An absolutely fantastic stay at this NH hotel. It was our first time to Amsterdam and the hotel really exceeded expectations. Checkin was smooth and they had informative staff. A certain point that exceeded our expectations was the discovery of a free shuttle bus to the nearby boat stop to take you to the city centre (boat is also free). This runs as frequent as every 10 minutes and was super convenient for us as a family, particularly with a young toddler. The room whilst standard had great amenities, such as a nespresso machine and a fridge. I think the amenities were great value for money. I would like to give a particular thank you to Ricardo (Spanish bus driver) and the Spanish check in receptionist who were always extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, shower was good. Breakfast was great with on-demand omlets, hot & cold dishes, and really nice staff. Shuttle service to the ferry (about 3-4 minutes ride or 15 minutes walk) was very efficient and helpful- you just need to call the hotel a few minutes in advance and wait in the round-a-bout about 100-200 meters from the ferry. If you are already in the hotel most likely the shuttle is outside waiting, and if not- just ask the reception to call the driver. The ferry (F3 line) leaves every few minutes (24/7) so it's really easy to go to the central station and from there to the city center. Location is quiet, there is a supermarket near by and a few restaurants.

Nothing, to be honest.

Very nice, spacious and bright room, with big windows and all necessities (hairdryer, iron, coffe maker, mini fridge..) Big and comfortable bed. Toilet is also well equipped. Everything was clean. Friendly staff. Very useful shuttle bus. Although hotel is not in city center, you can just take shuttle in front of the hotel whenever you want, in 3 minutes you are in ferry, and ferry which is free takes you on the other side in 5 mins, so you are in center then.

I believe breakfast is little bit expensive. When walking through hallways it looks a little outdated, giving you a feeling like you are in some nursing home, but still it is clean.

Hotel staff is amazing and very helpfull. Warm welcoming and clean towels,sheets and other equipment every morning. Really good value for money, hotel is located in peacefull and quite area. Most of the city attractions are located on the other side of river but hotel offers free shuttle van which runs all the time and drives you to the bus station.From that point you have ferry on the right side that drives you to the other side of the river (also runs all the time). Great experience and pleasant stay, I hope we will come back sometimes.

I liked that it was gated and the room exceeded our expectations. I already had a reservation for Saturday, but booked a room last minute for Friday. Deavany was able to check us out Saturday morning and recheck us in for our Saturday stay into the same room. We loved that there was a shuttle service to the ferry. After exploring Amsterdam on Kings Day, that shuttle service came in handy at the end of the day!

Not that we didn’t like the property, we absolutely loved it, but the beds were super firm.

+ room size for 3 was decent, same for bathroom + friendly staff at the desk and breakfast and bar + you can have a voucher drink if you decide not to clean the room +- location is not great, bit is quiet and has some shops/cafes in the area

- I thought the transfer will take you from Centraal to the hotel, but actually it can meet you at ferry point and drive to hotel 5 min - no evening food possibility, they have the bar with menu, but no one had anything on the table apart drinks

Lovely big rooms, clean and spacious The shuttle service to and from hotel to ferry was amazing, always on time and there when you needed it. The balcony - great views The bed - very comfortable and big It had a fridge and safe Friendly and helpful day staff in hotel and the people driving the shuttle vans

Don't use taxi firm hotel recommend as we were ripped off charged 11 euros when told prior it would be 7.20 euros roughly. It was a 5 min car journey. Also ordered 2 and only 1 turned up so part of group had to walk to the ferry

The room was spacious and overlooking the water. This hotel is close enough to Amsterdam central without having to navigate too many tourists.a metro stop is close by and the hotel has a shuttle to the ferry. A nice touch were the Easter eggs we received.

The entrance to the hotel is not easy to access and behind gates. Good from a safety perspective but challenging at night. You need to get through the gate and then wait to be buzzed into the foyer of the hotel. It feels like too many barriers to enter the hotel especially after a night out in Amsterdam

Cleanliness, shuttle service (would have liked to be shuttled from the airport, food was excellent! Staff was helpful, secure location.

Lack of lighting and mirrors in the bedroom and bathroom. We would recommend a special room be set up with better lighting for seniors and those with a vision compromised. There was a lack of electrical outlets so difficult to do more than one thing at a time.

That reception informed us our room wasn't ready as we arrived early , but changed our room to a room that was so we didn't have to wait. It's secure with gates , and the free shuttle bus from the hotel to the ferry / city centre was there ready for you when ever you needed it . All the staff were amazing and the hotel very clean and comfortable:)

That the shuttle wasn't 24hr as we were there to party ..... but wasn't a problem.
