Great apartment in a quieter area. Staff were responsive on WhatsApp when we had an issue with the fold out couch, new room arranged. Whenever we had a query or needed support we were provided with great communication. The apartment had good cooking facilities, nice shower and comfortable beds. Early check in was easy to arrange with an additional cost. Able to use lockers on site if you arrive earlier then your check in - which we did. Quiet room with big windows. Supplies available for washing clothes and dishes but no salt, pepper, oil if you are cooking. From airport we caught the sprinter train to central station and then free ferry across - you can go to 2 different ferry stops: NDSM or Buiksloterweg. You can then walk 15 - 20min depending on your walking speed to the accommodation. Supermarkets on both routes. NDSM is probably an easier walk with bags if you have them, it's a more direct walking route and less residential. We caught a BOLT (taxi) to the Buiksloterweg stop on the way back to the airport and then reversed the trip with the ferry and train. There is a bus that will take you closer to the accommodation but we didn't use it. We mostly walked from the apartment to the Buiksloterweg ferry into the center every day - kids managed well (aged 6 & 10).

Stayed here on a digital nomad working trip whilst we interrail through Europe. Apartment was very clean and we must have been the first couple of guests to have stayed in our Studio apartment. WiFi was very good so we could Facetime our family back at home. Bed was incredibly comfortable and we got the best sleep of our trip so far! We were initially unsure as some of the other reviews mentioned it is a new building; and whilst there are works happening in the area - that didn't bother us. It was so nice for us to be able to use the kitchen to cook a meal as we've been living out on takeouts for our trip. Their digital app was also handy in order to get access; much more professional than an Airbnb.

Nothing, we will be back one day with more group of friends!

I stay in the area regularly for work and this has to be the best value offer I’ve seen, the room is huge and with a kitchen and sofa bed, somehow, I paid less than I usually pay for a small hotel room close by! Would be a great spot for travelling as a couple or with some friends but also ideal for a slightly longer business trip.

The hotel is a part of a bigger development (but a separate building) which isn’t yet finished, so there are some works still ongoing. I wasn’t impacted by them myself, as I was at work all day.

I like that it was not in the busy centre. It was great to come back to peace and quiet. It was so clean and had lots of nice extras like a Polaroid to borrow and chargers for all phones. The coffee and biscuits were as a lovely surprise.

The one thing I would say is that there is no reception it is self check in (although you can WhatsApp the team with speedy responses but had to do so in coffee shops with WiFi ) and the phone signal for all of us on different networks was zero. So screenshot your key code for access to bottom door and your room to avoid like us going on a big walk to login into online check in! But it was a beautiful apartment and I would 100% stay again. This literally the only thing I can think of that was a negative and was a mix of our no signal and their lack of reception at property :)

The accommodation is beautiful, the furnishings are great and very lovingly done. We had plenty of space as we were given a room update as a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday. The bed is very comfortable. There was coffee and tea in the kitchen, but no salt/oil/etc. As we didn't cook this wasn't a problem for us and I'm sure you could always ask the lovely team at Bob W. for help. They were available via WhatsApp and very friendly and service-oriented! The area is an interesting mix of old industrial and working class neighborhood, but is now apparently being gentrified, so hip new construction and cafes are popping up everywhere. Within 30 minutes you can be anywhere on the old town side by public transport.

The only thing was that it didn't heat up properly due to the loft character.

Everything! From the moment we arrived it truly felt like home away from home. Little goodies and notes left we a nice touch. The Polaroid camera to use during your stay is honestly a stroke of genius. We got some great shots while visiting the sights. Small things like having a fridge, small cooktop and dishwasher made for a very comfortable stay. But then the other things like complimentary laundry to wash clothes, but also stock up on extra linen and other complimentary items. Truly a well though out concept.

At first it feels a little isolated. But once exploring you are no more than 20-30 walk to everything you could need. With easy access to free ferries to Amsterdam in multiple locations nearby.

Great location close to the ferry and bus lines. Clean comfortable room with good facilities. Staff was there 24/7 to help with any questions.

A bit noisy. Our room was on the second level above the reception area entrance (#109), it was summer and hot so we kept the window open (it only opened a small crack, and no controllable fan or a/c). The lovely courtyard below invited guests to hang around, return bicycles, children running, sports teams celebrating and groups meeting. The charming cobblestone crossing rumbled with rolling suitcases and carts much of the day. Trucks backing and unloading early mornings on the road nearby. I suggest if quiet is your thing the ask for a higher floor on the other side of the building. We arrived late around midnight. The entrance was very hard to find in the dark as the signs aren’t lit. Fortunately staff was there to assist.

The Homey Studio room was spacious and comfortable for 2 pax. Neighbourhood is nice, calming, air is fresh and we felt safe. Visited a nice breakfast place within 5 mins walk from apartment. It is a bit off from Amsterdam Centraal but only 4 bus stops away so it was alright for us.

No tissue papers. A bit of hassle on the sofa bed which did not lay flat when opened up & kettle was rusty at the base. The property person managed to fix the sofa bed and change another kettle for us. It woulf be great if more attention was put in to the facilities prior to our arrival. Thank you.

Very clean place! Comfy beds. Spacious bathroom. Everything we could need in our stay was included and supplemented – coffee (veeery tasty), tea, sugar, wc paper, shampoo, soap, dishwasher capsules, detergent. There are 4 or 5 washing machines for the whole hotel, but you can use them for free. There is one big balcony, and a very nice gym in the next building was included in price. I loved free-of-charge luggage space before and after our stay. Key-code access not only to the room, but also to the hall made me feel very safe here.

I would have liked it better if there was a wardrobe for our big suitcase, otherwise there is no place for storing big bags. But at this price I can't even complain. Our room had a window to a noisy yard where construction was taking place.

The accommodation is located in the outer district of Amsterdam, about 45 minutes from the city center. The area is quiet and clean. You can access the multi-story building with the door code you received online. The kitchen is quite well equipped. The bathroom is nicely designed, One wall of the living room is a huge window with a nice view. We arrived by rental car. The cheapest parking lot in the area is "ParkBee Klaprozenweg". During the night, you can park for free in the paid parking lot on the street around Distelweg 88.

There was no salt or sugar in the kitchen, so we had to buy it. Unfortunately, the table was small enough for breakfast for 4 people, but we managed. There are no storage surfaces or hangers in the bathroom.
