The hotel is really very nice - quite location close to the lake. Very clean rooms. We got even the room with the terrace! Nice food. But the best was their manager Mr. Sanjog - he was reeeealy nice to us and very helpful. He helped us a lot with money exchange (good exchange rate), private trip around Pokhara and organized tour to Chitwan. I would say, we returned back from the ABC track directly to this hotel only because of this kind guy (and he also helped us with the comfortable transfer to Nayapul and back). We're very helpful for his care!

Staffs at hotel lake shore is reason that my stay and experience has been exceptional. The manager Sanjog is the man!!! From the booking till leaving, staff is always there to help you out, on food recommendations , tour booking recommendation (could use some comparison from street), and bus ticket booking. Location is closed to tourist bus park which helps lot if you are taking the bus. it’s a bit of walk to lakeside if you want to relax at some restaurants and drinks where locals go to for sunset and pictures. The only little thing(personal preference) I would recommend to change is probably the towels, and breakfast selection (still great!) can be updated or be more flexible on items.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel, thanks to Sanajog, the Operations Manager. He worked tirelessly, always going the extra mile, and made the stay awesome. His friendly and outgoing nature created such a welcoming atmosphere.What stood out most was how quickly he responded to requests, always ensuring everything was taken care of immediately. The hotel offers great value for money, and the breakfast was delicious. Sanajog also organized the bus journey from Pokhara to Kathmandu, which was convenient. He also dropped me off at the tourist bus stop. The staff here are equally helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect—just 5-10 minutes from the main area, within walking distance, but still away from the noise. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-run place to stay!

I stayed at Hotel Lake Shore for 2 nights and honestly, it was a lovely experience. I booked a double room with a lake view, and the view alone made the stay worth it. The location is perfect, close to everything but still peaceful. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had a nice variety — a great start to the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but a special shoutout to Sanjog, the Operations Manager. He was super professional and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. You can tell he really cares about guest experience.

Everything! The rooms were exceptionally clean. We had a room with a balcony and could see part of the Annapurna mountain range on a clear morning. Water provided daily. Breakfast offered included fruit salad, eggs, toast, sausage, fried potatoes and a small portion of butter and jam. Milk tea and instant coffee included in price. The dhal, fried momos and special fried vegetable rice were very tasty (thank you Aalun). The hospitality we received here was exceptional. From the helpfulness and cheerfulness of Sanjog in arranging taxis and trips (all reasonably priced and with such enthusiasm for his country) to Samita and Aashish on reception, and to Roshan who never stopped (and all with a smile). They work so incredibly hard to ensure you enjoy your stay. We felt so welcomed and left feeling part of the family. We will never forget all of you and a little piece of us will be left in Pokhara. Namaste.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lake Shore! The location is excellent, offering a peaceful and convenient setting. The room was impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff truly stood out—they were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Mr. Sanjog, the Operations Manager, for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. His dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction is commendable and truly made a positive impression. I highly recommend Hotel Lake Shore and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Spacious and comfortable room - definitely recommend the rooms with balconies as you can see the lake to your left and the Annapurna range to the right! It’s more quiet than further up the road in Lakeside, so we liked the area better. It still has a lot of restaurants and a mini mart nearby so very convenient. Sanjog, the manager, is an excellent host and very easy to communicate with and fast to reply! We were grateful to have his kindness and attention during our stay.

Water was a bit tepid but no worries during our stay as it was quite hot.

Ever ready staff, with big smiles. Great location, in a side road BUT just close enough to the main road to avoid busy traffic. Easy access, by walking to many shops, restaurants and the lake. Staff arrange everything, thebjotel is a one stop shop. They arranged airport transfers, booked domestic flights and tours/activities. Very good communcation before during and after the visit. All the vedors in the area know the hotel, so no need to explain location.

What a fantastic experience! During my 5-day stay, I absolutely loved the breathtaking view and the super friendly hotel staff who were always there to help me out with any questions I had, especially their Operation Manager, Sanjogn. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting, as it’s super close to all the famous spots and great transportation options. Lastly, a huge thank you to everyone at the hotel for your amazing service. You made my stay so enjoyable!

There were issues with unstable internet and hot bath water for the first two days.

It was a great stay. The property was exactly as it was showcased in the listing. The rooms were really spacious and had a view to the initial part of the lake as well. The location was convenient as well. More than most, the staff was amazing. So courteous and welcoming and helping with every aspect. Mr. Sanjog (operations manager) was really helpful and took care of everything. The lady at the reception (Ms. Rupa) was also extremely polite and helpful. Super staff.

Wifi was slightly slow on the higher floor at least but it was ok as I wasn't working
