Our 5-night stay at this establishment was memorable! The apartment is really well located, on a quiet, picturesque street, yet within easy walking distance of the center, with its attractions, numerous little stores, cafés, etc. Although not very large, the apartment has plenty of windows (what a lovely view of the canal!), is bright, has a nice character and is tastefully decorated. It's very clean and comfortable. We also greatly appreciated the friendliness of our hostess, Jackie, a well-organized and efficient person, always eager to be helpful and to make our experience as pleasant as possible. We warmly recommend this establishment!

We could find nothing to complain about with this rental. If we had it to do over again, we'd plan to enjoy it for longer!

We had the most wonderful stay in Jackie O’s studio. What a fantastic location in the beautiful Jordaan area. The studio is so cosy and every little detail has been carefully thought through. The beds (we had them as twins) were super comfy, the shower hot and everything warm with the towel rail on timer, the kitchen was well stocked and the view was the BEST :-). If we hadn’t had such a packed 3 days I would have quite happily sat and looked out of the window watching the world go by. Jackie’s studio is surrounded by wonderful streets that have amazing cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. It’s also 5 minutes to the Anne Frank museum. Thank you Jackie for such a wonderful stay and for all the little extra considerations. If you want a few nights in a beautiful and quiet part of Amsterdam, this is the place.

I truly think I stumbled across the most wonderful accommodation in all of Amsterdam! The studio is on the 1st floor (so 1 set of steep narrow stairs to walk up) of a traditional house with one other apartment below and one above. It’s a quiet area and I never saw/heard the other residents, and rarely heard any street noise. The studio is absolutely beautiful - the entire wall overlooking the canal is windows so it’s light and bright with a gorgeous view. There is a comfortable bed, couch/armchair, small dining table, kitchenette & a small bathroom. Jackie (who is absolutely delightful and super helpful) has set the space up perfectly and anything you could need she has thought of - including extra towels, toiletries, hairdryer, phone chargers etc… I didn’t cook there (why would you need to when there are literally dozens of restaurants, pubs, bars and cafes within 1-10 mins walk away!) but it looks like all the basics are there. The location is perfect - close to everything and felt safe as a solo woman. If I ever lived in Amsterdam there’s no doubt this is where I’d want to be!

Honestly can’t think of anything!

We spent a delightful 6 days at Jackie’s place. Ideally situated on a canal, it is extremely peaceful and quiet with easy walking access to all the main attractions in Amsterdam. There are numerous cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Jackie’s place is cosy and comfy with large windows to capture canal views and the passing parade of people. Jackie provides all the necessities for kitchen and bathroom use, along with information on the local area as well as interesting books and magazines. She is also extremely helpful and a lovely person to talk to and engage with.

The studio is extremely clean and had everything we could possibly need for our 3 night stay. Wish we could've stayed longer. The location was perfect for visiting museums and the Ann Frank House. Many restaurants and coffee houses nearby, but this studio is in a nice quiet location. Jackie was a superb host, answering our questions and communicating quickly when we reached out. Highly recommend!

The room was delightful and the window seat overlooking the pretty canal made it perfect. The location was exactly where we wanted to be, with pretty much everything on our agenda in walking distance and trams a few minutes away. Jackie was the perfect host and extremely helpful with ideas of things to do. Our whole stay was just perfect!

Loved everything!

This apartment is so cozy and the location is amazing. I honestly didn't want to go out, it was so nice sitting inside and watching the canal and street from the big window. Jackie is very helpful and welcoming.

Nothing honestly. It's not a fancy place, but feels very very much like home.

Although compact it's in a great location, very comfy and relaxing and there were lots of little extras that made it feel special. Jackie was very friendly and helpful upon arrival with lots of useful information and a contact number if we needed more help.

Only a small gripe but the kitchen area was a bit small.

The studio is extremely convenient to everything, and looking out over the canal was magical. The bed was comfortable, and the location is quiet at night. Jackie was quick to respond, and easy to communicate with.

Just a note that the studio is called a "bed and breakfast", but does not offer a breakfast. Coffee and tea are available in the room and Jackie provided a bottle of wine when we arrived.
