Our stay at Mosaic City Centre was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who assisted us with an early check-in — always smiling and welcoming. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and located in a great area, close to Vondelpark and Museumplein. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam and looking for comfort in a central location.

Very helping and friendly personnel - had suggested to solve an issue in the best possible way. The room has had everything we've needed - even an electric kettle and nespresso machine with free tea and coffee. Up-to-date furniture. Free wi-fi. Good location - you can easily walk to the centre or museums quarter by foot, but there' s also a lot of transportation options around, if you're need to go to the bus station in Sloterdijk, for example. Also there are a lot of supermarkets and cafes & restaurants around. In short - this hotel is a great choice, I'd recommend it.

The room is not totally clean. As we were doing our morning yoga - it was clearly seen. The window is more like a glass door to the common gallery / balcony. So it's not psychologically comfortable to open it at night, when you're sleeping, as it gives the direct access to the room. The ventilation mode for the window hadn't worked. Also the room is kinda small.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mosaic. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room, along with the bathroom, was spacious enough for three people. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel’s location was also a huge plus. The tram stop to the city center was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the room came with a coffee machine and a kettle which was a nice touch for a busy start to the day. Overall, I highly recommend for its comfort, convenient location, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!

A very quiet yet accessible location to the trams, foodhallen, parks and a 10 -15 min walk to the major shopping streets like the 9 streets etc. the staff is very proactive and helpful. The area seems safe and pleasant with restaurants like Teds etc. it served the purpose of sleeping in and being out the entire day . The cleaners clean the room daily .

The rooms were too small and seemed dingy, the coffee machine wasn’t working . The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. It was simple and very basic cannot expect to stay in the room and chill.

The location - a 15-20 min. walk to all the major sights. Clean and comfortable. Possible to park a bike at the entrance (free). Parking a car is expensive, but a bit cheaper than public parking.

Provide bigger cups for tea, as there were just glasses and tiny coffee cups.

The hotel is located in a perfect location, you can either walk (about 20-30 mins) to the city centre or go by public transports (10 minutes). There's a really nice park nearby the hotel (5 min walk) and some good places to have breakfast or have a beer. I can suggest the zest pub, it's small but the food and beers are really good.

Probably the rooms are kind of small, but if you are there for a vacation you are going to spend most of the time outside so it's just "essential".

We stayed in a triple room. The room size was decent and there were 3 stools available. The bathroom was nice and spacious, equipped with a shower. There was also a complementary coffee maker with free capsules and tea. The room also featured a large window with a beautiful view of the canal.

The bathroom could benefit from an additional shelf in the shower area. The cleanliness was average and the room felt quite dark as the lights were not very bright. Overall satisfactory stay with room for improvement especially given the high price.

Ideal space for a family of four with a nice view of a canal. Shower was great and the provided Nespresso machine and capsules gave a good start to the day. HDMi on the tv was accessible so we were able to plug our travel tv stick in. Development is modern and a short walk from Vondelpark, about 15/20 from the museum quarter. Bosco cafe across the street is great.

Wi-Fi was not usable. the leads on the kettle and coffee machine could not reach the sockets so had to be placed on the floor to be used

We got nice room with the view to the canal. The room is not too spacious but enough space. The bed is comfortable and the room is very clean. The hotel is located in nice location, 2 mins walk from the tram station and you can take tram 17 to go directly to the central station. It would take 10-15 mins to go to the central. Staff are friendly and professional

the bathroom/toilet is very small, you would get water everywhere on the floor when you shower. The wifi is not too strong either

The staff were extremely friendly in the hotel. I had a payment issue that only arose when I landed. I rang the hotel and the lady that answered was extremely friendly and helpful, which made that situation a lot less stressful. The staff had the room ready lots of time before I was supposed to check in, and let me check in early. Other staff members were also really polite and friendly. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are lovely and the room had a television and lots of sockets and USB ports. The wifi was also really good.
