Beautiful and quiet place on the side of a hill. You can hike up the lush hill to see colorful birds and allegedly the mountains (it was cloudy so we couldn't see it) The tourist residency is a 10min walk from the city center. As the streets are very safe, you can easily just walk there ( also during the night). Dinner and breakfast are also available there, and it's nice to have in in the garden with the view over the city. Finally, the owner is particularly friendly. He spent some time playing with me and my daughter in the garden and helped us organize activities and trips. It was also comfortable having a WhatsApp chat with him to ask for advice or services (laundry, breakfast...). I highly recommend!

I was on vacation for pokhara last week and while searching for the best hotel around to stay. Finally, i came cross to this hotel. And the best part of this hotel was view, natural environment, well located and the main thing i found was the best review from the guest who had already stayed there. It was my best investment to choose this hotel. The staff were very friendly, room and the windows were very big enough.It was worthless to see bird playing around and making beautiful sound. I was never disappointed. I would choose this hotel again if i had ever got chance to be again in Pokhara. From this date we are lifetime guest of this hotel. Thank you for being there to serve us..

The location was very comfortable and spacious with an amazing view of Pokhara. The room was beautiful and clean as well. The most important thing was their amazing staff which were very accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend a stay here. It was very relaxing.

There was a bit of a hiccup with our breakfast as I think there was some confusion on when we needed it so we ended up having to rush through in order to get to our scheduled drive. However, the staff did their best and got us breakfast in a very short amount of time which was much appreciated. We also noticed the hot water was inconsistent. Mainly warm, mostly cold.

The staff, facilities, and overall ambience are truly remarkable at this price. Bimal and staff go above and beyond to make your experience at Tourist Residency memorable. This is the ideal place to relax, enjoy the view over Pokhara, and revive yourself after whatever adventures you've just enjoyed. It is quiet and the facilities are state of the art. I cannot recommend staying here enough!

It isn't extremely close to the main drag (10-15m walk). However, this is excellent if, like me, you are looking for something more quiet. This is a small note on an otherwise perfect experience.

It was not very pleasant that the second time we checked in, we arrived later than the receipt said, but the room was still not ready and the staff girls were not very quick to respond, it was not very professional. But later Bimal has figured out, and I would like staff to be of the same quality as him🙏

I really liked the location of the hotel. It had spectacular view with a cool breeze and full of aroma of nature. Its a 10 minute walk from lakeside. Located at lakeside but far from all the noises. The hotel had a very good infrastructure with a lot of seasonal fruit growing. They provided us complimentary tea and the seasonal fruit which was really friendly and accepting. During the stay i felt very comfortable and the price was really really reasonable. All of the staff were very friendly and fulfilled and each and every need. The owner was really friendly he also managed a good yoga instructor to do yoga in the garden. The room service was quick. The price of the room was reasonable and they were very flexible. The hotel was neat and clean with a elegent smell of roses. The bathroom was clean, they even had mini fridge in the room and provided us with everything we need. I am really glad to have the experience of living in such calm place located in busy city like pokhara. And I recommend it to everyone. Without any hesitation book it if you are planning to you will be getting a very good experience in the hotel and it is worth every penny.

The hotel is located 8 minutes away from the lakeside, for me it was a positive thing because of the views and tranquility but it is important to keep in mind that there is a hill and stairs to get there. Bimal, the owner, is very attentive and flexible. We had a problem with the suitcase lock and he helped us solve it. We changed plans and left a day early and there were no problems. The hotel had a very good view of lake and we were able to reach the lake at just 10 min walk from the hotel. It is very peaceful and have a good space for doing yoga. It is located in the middle of nature.The hotel also provided us a good food. Waking up by listening the chirping of bird was a new experience for me who live in a concrete city. The staff were really generous and took good care of us. The staff and the owner were so warm that they didnt made us feel like we were staying in a hotel. To sum up it all they provide a very family environment and a good atmosphere and take care of each and every guest like their own family. Taking into account price and quality I would recommend it.

What an oasis of a place. The perfect location in Pokhara. The rooms are spacious, very clean with attention to detail. warm showers all day long. Loved the jungle garden, overlooking the city whilst it’s quiet and relaxing. there were monkeys, loads of birds and flowers! The owners are incredibly helpful. We arrived quite early in the morning and had to wait a little for our room to be ready. They kindly upgraded us to their suite. it made our stay even more enjoyable. Bimal arranged the most amazing guide for us to go trekking in mardi himal and abc.

Restaurant is located at the back of the property looking over the woods and Pokhara. Lovely a peaceful. The property is set back up the hills and away from the hustle and bustle. Walked into Pokhara and back again everyday with the kids 5 & 8 years old. We were here over a week and enjoyed the walk back through the neighbourhood. 10/15 mins to Lakeside.

There was nothing we disliked about the property, staff were lovely and very responsive to our needs.

The staff and owner were fantastic. Very accomodating. The view is incredible, providing pakora is clear, beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast was tasty, and the wifi was good. A very short walk into town meant a quieter place to retire after a day out. Nice balconys and private accomodation. The water was hot, and the the room was large. Even offered an early check in.

Nothing. If your looking for an affordable option in a quieter place of town, this would be a great pick. I Would definitely stay here again.
