The staff were polite people,always ready to help . I met the owner of the hotel both husband and wife , they are kind people as well, jokingly I asked her to offer me 3 days to stay freely in her hotel but she replied that she can allow me for one day. So this act of her showed her greatness as a proprietor. She is not greedy for money. Hats off to you all

The service of the staff was outstanding. I wanted to do some tours around town and into the mountains and they set me up with literally everything and even helped me with changing my flight routes as was needed for a change in my itinerary. Besides the friendly staff, there is the possibility to see the Annapurna mountains from some bedrooms and the rooftop of the hotel. Wake up at 5.30 and when the skies are clear, your view will be amazing.

Only a short stay but everything was great, happy and efficient staff on reception Datshin was lovely explaining about things to do. Even provided a take away breakfast due to leaving early for my bus on the last day.

the room is very clean and spacious. lovely hot shower. the view was stunning ( room 502) hotel was quiet and staff very attentive and helpful. breakfast ok too. all in all for price was excellent. The location is great as well. very close to both airport and bus park.

Hi! It is my second stay in hotel while coming to Nepal! This is best hotel in area! Lication is perfect! 5mins walk to tourist bus station and 10mins to the lake side central! When weather is nice mountains can be seen from the room! Personel is just amazing! Helped with any sorts of troubles and requests!. Very humble and nice people! Definetely can reccomend staying there! Hope maybe one day I will come back and if I there is no other place for me to stay! Wish you all the best friends from hotel!

Absolutely nothing was wrong

Clean and comfortable beds, nice big en-suite which was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful, replenished our water daily and gave us more toilet paper when we asked. Balcony with panoramic mountain views. The hotel was quiet and a short 10 minute walk into the centre of town.

Downside is that the restaurant wasn’t open, probably an impact of covid and off season and there were regular daily power cuts, this wasn’t the hotels fault, but it was slightly annoying as it could be off for 10 minutes to 3 hrs.

The Bathroom is very clean the Shower is excellent hot water works after trekking Wow . The view of Annapurna and Fish Tail mountain is excellent .

Highly recommend. Very kind and helpful people, we couldn’t ask for more. They arranged everything for us, car pick up, bus, 2 day trekking in poon hill. We will definitely go back!!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Snow Peak. The room was very high quality for the price that we paid. The view from the room/balcony is a dream to wake up to. The bed is super comfy and the shower is great too. The hotel management are super friendly and trusting. We would have loved to stay for much longer than our travel plans allowed!

Amazing view! The hotel was pretty empty, so very quiet. The room looked nice, AC worked well, bed was comfy and all windows had nets against insects. The best we could get!

Would be nice if we didn't have to ask for toilet paper every second day.
