This space was amazing. Loved the loft style layout. It was really cool going up and down the stairs. The bed was amazingly comfortable - best few nights of sleep a couple of weary travellers had had in a while! The surrounding neighbourhood was also really great - all the best speciality coffee shops a short walk away. Lot 61 was definitely a favourite and that was literally right outside our door. The apartment for what we got, was also excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again next time we visit Amsterdam.

Kitchen was a little under equipped but in saying that, a pot and a pan was all we needed anyway. We also couldn't find the apartment first time by ourselves however, a lady from reception kindly walked us to the front door.

My stay at Apartments De Hallen was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was exceptional, it had everything I could possibly need during my trip. Seriously, you name it, and it was there! From a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable bedding and even little extras that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfectly close enough to explore the city. What really stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained everything was. The space felt fresh, modern, and very welcoming. If I ever return to Amsterdam, I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. Highly recommend

First off, the pin location in my booking sent me to the wrong place - the apartment building instead of their actual check-in desk (which was a 2-minute walk away). I ended up standing there with my bags looking confused until I called them a couple of times and figure it out. Not the end of the world, but a bit annoying when you first arrive. And the parking, €65 per day! I knew Amsterdam wasn't cheap, but that still hurt. When I asked the front desk lady about it (maybe hoping for some cheaper alternatives), she just shrugged and said "Well, this is Amsterdam, everything here is expensive" in that tone that makes you feel dumb for asking. A little customer service training might help there. Nothing deal-breaking, but these things do make a difference in the overall experience.

Great size apartments for a family of 4. Great to have a washing machine

Checkin at the hotel was easy but it was a challenge to find the apartment itself. We were given a quick google map overview at reception, told to go through the green doors which we did then you are left in the area there is nothing on the doors indicating where it is. It wasn’t until I looked up and saw a flag hanging from the roof that we were able to work it out. We also had to help some others we saw wondering around looking for it later on as they were just as confused as us.

This place was quite comfortable to stay with a 1 year child with enough size of room, well equipment.

Front office of this apartment is at the Hotel De Hallen. So the officer didn't understand about this apartment and ask me wrongly much higher cost than I expected. In addition, her explain of the place of this apartment was not correct. I asked the apartment staff via booking.com site, my money was correctly refunded. Additionally, the washing machine was broken during our stay but we could use washing machine inside the hotel with free.

Perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The room was not only spacious but also featured a huge sofa that was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance to the city center, making it easy to visit all the major attractions. All amenities like toothbrushes are included, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Good thing that robe, and slippers were there. Room being a bit loud from passage and neighbors, however passage is closed at night. Also earplugs included, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep.

A loud event at a shop nextdoor was happening late one evening and was quite busy. Blinds behind the bed let in a lot of light. Lights not user friendly Air con difficult to use/ not working

Such a great value for the apartments! They were extremely spacious and we technically had the whole house to ourselves. All the facilities were there, cleaning was nice. Location seemed very safe and there is a big food court and supermarket next to the building. Also there is a reception of the hotel that owns the apartments and the staff was very understanding and helpful.

The location is a little bit far away from the centre, so you should expect to walk for 20-30 minutes. Otherwise there are multiple tram stations nearby, so it was not a big problem.

The location and the apartment were great.

There was no elevator, so if you have lots of heavy luggage it would be difficult to left them all. Also, the check-in in process was confusing, as the reception of the hotel is in another building, different from the one with the apartment itself.

The property was well set up for a family of four. The laundry was very helpful with drying rack. Location was great. We would stay here again.

We never were able to get the wifi connected well. Despite the staff providing other codes, it was weak and variable. Also, the main TV was not connected. We were so busy we opted to just not worry about it but found it a little inconvenient.

This was our 3rd time staying at the Vondel Groups apartments and needless to say we are very happy with the accommodation. Definitely our preferred accommodation option in the city.

Very minor and had no impact on our stay or our rating but the doors with soft close fittings are a little frustrating as you cant keep them open . Would be nicer if one could leave a door open.
