Clean room and good location. Peaceful but central enough to walk everywhere

4% surcharge for paying by card seems a bit unfriendly

It was in the perfect location. The room was comfortable for 3 people and the amenities were wonderful.

This is not a complaint because everything was great. This is more of a suggestion to make it even better. The only thing that may need slight improvement is the half shower glass wall. Maybe it was the placement of the shower in our room but it was hard not to make the bathroom floor wet. I think it would be better to have a full shower curtain to protect the property more. Otherwise everything was great. I just felt bad every time the bathroom floor would get wet after we used the shower.

The room was small, but I knew that before hand, despite the size it was modern, clean and comfortable. Next time I´ll ask if I can have a room with a street view. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is super close to the museums.

The stairs are steep, but if you take them slowly they are fine. I can imagine that some might struggle with stairs though. My television didn't work during my stay, 2 staff members did everything they could to fix it but couldn't, I was grateful for there efforts. I found the coffee maker really complicated to use , and didn´t dare in the end!

Impeccable Cleanliness and Great In-Room Coffee: The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the complimentary in-room coffee was noted as one of the best available in Amsterdam, enhancing the overall experience. Exceptional Convenience: The hotel's location offers exceptional convenience, with easy access to public transportation and a short distance to the city center, making it suitable for both walking and commuting. The proximity to the airport bus stop and a nearby LIDL for grocery shopping were particularly appreciated, exceeding expectations.

While the room itself was modern and appealing, there was a noted contrast with the more classic style maintained throughout the rest of the property.

I had an incredible experience at the hotel during my holiday in Amsterdam. The room was perfect for my small family, with a comfy bed ensuring we had a restful stay. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram that conveniently connected us to all the city's attractions. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the amazing staff, particularly Mishlin. Her friendliness and willingness to help went above and beyond. Mishlin not only provided valuable recommendations on what to see and do in Amsterdam but also took the time to write detailed notes for us to prioritize our visits. She truly made our time in the hotel memorable. Thank you, Mishlin, for your exceptional hospitality!

The room was small enough for one person, there was proper heating, not an ac which was a great plus, the room and the bathroom was very clean and also there were enough towels, slippers, bathrub and amenities.

If you are not used to Dutch staircases, it might be challanging for you to climb up. Check first if there is elevator in case you have problems with your legs. My room was next to the staircase so you hear people walking up and down, but its normal.

Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned every day and a fresh bottle of water was left. The hotel was central for activities in Amsterdam.

I was only in the hotel for 3 days but noticed on my last morning that when I tried to watch TV there was no aerial. This wasn't a problem for me as I was only going to look at it on my last morning but obviously it may be an issue for other guests.

Very good location: calm and quiet place but close to the center and all main attractions in Amsterdam. Museum quarter and shopping areas are within a walking distance (10 minutes). From Schiphol Airport there is a bus #397 which directly takes you at Leidseplein station - just 200 meters from the hotel. Hotel cleanness and sleep quality was at a good level. Staff service and attitude was excellent which makes you feel at home.

Nothing much to complain about. The stairs are too narrow and must be used very carefully. Soundproofing is not very good and you should expect some voice from the hallway or neighboring rooms.

Staff very kind and helpful. they offered to keep our bags there free of charge before check in and after check in. They even gave our daughter a little toy as a welcome gift. lovely touch. Great room, very well equipped and no street noise. Location is superb, we walked everywhere. There's a small lift that is a godsent if you are travelling with small children.

Pre-authorisation payment was taken and credited after the full payment was made at the property. Not a big deal but it was a first for us so we were a bit confused by the process. 2% charge if you pay by card (unless is maestro)
