The hotel is very well located with main attractions close by but not too crowded or busy. The staff was very nice, answered all our questions and gave us recommendations on where to go.

It can be a little difficult to understand where to go since the hotel has multiple buildings on the same street but it was not too bad at all. There is noise from the tram and people but if you close the windows, it is fine and if you are very sensible to noises, you can use the plugs that they provide

Good location, friendly, responsive engagement from the staff over the Booking.com app. Overall, it was a good stay.

There was a small ledge stepping up into the bathroom and I hit my foot on it a number of times and this created some bad bruising which was unfortunate. I just didn't notice the step up and banged my foot on it a couple of times before I finally remembered each time going into the bathroom. Otherwise, it was all good.

Great location

Not the hotels fault really but we were in the basement and you could heat every footstep from upstairs. Sounded like a group of galloping horses

Location of the property was fine, easy and quick access to transportation, walking distance to many main and not-so-evident attractions. Advice from the personnel and notes on things to do in the vicinity.

A bit limited space in the room and in the corridors, a bit noisy at night the bed was not that comfortable. But bearable for a couple of nights.

The location is perfect, the view was really beautiful from our room and the WiFi was great in case you need to work from there

Maybe the noise that the door generated. It happened to us, that we couldn’t close the door properly so it kept doing that loud noise

Great location in Amsterdam close to everything and within easy reach of public transport options. The automatic check in worked well, and staff were very helpful, letting us check in early and then putting our bags in our room. The set-up for storing luggage on check-out was also easy to use and very handy. Room was clean, had good air-conditioning, and the bed was super comfortable. Considering Amsterdam prices and the location, it was value for money and we enjoyed our stay.

Some street noise as there is a bar next door, they did provide earplugs though. Hotel rooms are spread across buildings on both sides of the street, so the hotel has a very disjointed feel to it.

The staff and man at front desk was amazing. forgot his name, but he was helpful and accomodating, even helped us carry the luggage

the room was smaller than pictured, and the window was totally transparent to the outside, when curtain was closed it was king of dark. Otherwise really clean comfortable pace!!!

Location was great, lots of shops close by, eating choices also, the room was small but had everything required for 1 night, good user of space, great big bed! Appreciate that an alternative room was found on arrival due to initial booking being basement level & too big for 1 person. Awesome to have a fridge too!

I would've appreciated a kettle to make tea, as am alternative to the coffee offered, maybe less noisy front door

The location is great.Near to tram station to move around places.There is near supermarket.Close to everything.The room is perfectly clean.Mira the staff in reception is amazing, very friendly, kind and professional.

Excellent location and easy check-in. Brilliant communication and advised us of early check in being available for us. Housekeeping was very friendly and kindly tidied up our room, restocked etc.
