Location really great to explore Amsterdam Nice room for the 3 of us (my daughter my son and I). Nice view on inner yard (usually ugly but here very nice) Big connected TV that my son liked very much.

Beyond the fact that’s quite expensive (but so it seems for all hotels in Amsterdam), I wasn’t so happy to be charged extra money to pay with credit card on top. That was mentioned on booking.com before I booked so not a surprise but I would expect something else than adding costs.

Overall we liked the hotel, special thanks for the very comfortable bed. After a long walk this is what we needed. The hotel is located so that when planning a route to the city center you will have to walk along all the streets and canals, square shops and cafes. This is very convenient.

The elevator was not working twice, we had to go up and down to the 4th floor, which was inconvenient. There are questions about cleaning. Initially we were not provided with information about any food (for a fee) we smelled croissants in the mornings, but we could not understand whether we could get them or buy them. These services need to be communicated to guests more clearly.

It was in the perfect location. The room was comfortable for 3 people and the amenities were wonderful.

This is not a complaint because everything was great. This is more of a suggestion to make it even better. The only thing that may need slight improvement is the half shower glass wall. Maybe it was the placement of the shower in our room but it was hard not to make the bathroom floor wet. I think it would be better to have a full shower curtain to protect the property more. Otherwise everything was great. I just felt bad every time the bathroom floor would get wet after we used the shower.

The room was small, but I knew that before hand, despite the size it was modern, clean and comfortable. Next time I´ll ask if I can have a room with a street view. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is super close to the museums.

The stairs are steep, but if you take them slowly they are fine. I can imagine that some might struggle with stairs though. My television didn't work during my stay, 2 staff members did everything they could to fix it but couldn't, I was grateful for there efforts. I found the coffee maker really complicated to use , and didn´t dare in the end!

Clean room and good location. Peaceful but central enough to walk everywhere

4% surcharge for paying by card seems a bit unfriendly

The hotel has a very nice location - about 30 min walk to the central railway station and 1.5 hours walk to the southern parts of Amsterdam. There are 2 grocery shops nearby and nice cafes / bars for the late drinks. The room is small, but very comfortable, you have everything you need for a short stay. And very nice staff!

A small negative thing is that there were some street works, which were noisy in the morning, so this is just something to ask about in advance if you prefer long sleeps.

Location, hotel and staff were top. Notch. Everyone was friendly and happy to assist. I recommend this hotel with pleasure.

My room was one of the smallest I've been to. It was equipped and the bed was comfortable, but there was little room for my luggage. I was able to see other rooms while they were being cleaned and saw that they were much bigger and suitable for families. Despite my small room, I definitely recommend..

This is a very cute hotel, the location is great. Unlike big chains where customized requests are not possible, the staff is nice and accommodating. There is no breakfast but there are complimentary sweets in the lobby every morning, and there's a Lidl right across the corner. Hotel is at a walkable distance from city centre, and in a very quiet area. Bonus: there is a balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee!

Honestly my stay was smooth I enjoyed everything!

The location is very good, a nice quiet, mainly residential street with cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were polite and helpful. My daughter left her drivers licence behind, and the hotel contacted us to arrange to forward it on. The room was slightly dated but quaint with it. Cleanliness was excellent. De pjip , the nine streets, and the museum quarter are all in easy walking distance. Air con is 5€ refundable deposit. Internet connection was fine.

Rooms had robe slippers and had coffee machine, there was water as well. Walking distance till the Dom square is 26 minutes but the view is nice.

Little bit noisy if you open the window. Because of chatting people downstairs. Mosquitos so take with you protector. The only issue is hotel charges some advance payment, upon arrival cancel it and charge you full amount. So I have paid 100% plus I am waiting my advance payment to be debited on my card.
