A very tranquil experience. It brings the guest close to nature with stunning views in an exceptional natural location. The food was fabulous. The gardens immaculate (thank you Susmita for the rose). All staff made Anju’s birthday special! A special thank you to the Reception Team for her present and the chefs for her cake.

Nothing we ‘didn’t like’ but the rooms felt a little dark and dated.

We loved how peaceful it was to stay there and the fact that our stay was going towards a trust fund which helps the underprivileged. We were very impressed with the staff, especially Mannish ( might have got his spelling wrong) the Bartender, very good at his trade and honest person. The front of staff was very knowledgeable, well spoken and impressive too. The people who were responding for the ferries and our luggage were commendable too. The swimming pool was very clean. All in all we had a very nice time there and would love to come back.

The location is breathtaking and the resort is very green and very quiet. The staff was very helpful and the cooking was excellent. Our room was definitely spacious and comfortable enough.

The spa facilities were very limited (no pedicure, manicure, facials, etc.). The major disappointment came on our last afternoon when a group of school girls arriving with accompanying adults who commandeered all the loungers around the swimming pools in the afternoon and the entire bar in the evening. The school girls were well behaved but the accompanying adults (all westerners) were very loud and not respectful of other guests. Given the price we had paid for 3 days of peace and quiet, it was most disappointing.

Beautiful oasis at the Phewa lake . Superfriendly staff , specious rooms , beautiful flowers , sound of exotic birds . Terrace with a view over the lake . Rich breakfast and we had also a great dinner buffet. The spa has also very good offers, we really enjoyed our massages . Easy walk on the lake side with many shops , restaurants etc. Last , it is a great experience, to reach this place by rope !

It was a highly recommended place.The location was great on the lakeside, room big and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast included lots of dishes,view of the restaurant on the lake is amazing. You feel you are connected with nature.Unique experience and must try.

It was a beautiful quiet location set in gorgeous gardens. The restaurant was very accommodating. The pontoon operates 24/7 and it was no bother at all to get across to the town. The hotel was very helpful in arranging transport to our next destination.

There can be no better place than this Pokhara. Great views and location. Excellent staff all overall.

Location is perfect - staff is pleasant and helpful

The restaurant smells food and kitchen and this is not in the level of the expectations. The buffet is always diminishing the quality of a place . The breakfast is basic .

Swiming pool doesn’t have heating facility. At times delivery of requested service gets delayed (appeared to be due to inadequate staffing)
