Space and welcome tea and coffee and water was a lovely touch. Beds were so comfortable.

Location not as suggested. Needs to be clearer that you need to get the ferry across to central station. Taxi with bags was over 50 euro. Ferry is free and a 20/25min walk away. A bus runs from just outside the apartment close to the ferry every 20mins A brush would be welcome as only provided dustpan s c brush and no hoover. Also information for emptying bins would be helpful. One towel each only provided for a weeks stay although I got more when requested.

Good apartment for a family with one double bed and one sofa bed. Kitchen had everything we needed including dishwasher (with tablets), washing machine (with pod), kettle (with tea bags), coffee maker (with pods). Nice bathroom with soap, shampoo and shower gel. Great location, 15 min walk to the ferry or 20 min walk to the metro for Centraal station.

The address given was only for apartments 6-11. We were in apartment 4 which was around the corner in a separate building with its own entrance. It would be useful if future clients were given the correct address to avoid confusion.

The location of the apartment is brilliant its one bus away from Amsterdam Central, the apartment was VERY comfortable especially the bed, the cleanliness of the apartment was alright defintely not amazing, and also the frying pan was in very very bad condition it got sorted out within 30 mins. Someone brought a new one. The communication with NUMA was great!

The only thing we didn’t find great was the overall cleanliness and lack of Towels left for us. We each got a large and small towel for a 5 night/6 day stay which I felt was not very appropriate. Another thing that’s a little inconvenient is there is no shops close by, the closest shop is around 20/22 mins walking distance.

The croom is very big and clean, it has two seperated'rooms for families with children. The beds and bed sheets are very comfortable and exceptionally clean . Everything is included in the room such as the kitchenette, kitchenware, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, even ironing table and iron.. Everything was new and so clean . Therei s also a sofa bench and dining table.

Public transport is weak. However it is very close to the city center and transfer with uber is great. No elevator in the facility, but thanks god there is only one floor.

Just having a key-code to get in was odd but fantastic, meant our group could split up without worrying about who had the key or about losing it!! The pictures of the room were spot on, beds were comfy, seating area was good and nice to have an area we could sit around together (better than a standard hotel). Shower facilities were good and having basically a full kitchen was great as we could cook some food in the room to keep costs down.

The place is a little out of the way which wasn't always ideal (though great transport links around the clock so with a travel card it wasn't too bad). The TV mount in our room was a bit wonky so we were worried about pulling it out too far but never actually had an issue.

Facilities - included washer/dryer combo in the room, coffee maker. Had a big trashcan in the kitchen which was great. Wifi was dependable. About a seven min walk to bus and tram stops. Quiet neighborhood.

Toilet and shower area are two separate rooms. Toilet does not have a shelf where a hand sanitizer can be placed. Another opportunity would be an extra fan. There was only 1 fan for the whole apartment and it was warm at times in the bedroom. Furniture was also bulky most esp dining chairs. It was tight to move around in the living room with 4 people when the sofa bed was laid out. No lift.

Other reviews criticise the location but whilst, granted, it is not in the centre, there is a free 24/7 boat which runs every few mins between the north portion of the city to central station. This is an area that is being hugely developed with nice apartments and businesses so as time goes on will feel increasingly connected to the wider city. From the apartment to central station takes only around 25 mins on foot and we found it no problem. The boat is also far nicer than any metro train (and, as mentioned, free). There are a few cafes and restaurants near the apartment and a grocery shop near the boat so we had all that we needed. The EYE centre (also near the boat) has another amazing cafe. The apartment itself was well equipped with its own washer/dryer and combi oven/microwave plus hob, kettle and coffee machine. The team that run the apartments were very responsive and available and they foresaw a potential glitch with the app that operates the outer doors and had supplied cards instead.

Our only minor gripe was that the apartment was very hot with only a heating system and only one means of getting ventilation inside (into the living room). It did get to 25 degrees, even by night, but this may have just been a glitch.

The apartment was very clean, very well equipped, not small, quiet, very comfortable bed, sofa comfortable.

The address of the apartment that was sent to us was wrong. We were given the address to the wrong door We had to go around the building from the other side, but we were not aware of it. It took us a while to get to it. The help in the chat is ok but it was a bit problematic and it took a while.

Very modern and comfortable beds, kitchen had all amenities we needed. It is only a 20 minute walk to the ferry from the apartment and there is bus stops around the apartment to get us to the centre which was really convenient

On the walls in the living area it looked like there were coffee stains on the walls where the pictures were and behind the TV. It would have been nice if the walls were cleaned to get rid of these stains. The pressure in the shower was not very good either but was still able to use this to wash hair e.c.t.

The location has a great view and even though it's a bit far from the central station it can be reached as it follows - by metro + 2 stops with the bus - by free ferry and 2 stops with the bus - by free ferry and 15 minutes walk. It's a quiet area and the place has almost everything you'll need to cook a breakfast and drink a coffee before starting your day. Check in and check out was all made via e-mail and it was easy.
