Great Stay at Yotel Amsterdam! I had a wonderful stay at Yotel Amsterdam! The location was a bit off from the main attractions, but it wasn’t far—just a 15-minute walk from the ferry, and the ferry itself was very convenient, running every five minutes. It was a short ride to a different island in Amsterdam, which I actually found to be quite charming. The room was compact but modern and clean, with all the essentials I needed. I loved the high-tech features—everything was easy to control and made the stay even more enjoyable. The bed was comfy, and the vibe of the hotel was trendy and relaxing. I went with my mother and my nephew for his 10th birthday, and both of them loved it too! The staff was friendly, always ready to help. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay

The location is good, 10 minutes walk and a 2 min ferry into the centre. The room was small but big enough for what we did, as we were only sleeping in the room out all day, so it was perfect. Very modern and clean and tidy. And if you don’t you the cleaner you get €5 each day which is a good bonus. Staff were polite and friendly and very helpful. I liked the lights in the room it made it cosy.

There’s no coffee facilities which was annoying because the coffee machine downstairs gives small, cold and over priced coffee but was our only option in a morning. And not an issue for us as a married couple but the toilet and shower are literally a glass cubicle in the room. So if you’re not poo shy it’s ok.

I really enjoyed my stay at YOTEL Amsterdam. The hotel is clean, modern, and super convenient. It has a fun, laid-back vibe with great amenities like foosball, outdoor seating by the canal, and stylish common areas. It’s a great base for exploring the city. Rooms are compact — as expected — but well-designed and efficient. Honestly, there’s not much I didn’t like. If you’re okay with a smaller space, it’s a great choice.

Clean and up to date apartment with everything you need. Has a bar/restaurant attached to it for quick and easy food. Has a funky vibe to it which we enjoyed as well

Only reason it didn’t get a 10 is because it’s a bit of a trek to get to the city centre. It’s a half an hour journey on foot with little PT to get there. Not a big deal if you’re ok with the walk

Hotel is clean and rooms look stylish. Staff is helpful, especially Lely in restaurant.

Rooms are quite small and there is no privacy if there is 2 people in the room as there is no bathroom actually. You have separately shower (without any hooks or shelfs inside so you can put your towel or clothes so you need to go back to room to reach it!!!) and separately toilet door (plus doors are glass so again no full privacy). Sink is in the room, again there is no bathroom. If u want to go to toilet or shower, light switch is on the oposite part of room at entrance. Very bad room design.

The room was very compact and the staff were very friendly. The room had a great TV which you could easily connect to your own device. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the check-in process was easy to use.

The location, I did not realise it was so far out the centre when booking. It was easy to get the free ferry from Amsterdam Central Station to the other side of the water, but then it was still another 20min walk to the hotel once off the ferry.

Easy check in and out and lovely staff!! Room was very clean and the hotel lobby was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helped us with all of our queries. Room had fridge, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, tv, shower, toilet, moveable bed (up & down) and coloured lights.

The location of the property isn’t ideal. To get from the city you must get a ferry across the water and walk 20 minutes, or alternatively get a taxi. It’s quite a long walk if the weather isn’t nice. The rooms are also quite small but you get what you pay for. The connector on the TV wouldn’t work so we couldn’t connect to our Netflix

Great value for money, hotel is great with the only downfall being its location. Room was lovely, perfect size for 2 people.

Location, quite awkwardly situated with it being a minimum 20 minute walk to the ferry that takes you to the central station/centre however the hotel is great and has everything you need so it is worth it

The room was clean, and has nice light effects. The location is quite close to the city center, although you have to cross 't IJ by boat everytime you want to go to Amsterdam Centraal. Check in and check out was self service, easy and quick.

You have to cross 't IJ everytime you want to go to the city center and/or Amsterdam Centraal. The staff when checking in was friendly, but the staff at night was rude and unhelpfull. The room is also quite small, it is perfectly reasonable for a couple or a family, but if you are friends then you can't really change clothes somewhere without the other person seeing you...
