The hotel is well located and 3 mins drive to the main bus stop which Kathmandu-Pokhara . Just right in front of the lake and near many restaurants and shops . The room we stay is in the building in front of Pool , super clean , amazing AC , hot and cold shower and also they provided daily shampoo , toothbrush set etc . The boy who wears blue suit at the reception is the most amazing staff of this hotel , he’s the gem of the hotel who made your stay super comfortable by making sure we got what we needed. The breakfast buffet is amazing with like 30 varieties and different slightly on daily basics too . HONESTLY THERE IS LITERALLY NOTHING I CAN COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS HOTEL .

We stayed here for 2 nights after completing a week long Annapurna Circuit hike. This is an amazing property in a great location, right on Phewa lake. Here is what we enjoyed about the property: • The deluxe rooms in the new building were fantastic and spacious. • Bathroom and showers were clean, modern, and very satisfying after a week long hike in the Himalayas. • Breakfast buffet was small (by Indian standards) but excellent quality overall. • We had a great view of Phewa lake from our rooms. • Housekeeping service was quick to respond to our requests • There was a nice cultural program that ran every day from 7-9 PM

Perfect location, perfect rooms (cottage), perfect pricing (if you book a month ahead), perfect staff, perfect service, great swimming pool, great breakfast, awesome evening events, entertainment and music with great food. Practically on the lake almost, probably has the best lake view among all hotels/resorts, placed in the middle part of lake tourist location, so you can walk in either directions to find great shops for shopping and restaurants for food.

Almost nothing. But if I am to nitpick, for a resort that has such a beautiful swimming pool featured, the pool could have been heated. Especially when a lot of tourists are coming in winter.

The location is so good by the lakeside and close to the shops, bar & restaurants. Open buffett breakfast is excellent with lots of choices including freshly made omlette and fresh fruits. Food at the restaurant is very good including big tray of Dal Bhat which is topped up as you required. The room is confortable, we had lake view from our balcony. All the staff; reception, restaurant, cleaning, security and the manager are very friendly and helpful all the time. The hotel has provided live entertaintment ; singing and dancing Nepalese songs every evening between 7pm - 9 pm. Next time when we are in Pokhara, we would like to stay here and enjoy the friendly atmosphere again.

The new building is nice and spacious. We loved our room, the back door opened to the swimming pool! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The front office manager Samar was excellent! He gave us a free update form our original booking to a new spacious room in the new building.Very good value! Nice breakfast and good food. We enjoyed the live band and the cultural show. We had a great stay! Great customer service. All the staffs were nice and friendly.

The older rooms were small and some smelled of mold.

Pro: Starting with the location.. It's bang opposite the phewa lake and in the midst of the main street. The breakfast although had limited vegetarian options but was done properly. The private but was spacious and beautiful. The swimming pool was adequately equipped and clean. The staff was very cooperative. The cultural programme in the evening and the band were superb. Most importantly for the facilities it gives you they charge you accordingly. And which is what stands out as value for money for me... They had booked me on a bunjee jumping too at a very short notice. Me and my family felt very nice and warm there. Con: Nothing except the luggage bell boy idk his name was very clingy and kept asking for money... Rest all of the staff are well trained and professional. Vegetarian options in ala carte can be increased I will definitely be coming back here for a longer stay..

Just the most wonderful place. Great breakfast - with a beautiful view of the lake. Excellent restaurant. Very helpful staff. Delightful and large pool. Ice cold AC was great in July! We became good friends with several of the staff members and they proved to be interesting conversation partners. One of the best places we have stayed in all of Nepal.

Traditional huts with nice verandas to sit on, pool was decent size and the staff were very friendly. The gardens were nice and it was set back from the road. There was also traditional/cover music most nights which created a nice atmosphere

Could have been cleaned more thoroughly and bathrooms updated. Breakfast was okay and pool unheated. About a 15-20 min walk to lakeside restaurants and bars

The resort was wonderful. The room was very nicely decorated, clean and spacious. The washroom was also big and had a bathtub. There was good supply of hot water. The room and the resort were a perfect place for relaxation. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it for 2 more days. Highly recommend for anyone who is going for vacation in Pokhara. In addition, the staff were really polite and helpful. From the reception to restaurant staff everyone were very humble and welcoming.

We loved everything about the place. We stayed in a pool access room and it was so worth the extra Penny’s. The room was huge and so comfortable. Staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help us and make us feel welcome. We highly recommend this place and we hope to return sometime. The location and view is fab.
