaste every time they see you! Breakfast Staff: greets you immediately and provides everything you need -even toasting your bread for you. Never had to wait! Thank you to Dikshya- who remembered me and where I was from! Also to Chij, Sabina and Binita- they work so hard to ensure your stay is perfect! My last day-they all greeted me at the entrance and brought me a good bye brownie-such a personal touch! Breakfast-great variety and fresh-lots of vegetarian options. Thank you to the wonderful man at the egg station! Had the yummiest Veg MoMos for dinner in my room! Pool: beautiful, clean and welcoming! The man who supplied me daily with mattress and towels was so attentive- thank you! Rooms: clean, beautiful, and comfortable. Loved having the cold fridge and LOTS of hot water! Great relaxing on the balcony at night! Location: right on the waterfront! Quiet and peaceful, yet less than a 10 min walk to the town! Great Get-Away to relaxation and away from the noise and chaos of the town I would definitely return to this hotel!

Scenic Views – The lake view from our room was mesmerizing, especially during sunrise and sunset. ✅ Comfortable Stay – The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all essential amenities. ✅ Friendly Staff – The hospitality was excellent. The staff was polite, helpful, and attentive to our needs. ✅ Good Food – The restaurant served delicious food with a decent variety of vegetarian options. ✅ Great Pool & Garden Area – The poolside was a great place to relax, and the garden added to the resort’s beauty.

Hotel is nicely located in the quiet part of the tourism zone, but not to far to miss out on great cafés, restaurants, and other activities. Staff caters to every need. Are very friendly and easy to strike up a conversation with. Food is excellent both domestic and more known international cuisine is present. The hotel room is clean and modern. The beds are the best.

They did not have espresso

The resort was right at the waterfront with a restaurant, a bar with wine, close to the cable car station and had an unblocked view of Lake Phewa. The warmth and attentiveness of the staff (esp Mr Deep and Mr Raj) more than make up for the dated room interiors. They were very helpful with regards to booking of buses to Kathmandu and even were able to customise dishes to suit our taste. I also love the restaurant that overlooks the lake and would like to visit it again when it’s not raining. On the whole, I really enjoyed my stay there and all the smiley staffs helped to make the rainy days a little sunnier.

The room could do with a tat more lighting and the bathroom some new doors.

Stunning view of the lake beautiful gardens . Pool area was awesome , rooms size lovely . Breakfast excellent lots of choices . All staff very friendly . Personal touch by the manager welcome greeting daily thanks to Nabaraj Acharya for all his support in any situation very friendly helpful at all times with a good smile

Shower bathtub need updating .

The location is very good. However the rooms towards the lake side are of better view & certainly rooms of 1st floor & 2nd floor are far better view wise compared to ground floor. Breaksfast has a good spread. The services is top class & staff is very friendly. I got a lot of help from Madhav & Deep in particular.

The flush beside the comode is too short & its ideal for a right handed person. They need to be sensitive for left handed persons & make the pipe a bit longer. For arranging cabs (when both the in-house cabs are booked) from outside they demand cash payment.

Location is superb and overall experience is satisfactory.

Need to improve in cleaning of the rooms as there is dirt and dust all around the room
