Our room had a beautiful view of the lake. The hotel is situated in prime locale as far as Pokhara is concerned. The staff are some of the nicest and sweetest people I have ever encountered and it was an absolute pleasure to be at this hotel—it was almost a home-coming of sorts every time I arrived at the reception and said hi to the folks there. The breakfast was served with the greatest level of professionalism and was always an absolutely lovely meal. There is nothing I would complain about from my visit at this hotel. I would recommend this property to everyone, and for the price, the place significantly exceeded my expectations. Thanks, again, to the absolutely lovely people at Hotel Grand Holiday.

Honestly, there's nothing to not like at this hotel. The people are lovely, the facilities are clean, the views are beathtaking, the food is succulent. The staff at this hotel treat the guests as if they care about them, and they take the whole business of hospitality quite seriously indeed.

I liked the space in the room and specialy the view from my room. Also, they have good air conditioner, good space in the bathroom and good shower. I feel at home. I supposed to be 3 days and extended for 10 until now. I loved the service of Nabaraj and Shekhr. They have helped me a lot in this moment of construction of my project always taking me food to my room and being very attentive to my requests. The view is amazing, it is located near to the lake, close to many restaurants and stores. Highly recommended!

Hotel Grand Holiday may be a little further afield from the main tourism area, but don't let that dissuade you. A beautiful venue, a very short stroll from lake views and beautiful shops. The hotel itself is charming, with an incredibly friendly proprietor who enjoys a good chat and will recommend anything you could possibly ask for. The room I stayed in was comfortable and fresh, with an interesting view over the Pokhara skyline. Would consider again for my next visit.

If I'm being picky, bathroom facilities are a little tired (but still serviceable) so if a priority of yours is a scalding shower and clean, this may not be ideal.

We really loved this hotel. The room is really comfortable and the mountain view in the morning is amazing. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. The hotel is really close to the main street by the lake. There are a lot of shops and nice restaurants there. They propose to keep your stuff before the trek. We recomanded it, we’ll come back !

Staying at hotel Grand Holiday in Pokhara has been an amazing experience! The hospitality here is truly exceptional—they greet guests with such warmth that it instantly makes you feel at home. I originally booked my stay for two days, but due to the protest in Kathmandu, I couldn’t make it on the first day. When I arrived on the second day, they completely understood the situation and didn’t charge me for the missed night, which was really thoughtful.

It was an amazing stay! Amazing view over Machapuchare and not only from my balcony! Comfortable bed, cozy rooms. All you need is here! Very good breakfast with couple of options to choose from! Staff very friendly and helpful, feels like home! Definitely coming back and can truly recommend! Thank you for everything 🙏 During my trekking, I could also leave my suitcase in the storage, this was very helpful!

Top-roof garden is excellent for the view of Himalayas, sitting there enjoying the breakfast is really luxurious experience; room is very clean and neat and colorful, especially the hot water is very sufficient; the staff are friendly and hearty which really impressed us much; the location is also very nice, by the lake side with convenience without noise and disturbance…thanks to all staff and wish to see you next time…

✘At the very first morning of our stay, there wasn't water in the tap. Even after calling they couldn't solve the issue. It took half-an-hour. Later, we got to know there was an issue regarding the water reservoir motor... ✘Room service should be improved & prompt

I was there for 8 days and it started feeling like home. Would definitely stay there again. Staff were super friendly and were very personal to your needs. Thank you Shekhar for everything. I even needed a suitcase and Shekhar took the time out of his hands to take me on his bike to the local market to get one.

The view is amazing! I got a room on the top floor and waking up in the morning I could see beautiful mountains all around. The manager is great, he helped me organizing my solo hike, he gave me useful tips for my stay, including great recommendations for restaurants and transport. The hotel kept my luggage in a secure place while I was away hiking. Breakfast was very good, the location is excellent, very close to the lake shore. I totally recommend this calm and beautiful place.
