If I could give this property higher than 10 I would!! We absolutely loved it!! The location on the farm was beautiful, really quiet with lovely views of the green fields. My son loved saying hello to the 2 donkeys there too! The caravan was beautiful, it was spacious and very clean, with the perfect amount of furniture and kitchen utensils/crockery etc. The double bed was amazingly comfortable, the owners clearly spent money on getting a decent mattress! The duvet was lovely and thick too which kept us warm (as it was only early April so the temperature outside was very cold and windy at times). We enjoyed getting the fresh eggs from the chickens so I could have scrambled eggs one day, and we used public transport to get here which was very easy - the number 314/316 bus from the Bus station in the city centre was only 2 stops / about 12 minutes - then it was about 30 mins walk from the bus stop to the property, but we like walking! There was plenty of onsite parking if you have a car. You could also hire a bike from the property and then if you cycle to the Metro station (45 min walk the opposite way to the bus stop) then you can leave the bike locked up there for free for 24 hours. We got the Metro into town one day and that only took about 12 mins into town. The owner left breakfast items for us in the fridge and bread basket, and even left us some little chocolate Easter eggs on arrival, which I loved! The info booklet made by the owners was very detailed, the most detailed I've ever seen in an accommodation. The electric heater in the living room area heated up the room really quickly, considering outside was very cold and windy the majority of days we stayed here. I genuinely could not fault this property. It was absolutely amazing! Thank you!!

We loved the location as it was lovely and peaceful in the country, rather than staying in the city. There were a variety of breakfast items provided plus fresh eggs in the hen house and plenty of coffee capsules for the much needed morning coffee. It was great having the opportunity to hire bicycles onsite also. We cycled around the countryside exploring the villages and also into Noord, where we left the bicycles and then ferried over to Amsterdam Central. Wilco and Karen were wonderful hosts, always available to sort any issues or provide information on the area.

We loved being out in the quiet and relaxing country side, while still just being 10 min away from the nearest metro stop so we could easily travel to Amsterdam with public transport. Sure beats trying to try to find parking in the city! The animals (2 donkeys, 2 goats, chickens and cows) were a highlight, as was collecting our own fresh chicken eggs for breakfast each morning. Freshest eggs we’ve ever had. The place was cute, very well stocked, clean, comfortable and the sunrise views from the back patio were to die for. Breakfast was a great spread and delicious. The beds were comfortable, the towels soft. We did move the top bunk mattress to the living room because 1) with my son’s height it was hard for him to crawl up there and 2) it was hot up there. We liked renting the bikes and riding through the country side. We could’ve easily stayed longer and hope to come back again!

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like. I tried, but no.

The location was very close to Amsterdam. The B&B was so gorgeous and modern with a cute farm with goats, donkeys and chickens. Wilco was very nice and welcoming. The rooms were very spacious with a bed and sofa bed. The bathroom was spacious and modern. The kitchen was very well equipped and they refilled our fridge everyday with milk, juice, yogurts, ham, cheese and croissants. We even cooked one night and had everything we needed. We felt right at home. The highlight for our daughter was saying hi to the donkeys and goats and picking up fresh eggs each morning for breakfast. We loved it so much. 100% recommended for a family with kids.

Everything was perfect.

I loved EVERYTHING! The hosts, Karen & Wilco, thought of every little detail for accommodations and amenities in their bed and breakfast. They are so friendly, and Wilco went above and beyond to go the extra mile when we had unexpected car troubles with our rental (when Avis did not) and got us all squared away so we didn't miss our adventures in Amsterdam. The rooms are spacious and clean, and I love how you can even collect your own fresh eggs from the coop for breakfast in the morning. Perfect location as they are just on the outskirts of Amsterdam city center, so it is nice and quiet while still being able to be in the city center very quickly by public transportation. I would book a stay here again in a heartbeat!

Everything was excellent. Starting with the location very close to Amsterdam. We stayed in a Gypsy Wagon just to try something different than hotels we always stay at. It was a fantastic experience! In the middle of grass fields, Donkys right at your windows, pheasant which I saw for the first time in my life and cute little goats. On top of that we could pick our fresh eggs right from the hen house. Amazing! Breakfast contained selection of different items sweet and savory. Cookie gift was a nice touch. Wilco is a very nice person and attentive Host. Thank you for having us. The Farm is a great place to take a brake. We definitely want to come back.

Nothing not to like.

We stayed in three rooms which were actually studio apartments. They were even nicer than in the photos and have been designed really well. There has been so much attention to detail and they had everything we could have asked for. They were spotlessly clean and had very comfortable beds. The breakfast foods provided were excellent and the whole experience felt very luxurious. The location was brilliant, close to Amsterdam, but also out in open countryside. I enjoyed sitting outside in the sun at the picnic benches looking out over the fields with the wind blowing. It felt so relaxing and I would have been content doing that for a week! The hosts are incredibly lovely, friendly and responsive. We would definitely recommend to others and I hope to visit again one day.

We only found the fly screens on the last day. That's our fault though :(

The location is just perfect. It’s close enough to explore the city, but it is in a beautiful farmland area just outside Amsterdam that gives you all the peace and quiet you want while still having all of the best sites in the city close by. I definitely recommend this property. You will not regret booking here.

The BnB and surrounding properties are all working farms, so don’t be surprised when you hear or smell a farm. While this didn’t bother me or my husband, I could see this being a concern for others.

We enjoyed our stay at Zunderdoorp. The land is at the heart of Dutch Waterland - a sea of greenery and aerial views where you can enjoy watching wild geese, bird murmurations and grazing sheep. Breakfast was delicious, including fresh eggs from the coop. Amsterdam Nord P&R is only several minutes away so one can enjoy both nature and the city nearby. The hosts are very friendly and warm and have a vast knowledge about the area, which they share generously with the guests. There is also an option to rent a bike and explore.

Absolutely everything is wonderful. Both the accommodation and the conditions, the breakfast, and the owners. The animals are gorgeous, and the fact that you can choose your eggs in the morning for breakfast, completes the feeling of a simple and beautiful life, which we crave after escaping the daily madness and after running away from corporations. 10/10 Superb! We will be back for sure. Best Booking accommodation I have ever had, and I travel a lot.
