1. Hotel gave us a very good room able to see both lake and mountain views 2. The owners are a couple. The husband is very hard working. From early morning to late night, he is still on his working desk. Also, very talkative and friendly. For the wife, she is very kind. Normal breakfast time starts at 7：30 am. But she knew us that we would return to.Kathmandu the other day early morning. She specially came earlier and prepared breakfast for us at 7 am 3. My mum accidentally broke a glass. We told her and she said as we honestly told her, she tolerated this Anyway, with the very convenient location (only 4 mins to tourist bus stop by taxi), we highly recommend this hotel. if future we come again for trekking, this is definitely our 1st choice

The highlight of our stay at Hotel Himalayan Vacation was the warm hospitality of Mr. Krishna and his wife, Mrs. Uma. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our visit. We stayed in Room 503, which offered a breathtaking view of the famous Phewa Lake and the surrounding mountain peaks. The scenery was truly mesmerizing. Unfortunately, we forgot to take photos of the room, but it came with all the necessary amenities, including warm water and a water kettle for making tea, which added to our convenience. Breakfast was a delightful experience, with two delicious options: bread toast with butter, jelly, and egg omelette, or aloo paratha served with chutney. Both were fantastic, but the aloo paratha stood out with its incredible flavor. The breakfast setting added to the charm, as the restaurant offers a serene view of Phewa Lake, allowing you to enjoy your meal while soaking in the lake breeze. A special mention goes to the milk masala tea served at breakfast, one of the best we had during our visit to Pokhara. Overall, our experience at Hotel Himalayan Vacation was exceptional, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pokhara with a budget and warm experience in mind.

The location was perfect and the views from the balcony facing the Pweha lake. Both owners are friendly and helpful they arrange a cable car for me to Sarangkot. Breakfast that includes in the room price were delicious. Spacious room with good hot showers. I normally got a room on the third floor as there were rooms available at the top they give it to me. Marvelous lake view and Sarangkot mountains. Kettle and free bottle of waters in the room, free hangers and toiletries. The central location is very convenient you have plenty of restaurants and shops on both sides and the boat station to the lake is just a short walk from here. The tourist bus park of Pokhara is 20 minutes walk, if you take a taxi is 350 rupees.

The wifi on top of the building wasn’t working I can’t do my work on the first night, they give me an unlimited data to be able connected and fixed the internet the next day. It’s a long climb through stairs especially if you get the room on top of the building. The air conditioning shut down for a couple of minutes on the first night which was too hot in the room. I have a cockroach visitor on my last night it surprised me of how they get into the room. I told the owner about it and she said they didn’t have problems with insects.

Mr. Krishna Sharma and his wife were spectacular hosts together with their staff. They helped greatly with pocket-friendly suggestions of what to see and do while in Pokhara. We truly felt at home. The hotel's location, overlooking the beautiful Phewa lake and offering amazing views of the Himalayas on a clear day, was the highlight. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends!

An elevator would have been helpful, particularly for people with mobility issues.

We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night, so we couldn't see the surroundings. However, when we wake up in the morning and stepped into the hotel corridor, we were absolutely stunned. The view was breathtaking-a majestic mountain stood behind the hotel, while a serene lake stretched out in front of it. The scenery was truly captivating, and it made our 3-day stay unforgettable. waking up to such natural beauty every day was an amazing experience!

Hotel first floor staircase side area need to be clean.

Good location, tasty breakfast, good experienced guide. We join a day tour with 6 scenic spots that the boss recommended and the price is cheaper than the others. Paragliding was recommended and offered to us at a reasonable price. It was as exciting and fantastic as advertised. My family absolutely loved the once in a lifetime experience. We also attended a short hiking that the boss recommended was going to the Dhampus Village in the Annapurna region. The guide is very nice and experienced. The hiking is easy and enjoyable. We can see the Himalayas, Fishtail Mountain and other continuous mountains. They are spectacular.

No shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush and hair dryer.

I liked their behavior and the fact that it was a family hotel. We enjoyed the view of the mountains and Phewa Lake from our veranda, which added to our memorable experience. Additionally, the lady in charge asked me later if I had arrived safely in my country, which gave me warm feelings.

Okay, so we were expecting toothbrush, sandal, and shampoo sets like we usually get in other hotels. However, we only had one sandal for the washroom. The extension wasn't working. Additionally, the room conditions were a bit old and in need of maintenance. It would be great if they could start their beautiful restaurant system again.

The owner was very helpful. The hotel was out of the noisy area. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. We returned here after a trip to see the mountains and they looked after some of our luggage. The owner helped by taking us to the bus the day we left

The stairs may be an issue. The rain does come in under the door in a storm

I like everything! Room was comfortable and clean with amazing lake view. I had perfect option to gaze at the play of light in the sky and over the mountains at sunrise hours . It was unforgettably ! Good location in relation to lake side and the spots to have dinner , to book excursions , or to buy all you need. Staff! They were extremely kind and friendly. High level of hospitality I could get. Thanks a lot !

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Himalayan Vacation! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The best part of the experience was the owners—Uncle and Aunty were incredibly kind, welcoming, and treated us like family. Their warmth and hospitality made our trip extra special. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!
