The Apartment is lovely — clean and spacious. Good facilities: washer, dishwasher, oven, etc. The location was very good; we walked to the city center and to the art museums. The host was very helpful, kind, and responsive. Nearby, we had a tasty and fun dinner at La Piccola Baracca, and the pastries at Salvo were amazing.

The locked door at the bottom of the stairs — requiring a key to leave the stairwell — is a fire-safety hazard. A key should not be required to exit the building.

While it was the nicest Apartment in terms of location and your generous and helpful equipment and interior is exceptional, I’m enjoying to share the good experience with this booking. Brian good is a very attentive, welcoming, generous and polite host, who assists you when you’d get there. All the convenient extras in his condo are amazing and helpful plus enjoyable for guests. You’ll find privacy and great comfort right beside Amsterdam’s center: the apartment is in quite neighborhood at a canal with houseboats and short walking, bicycle or bus distance to the lively city center. Very nice and comfortable restaurants, cafés and shops are in the very neighborhood aswell. Recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very clean, sunny, Ikea - inspired, quite spacious and nicely equipped apartment. The host, whom lives above the flat, is very nice and hospitable. Apartment is pretty close to a bus stop and you have some stores and good restaurants in walking distance. There's also community gardens nearby, I'd reccomend to check it out. The apartment itself is usually quite quiet, except when someone uses stairs. Speaking of, the apartment complex does come with famous, small dutch stairwells and there's no elevator, so just keep that in mind but don't let it stop you :D ! I'd say the sound isolation overall is pretty decent. There's a lot of windows, nice balcony to see some sundowns ( if you don't mind bein seen by other people) Apartment also have pleasant bathroom, which does come with a bath and there's even some bath bombs that you can use. There's also dishwasher and washing machine to use. (Unfortunately some previous habitants have habbit of breaking things when not understanding how they work, which sadly have affected closest stove knobs and dishwasher's buttons) Overall, good place, super clean, modern and very pleasant.

The bed is quite stiff, but didn't bother us too much.

Loved our 4 nights here, spotlessly clean, has everything you need, handy location thats not far from the city but very quiet and peaceful. Would absolutely stay again. Brian was great at communicating in the lead up, met us at the apartment and showed us round. There were even drinks in the fridge waiting which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend.
