The location is good, 10 minutes walk and a 2 min ferry into the centre. The room was small but big enough for what we did, as we were only sleeping in the room out all day, so it was perfect. Very modern and clean and tidy. And if you don’t you the cleaner you get €5 each day which is a good bonus. Staff were polite and friendly and very helpful. I liked the lights in the room it made it cosy.

There’s no coffee facilities which was annoying because the coffee machine downstairs gives small, cold and over priced coffee but was our only option in a morning. And not an issue for us as a married couple but the toilet and shower are literally a glass cubicle in the room. So if you’re not poo shy it’s ok.

Hotel is clean and rooms look stylish. Staff is helpful, especially Lely in restaurant.

Rooms are quite small and there is no privacy if there is 2 people in the room as there is no bathroom actually. You have separately shower (without any hooks or shelfs inside so you can put your towel or clothes so you need to go back to room to reach it!!!) and separately toilet door (plus doors are glass so again no full privacy). Sink is in the room, again there is no bathroom. If u want to go to toilet or shower, light switch is on the oposite part of room at entrance. Very bad room design.

The room was very compact and the staff were very friendly. The room had a great TV which you could easily connect to your own device. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the check-in process was easy to use.

The location, I did not realise it was so far out the centre when booking. It was easy to get the free ferry from Amsterdam Central Station to the other side of the water, but then it was still another 20min walk to the hotel once off the ferry.

Easy check in and out and lovely staff!! Room was very clean and the hotel lobby was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helped us with all of our queries. Room had fridge, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, tv, shower, toilet, moveable bed (up & down) and coloured lights.

The location of the property isn’t ideal. To get from the city you must get a ferry across the water and walk 20 minutes, or alternatively get a taxi. It’s quite a long walk if the weather isn’t nice. The rooms are also quite small but you get what you pay for. The connector on the TV wouldn’t work so we couldn’t connect to our Netflix

Great value for money, hotel is great with the only downfall being its location. Room was lovely, perfect size for 2 people.

The bed was comfortable and great that it could be adjusted to sit up. Was a great location to be just outside of the busy centre of Amsterdam, and close enough to still get to the centre when you want! The room was a bit small but still comfortable. No kitchenette but the breakfast they offer is pretty good! Staff were kind and a helpful, definitely recommend this place :)

Location is excellent, a 10 minute walk to the free ferry direct to Centraal and close to the a’dam tower. Lovely canalside deck out the back with comfy Fatboy seating. Perfect for lunch or sundowners. Cool lighting in the rooms that keep kids (and adults no doubt!) entertained. Special mention to all the staff who really go out of their way to be welcoming and attentive - they really made my child feel special every time she wandered through the lobby and restaurant like the main character. Bike rental available from the hotel too which is really handy.

As others have mentioned, the rooms are compact - not a lot of hanging space for clothes and it would be good to add a hook or two around the vanity area for hand towels but it’s not that big a deal. Food in the restaurant is good but it would be nice to have more veggie and salad options - very carb heavy which is not for everyone ;)

Room large and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. Excellent and various breakfast (good savoury and sweet choices). Nice dehor and a gym is also available. A special mention for Pedro, the receptionist, very nice and kind!

Maybe the position, a little bit out from the center, but very reachable. We have had a problem with bike hiring, because I booked and paid them, but after the payment I’ve been informed that children’s bike were not available (my nephew is 8 years old and he couldn’t have ridden a big size bike). Anyway I received the refund for the bikes.

upon entry, the staff were welcoming and checking in was simple. the room itself was amazing. I have never stayed in a room like that before. Was very big. the bathroom was huge and the shower was walk in with a view of the skyline of Amsterdam. I had to drink the tap water but I was OK after! The bed is like hospital bed where you can control how you sit on the bed. TV was fun to use!

I found the hotel too far for me. from the eye museum, you have to meander through the side streets. When you take the F6 ferry, it's far from.the centraal station. no tea or coffee?
