For the price I paid I wasn’t expecting anything incredible but I was actually really surprised when I arrived. I stayed in a loft room and it was very spacious, very clean, very modern & better than I imagined. Located just 5 minute walk away from the train station and one stop away from central, it really is a great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of central.

The only negative is the double bed was 2 single mattresses together and I kept waking up in the middle of the 2 numerous times a night 🤦‍♀️

The room was unique in the loft style room. The staff were accommodating as they allowed us to check in 10 minutes before check in time. The room service was very nice and respectful of our privacy. The location was only a 5-10 minute walk away from the nearest metro station which brought you directly into the central station. The 24 hour reception was a good resource to have and your room key was required to enter the room section of the hotel making it safer.

The room didn’t have a safe to keep valuables and passports while in the city. The curtain was jammed which didn’t allow as much blockage of the sunlight but this wasn’t a major issue.

Reading the reviews of this hotel scared me so much that i was convinced i would have to leave but do not be put off, i had a lovely stay. it is an economy hotel, it’s not supposed to be luxurious. the beds were clean and comfy (no bed bugs), towels were fine, bathroom was clean with a good shower. while the stairs were steep they were absolutely fine, the room was more spacious than i expected with a good amount of light from the loft windows. the hotel location was also very good, nice restaurants fairly close and super easy to catch the metro anywhere you want.

The hotel is small and clean, seven minutes walk from a metro station. The room was clean and equipped with a hair dryer, shampoo and hand soap. Even though the location is a little remote, we felt safe as you must use your card to enter the hotel and the staircase to the rooms. As stated, it is located on the outskirts of the city center, but you can find some great breweries and cafes nearby. The staff was friendly and they offered us advice about sights and where to eat.

The bathroom was easily flooded because the shower was not separated from the rest of the room. The lockers could have been replaced. Also, it would be a nice addition to have some more snacks and drinks available, as there are no night shops nearby.

The staff was really helpful and friendly, they booked the closed parking space for us as requested, and they explained everything needed, as well as, allowed us to stay a little longer before leaving the city for going for breakfast in the town. Also the location was good, 1 station to the city center.

The room given was different from the pictures, we didn`t ask for changing because was still ok for one night, but it had some stairs and the bed on top could be a bit dangerous due to a short wall to the low side... Also the door for the toilet didn`t close properly

Amsterdam noord is a very nice place to stay if you want something different than the touristic center of Amsterdam! The hotel is located in a quiet area with so many choises to eat or drink or have a nice lazy day in front of the water or take a nice walk in the forest nearby! Hotel room was clean and comfortable! I had a very nice surprise also for my birthday! Staff was friendly helpful and kind. Overall positive experience!!!

The staff were really friendly, the location was great (just a 5 min walk to the metro station and then a 2 minute train and you’re in centre), the room was nicer than expected with a comfy bed, decent size and a nice bathroom. The food in the cafe was nice and yeah the overall experience was perfect would 100% stay again.

The only minor issue we had was that there was no window that could be opened. There was a skylight but it wasn’t possible to open so it felt a bit stuffy sometimes. But other than that everything was way better than we expected for the fairly cheap price compared to the rest of Amsterdam

Everything was super clean, 24hr access to and from the hotel with refreshments (drinks snacks etc) available at all hours to. Staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was good. Great access to Amsterdam Centre via train, only 5/10 mins from Noord Station and about the same time on the train journey. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby. Overall very satisfied.

The staff is amicable, the hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. It's a great place to rest, and it's near Jumbo Market supermarket where you can grab delicious already prepared food for takeaway or to eat in. There are also several restaurants nearby.

The day of arrival was a little hectic as Amsterdam North is less metropolitan than Amsterdam Centraal so I'd have liked the hotel to give instructions to arrive if not by taxi. Taxis are a little expensive as they have to cross the underwater tunnel. You have to cross by ferry and then walk around 15ish minutes, or grab a taxi at the other side which is hard to come by sometimes, so make sure to try to schedule your Uber so as not to have transport problems

Functional and clean in the rooms, we where a party of 5 adults, we had a double room and a triple room, both provided ample room & where well maintained. The air con was a dream in the hot weather. The location of the property was residential and we liked that aspect as it kept you out of the hustle bustle on the centre of Amsterdam. The ferry was very accessible and free to ride. The staff where very welcoming and friendly, available 24/7 with any queries etc. The breakfast area was a lovely break out space to use in the morning and at any point in the stay. They provided secure off road parking for the car for the duration of our stay for a small fee.

There wasn’t much to dislike about the property. Maybe for some the location wouldn’t be ideal however this is subject to individual preference.
