I had a very easy check in and had a lovely room, with a view . The room was very clean and the location was super ! The hotel is just a small walk from the Tram stop, close to lovely restaurants very close by, the Vondell park just 10 minutes, as well as the museums. Staff was nice and helpful. I really enjoyed the stay.

The only negative point was that the refrigirator was not working since our arrival. So we did not have cold beverages ,or could not store anything that neede refrigeration in the room. As the hotel was busy they said that there was nothing they could do... which I think was not really the correct attitude, since I looked for this specifically . They offered me to store something in the bar fridge, but it really isnt a solution if you plan to have breakfast in your room.... other than this all fine.

Location was fantastic, less 10 mins walk from museums and the beautiful ‘9 Streets’ district, and 5 mins from nearest tram which takes you into town centre in 10 mins. We also loved the view of the canal from our room, and watching the river cruises go by. Sebastian was incredibly helpful before we arrived and we felt nothing was too much trouble for him. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the complementary water and soft drinks.

Elements of the room were a little tired/wear and tear (eg paintwork near window and marks on cushions) but nothing you wouldn’t expect from a 3 star.

the staff consistently went above and beyond!!! always super sweet and helpful. VERY big rooms for amsterdam standards with good sized showers too. the location couldn’t have been more perfect for me. walking distance to everything without being overwhelmed by large tourist crowds. i would actually love to live in this area it was that good. the cleanliness was perfection. room service came every single day and replaced clean soft towels every time. i have been to amsterdam many times and this is by far my favorite place i’ve stayed. overall i could not have asked for a better stay, i will recommend this to anyone coming here, and i WILL be back!!!!!

the room was lovely and cosy with a canal view. it was perfect for the few days we were there, the decor was stylish and fresh. the bed was super comfy. the amenities were a nice touch and having Rituals products in the bathroom was an extra bonus. we had fresh towels each day and the bed freshly made. the hotel is perfectly located for access to the tram and bus and a stones throw away from some lovely restaurants. the staff were all so accommodating and friendly. we will definitely stay here again.

The building stairs are superrrrr narrow and steep. Our do not disturb button in the room was broken and we found that out by the cleaning guy just walking into the room! I was naked and he refused to leave or come back and I had to user him out of the room and try and lock the door so he could not enter with the key he had. It was very disturbing experience. His English wasn’t very good so I tried to explain to him once I got dressed that he shouldn’t just enter the room without at least knocking. This wasn’t a great experience unfortunately.

Amazing location, great value, it's not a hotel to stay in all day, but a comfortable place to sleep during your stay in Amsterdam. Very kind, welcoming, and helpful staff. We arrived early so the room wasn't ready, but they told us it would be ready in a few minutes, which was around an hour earlier than regular check-in time. We opted to leave our bags at reception and went out for lunch, the staff kindly placed our bags in the room for us. The reception isn't always attended, although someone is always around somewhere; the key to the room also opens the door of the hotel at all times so it feels safer.

Small, but that's expected in Amsterdam, room was clean but the bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better, nothing a quick rinse couldn't fix so we didn't complain. The stopper in the sink in the bathroom was closed and could not be opened with the metal lever behind the tap, had to pry it open with something thin so it stays open. Hotel isn't clearly labeled but it's literally building/unit no. 377 on the street so you'll find it easily when you get there.

Cozy, charming boutique hotel in an excellent location and with friendly staff: upon our request, we had a room facing the canal, so that, after a long walk, we would relax in the bow window , sipping a cup of tea and enjoying the lovely view. Soft, comfy linens and Rituals bath products; complimentary minibar products, coffee, tea; safe in the closet. We indeed enjoyed our staying!

Unfortunately we had a problem with the minibar: it stopped working after the first day and couldn't be fixed. However, being in autumn, that was not much of an issue.

Location - about 15 minutes away from the city centre and main tourist attractions. Free minibar - some beverages, tea and coffee capsules were offered. Rituals cosmetics products in the bathroom. Large size bed. Nice view. Friendly stuff. Room was cleaned and towels changed every day.

Way too soft mattress and pillows. Chairs had stains. One of the closet doors was falling off every time we open it. Sound isolation was poor, so you could hear everyone.

Absolutely everything. We were dashed away last year on our first stay at No 377 House and couldn’t wait to come back. Without surprises this stay was as good as the first one. First of all, perfect location close to all accommodations and attractions. Second of all the rooms are decorated with taste and are furnished with really comfortable furnitures. The best is as comfortable as a cloud and the shower is what dreams are made of. Third of all and this is just the cherry on top the staff is probably the best staff you can find in hospitality. They are kind, welcoming and always ready and happy to help you. They make you feel at home right away and this is the main reason why we will come back for sure on our next trip. Don’t hesitate, House N•377 is the best hotel in town !

The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The range of shower facilities and mini fridge offerings were above the expected standard.

The pillows were square and quite small which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Considering a comfortable and large mattress, it was a shame to be let down by the shape of the pillows. We did request different pillows but unfortunately this was not followed up upon.
