Great apartment in a quieter area. Staff were responsive on WhatsApp when we had an issue with the fold out couch, new room arranged. Whenever we had a query or needed support we were provided with great communication. The apartment had good cooking facilities, nice shower and comfortable beds. Early check in was easy to arrange with an additional cost. Able to use lockers on site if you arrive earlier then your check in - which we did. Quiet room with big windows. Supplies available for washing clothes and dishes but no salt, pepper, oil if you are cooking. From airport we caught the sprinter train to central station and then free ferry across - you can go to 2 different ferry stops: NDSM or Buiksloterweg. You can then walk 15 - 20min depending on your walking speed to the accommodation. Supermarkets on both routes. NDSM is probably an easier walk with bags if you have them, it's a more direct walking route and less residential. We caught a BOLT (taxi) to the Buiksloterweg stop on the way back to the airport and then reversed the trip with the ferry and train. There is a bus that will take you closer to the accommodation but we didn't use it. We mostly walked from the apartment to the Buiksloterweg ferry into the center every day - kids managed well (aged 6 & 10).

Stayed here on a digital nomad working trip whilst we interrail through Europe. Apartment was very clean and we must have been the first couple of guests to have stayed in our Studio apartment. WiFi was very good so we could Facetime our family back at home. Bed was incredibly comfortable and we got the best sleep of our trip so far! We were initially unsure as some of the other reviews mentioned it is a new building; and whilst there are works happening in the area - that didn't bother us. It was so nice for us to be able to use the kitchen to cook a meal as we've been living out on takeouts for our trip. Their digital app was also handy in order to get access; much more professional than an Airbnb.

Nothing, we will be back one day with more group of friends!

I stay in the area regularly for work and this has to be the best value offer I’ve seen, the room is huge and with a kitchen and sofa bed, somehow, I paid less than I usually pay for a small hotel room close by! Would be a great spot for travelling as a couple or with some friends but also ideal for a slightly longer business trip.

The hotel is a part of a bigger development (but a separate building) which isn’t yet finished, so there are some works still ongoing. I wasn’t impacted by them myself, as I was at work all day.

I like that it was not in the busy centre. It was great to come back to peace and quiet. It was so clean and had lots of nice extras like a Polaroid to borrow and chargers for all phones. The coffee and biscuits were as a lovely surprise.

The one thing I would say is that there is no reception it is self check in (although you can WhatsApp the team with speedy responses but had to do so in coffee shops with WiFi ) and the phone signal for all of us on different networks was zero. So screenshot your key code for access to bottom door and your room to avoid like us going on a big walk to login into online check in! But it was a beautiful apartment and I would 100% stay again. This literally the only thing I can think of that was a negative and was a mix of our no signal and their lack of reception at property :)

The accommodation is beautiful, the furnishings are great and very lovingly done. We had plenty of space as we were given a room update as a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday. The bed is very comfortable. There was coffee and tea in the kitchen, but no salt/oil/etc. As we didn't cook this wasn't a problem for us and I'm sure you could always ask the lovely team at Bob W. for help. They were available via WhatsApp and very friendly and service-oriented! The area is an interesting mix of old industrial and working class neighborhood, but is now apparently being gentrified, so hip new construction and cafes are popping up everywhere. Within 30 minutes you can be anywhere on the old town side by public transport.

The only thing was that it didn't heat up properly due to the loft character.

The Homey Studio room was spacious and comfortable for 2 pax. Neighbourhood is nice, calming, air is fresh and we felt safe. Visited a nice breakfast place within 5 mins walk from apartment. It is a bit off from Amsterdam Centraal but only 4 bus stops away so it was alright for us.

No tissue papers. A bit of hassle on the sofa bed which did not lay flat when opened up & kettle was rusty at the base. The property person managed to fix the sofa bed and change another kettle for us. It woulf be great if more attention was put in to the facilities prior to our arrival. Thank you.

The rooftop café on the 5th floor serves excellent coffee. There was a lovely atmosphere in the café with people enjoying themselves. The sauna and plunge pool are a lovely way to unwind, especially at night in the winter with views of North Amsterdam. The gym is excellent, and has recently been refurbished. It is free to guests and is only a 5 minute walk. The options of arriving earlier or leaving later provide flexibility with travelling, which can be very helpful. The hotel is only 40 minutes from Schippol airport by public transport. Use the GVB app to find the quickest route with live updates. It’s useful to know that the nearest bus station is Floraweg, which is only a five minute walk. This is only two stops from Noorderpark metro station.

There are no decent supermarkets within a 20 minute walking time, though this might change in the future.

The unit was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and tons of amenities. The attention to detail and little touches like disposable camera and charging cords was appreciated. The bed was comfy. The shower head had a rainfall feature which made for a great shower after a long day in the city. A 15 minute walk to the free ferry was nice.

Not a dislike but a suggestion for tea bags, sugar and a tiny bottle of cream would have been amazing.

Loved the conveniences - kitchenette, in-room washer/dryer, size is good enough for family of 3. Room is clean and exactly per the pictures. Location is not in Centraal but there is a direct bus to Centraal, Zaanse Schans and to metro Nooderpark station. Added an additional touch which we very much appreciated an instax camera that we could take lovely scenery around Amsterdam and beyond. Communication was quick, fast and easy via whatsapp. Room is a little dark and needs more lights although we understand that its a sustainable hotel. No shops or supermarket nearby so we bought whatever we needed before heading back - not deal breakers at all. We enjoyed our stay!

Loved how close it was to central, about a 20-30m walk, no curfew, keyless entry, easy to access, cleanliness, plenty of utilities, great great selection of hygiene products and extras such as hair dryers and even a games console in our room, no stress about getting back late either with the 24/7 free ferry, very comfortable bed, great value for the price at being one of if not the cheapest hotel in Amsterdam, excluding hostels.

Loose handle on the tap in the sink, Shower was warm but wouldn't go very hot, bedside wall mounted lamp was loose and half hanging off the wall. Had someone impersonating us to try get out food order at the door. Again didn't take much away from the stay. food situation was down to another guest and the other things can't be fixed unless someone reports them, I'm sure they'd get taken care of. I still would have liked a safe in the room, maybe just me being paranoid.
