The room had a little balcony, comfy beds and a good bathroom. The shower had no separation and the whole bathroom got soaking wet, which could easily be fixed if they'd have a floor squeegee (they didn't). Great views from the rooftop.

The breakfast was the only big disappointment. Little choice for European clients. Only a little bit (1-2 kinds) of fruit, yoghurt, boring muesli, eggs and poor quality bread. The coffee was instant powder and anythig else, like a cappuccino, costs extra. For the price we were paying I expected better.

The room was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had the best night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern, clean, and stocked with high-quality toiletries, which really made the difference. The hotel’s amenities were fantastic as well, and we enjoyed spending time there after a long day of sightseeing. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast was a great way to start our day. But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether it was the housekeeping team making sure our room was always tidy or the concierge offering great advice on local experiences, it was clear they genuinely cared about providing top-notch service. - Amazing room with a lovely view - Great location - Really fast turn around for a large amount of laundry we needed done post trekking before our flight the next day. It was all washed and dried in just a few hours -

- A number of things led to a poor breakfast experience unfortunately. The tables weren’t all set which is fine just meant we grabbed salt etc from another table. Staff were hard to get a hold of - there wasn’t someone behind the omelette counter so we had to wait around for someone, and then we had to find someone else to ask for a coffee! The coffee also was not included in breakfast - we had to pay for that separately which was surprising as we had breakfast included in our room rate but that doesn’t include a tea/coffee? Not great.

The hotel staff, like Ajit at the reception, were all friendly and helpful. They made sure that I had an enjoyable stay. The room was very comfortable with a nice balcony. The breakfast was good and had plant based options which was helpful for a vegan traveller like me. The hotel also kept my luggage for free while I did a multi days trek which was very appreciated.

Location is good very close to restaurants and shops. Staff is very polite and friendly. My room was very clean and big with a small kitchen area. My staying was very comfortable felt like home. Room decoration is nice wooden floors and walls. In room dining is reasonable. Full view of mountains and partial lake view.

The room was extra large, with wide bedroom, small pantry, even it has a living room and a balcony. I love the view from my room, I can see Phewa Lake from my bedroom and view of the city from the balcony. And from the rooftop, I can enjoy amazing view of Anapurna Mountains, Phewa Lake, Peaceful Pagoda, also Pokhara City View. Staffs very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was awesome, it's in the sidelake. You can go to the lake by walking. Also, it's close to restaurants, cafes, ATM and pool of taxi near the lake.

The room is unexpected beautiful and cozy! We have 2 wonderful night here! A good place to relax and chill. The manager Rakesh is so professional and reliable to arrange everything for you and the front desk Kumar is also so nice to give you the best suggestion that really make you feel warm and sweet😉

very nice location, just 2 minutes walk from the lake, went for boating and walks, all the best cafes and restaurants are within minutes of walking.

the shower should have a curtain to prevent the whole bathroom floor from becoming wet after a shower.
