Very helping and friendly personnel - had suggested to solve an issue in the best possible way. The room has had everything we've needed - even an electric kettle and nespresso machine with free tea and coffee. Up-to-date furniture. Free wi-fi. Good location - you can easily walk to the centre or museums quarter by foot, but there' s also a lot of transportation options around, if you're need to go to the bus station in Sloterdijk, for example. Also there are a lot of supermarkets and cafes & restaurants around. In short - this hotel is a great choice, I'd recommend it.

The room is not totally clean. As we were doing our morning yoga - it was clearly seen. The window is more like a glass door to the common gallery / balcony. So it's not psychologically comfortable to open it at night, when you're sleeping, as it gives the direct access to the room. The ventilation mode for the window hadn't worked. Also the room is kinda small.

The location - a 15-20 min. walk to all the major sights. Clean and comfortable. Possible to park a bike at the entrance (free). Parking a car is expensive, but a bit cheaper than public parking.

Provide bigger cups for tea, as there were just glasses and tiny coffee cups.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mosaic. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room, along with the bathroom, was spacious enough for three people. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel’s location was also a huge plus. The tram stop to the city center was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the room came with a coffee machine and a kettle which was a nice touch for a busy start to the day. Overall, I highly recommend for its comfort, convenient location, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff were extremely friendly in the hotel. I had a payment issue that only arose when I landed. I rang the hotel and the lady that answered was extremely friendly and helpful, which made that situation a lot less stressful. The staff had the room ready lots of time before I was supposed to check in, and let me check in early. Other staff members were also really polite and friendly. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are lovely and the room had a television and lots of sockets and USB ports. The wifi was also really good.

Hotel location is very nice! You can easily take the train to anywhere else in the city. Also, the hotel structure is very beautiful with some artwork pieces decorating hotel structure design. The breakfast is very worth the $15. It contains several options of food and price is very attractive.

In the first day, housekeeping service was not done even with the sign in the door indicating that room cleaning was required. However, in the second day I informed the front desk about the miss and they quickly solve it in the next day. With respect to the room, for me, the beds/mattresses were a little too soft. Also, I found the room to dark in my opinion. I would like to have a room with better lighting. Lastly, I guess it was a a bad luck from me: the shower was not too hot (I like very warm showers), but my family stated that the rooms they stayed in, shower was fantastic and very warm.

Breakfast looked good, although we did not have it as it was a pretty big extra charge. The room was nice with comfortable beds. The front desk staff was very nice and provided bottled water when requested and were very helpful with advice on what to do on a rainy day, etc. Our kids liked to run around the outdoor courtyard area that was accessible from our room.

Check in was confusing because it is two hotels in one so the front desk area is labeled as the Grand Hotel Downtown not Mosaic. The parking was a bit tricky as you had to scan a QR code via an app for entrance/exit and the app was not very easy to use. Sometimes the designated hotel spots on the 2nd floor were full, but the front desk said you could also park on the 1st floor anywhere if they were full. It was about a 20 minute walk to the Rijksmuseum area.

A location to check in the future for sure, I liked that it is not very far from the center, somewhere between 25-30 minutes on foot, depending on where you want to go, but there are other locations such as the Rijksmuseum, 15 minutes walk, Moco musem between 12-15 minutes walk, restaurants opposite the hotel, I liked that the hotel has a restaurant at a very affordable price (compared to food from restaurants or downtown) and very tasty, you can serve yourself with whatever you want even if you finish from your plate, and drink whatever you want (water, juice, tea, lemonade, coffee) and I liked the fact that it had parking, 35 euros per day is ok, clean room, housekeeping every day I also liked that I had a balcony with a view, it was far beyond expectations

We used a couple room with double bed, the room was ok, for two people, small, but the mattresses in the bed were slipping, that was the only unpleasant thing, I would recommend for the double bed a whole mattress for the couple, we stayed in a bed with two separate mattresses and that's why they slipped

Nice buffet breakfast and well priced, including a kids' rate. Good location close to public transport, restaurants, museums, etc.

The double bed was actually twin beds with a thin double mattress on top. Not very comfortable with a big dip in the middle. Not much wardrobe/storage space which was fine for a short trip but could be inconvenient for a longer stay.

The location is amazing if you are planning to visit a lot of museums. The room was very nice overall. The hotel felt really safe. When we left the hotel they called me and let me know that they found an airpod in the room which is really amazing. Thanks again for calling!!!

The floors could have been cleaner they were very dirty. The toilet does not have ventilation and the door does not stay open so you cannot even ventilate it manually.
