Colm was a great host who care about his guest with an hearty breakfast (bread, jam, yogourt with fruit, crepes). the room is fully furnished with coffee caps and tea bags. The house is in a quiet place few minutes by walk from the metro stop called "Noord". There is a cinema and some restaurant and shops around.

The room is a little bit small but enough for two peoples.

Cozy, very nice room, close to the metro, convenient to go to the airport. The room has everything you need, including a refrigerator, kettle, tea, coffee machine and coffee. You can also ask for an iron and scales to weigh your luggage before departure. We are very grateful to the owners for the warm welcome, delicious breakfasts and pleasant communication! Everything was perfect!

Everything was good, the room spacious and equipped, the bed comfortable, the breakfast amazing and the host very helpful and kind. The location was good and convenient as well.

Excellent breakfast. Great host. Close to the metro station with easy access to the center of the city. Free parking space included which is a money saver as parking is payable 24/7 in Amsterdam and at least €1,80/h up to €9/h.

Not a minus for us but a thing to keep into account: cats present and one is very affectionate. We loved it but if you're not a cat lover this might be an issue.

Hosts are amazing! Friendly and welcoming. Room is small but clean and really comfortable, bathroom is also clean and pretty big. Breakfast that they cook is the best! This place feels like home! And also the neighbourhood is nice!

Everything was good!

The location is great, close to the station in a nice calm neighborhood. The breakfasts were very good and had a good variety of foods. They had 2 cats which we loved to watch and pet. The host was very helpful and offered advice on sights and such.

The bed is too tall and when laying on the edge it feels like you are about to fall off. There is also only one cover so if you are not used to that it might feel uncomfortable. Definitley better for couples.

Owners were very helpful with information & recommendations & setting up the TV. Very thorough with room information.

The house is located in a residential area, so it was really quiet but not far from the metro station (15 min walk). Our hosts were really nice, and there were also cute cats in the house :)

The room is clean and very pleasant in a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood. The city center can be reached within 20 minutes, by metro. The room is well equipped, you can have a coffee or a tea during the day, the bed is super comfy and the owners are very kind, which makes you feel like home. The most amazing thing was the breakfast, which definitely worth the price. This place is highly recommended for those who would like to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam, and for those who came to relax a bit, as well. 5/5 stars!! :)

We were there for two nights. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, everything was very clean and the landlord was very kind. The parking lot was for free. Reserve in advance.
