Stayed here with my mom (who uses a wheelchair) and our dog, and overall we had a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful – they truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the location was fantastic. We felt well looked after and very much at ease throughout our stay!!

That said, the facilities are very basic – don’t expect anything fancy. But for a simple, clean place with outstanding service and a great location, it really delivered. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it!

Great location, literally outside one of the main M52 line stations with a tram stop right outside to get you into the city centre. Was very clean and comfy with enough space for the two of us (although we only travelled with backpacks, might be less spacious for those with bigger bags/suitcases). Staff was very kind, friendly and answered any queries we had.

Bathroom door didn’t lock properly but not a big issue. Just note that the bathrooms are glazed but still kind of see through.

A quiet location that is not far from Amsterdam downtown. It is a convenient place; a drugstore is next to the hotel, and several supermarkets are also near the hotel. The hotel room was clean enough and quiet without noises from other rooms. The room I used was small, but it was reasonable for the price. A vending machine near the front desk providing coffee was also nice.

The room was very hot because the room I used faced the west side; Afternoon sum made the room hot. Unfortunately, the room window could not be opened, so I needed to use the air conditioner.

I stayed at this hotel a few times now. Perfect location in De Pijp, quiet room, proximity to Metro station and 10-15 minutes walk to Rijksmuseum or Heineken Brewery. I give good punctuation because for the category of the hotel, knowing that is not a 4 or 5 star hotel, it is very good. The neighbourhood os lovely, like Amsterdam in the 90´s before the mass tourism.

We had the pleasure of staying in Room 210, a corner room at EasyHotel Amsterdam, for 3 nights and 4 days, and everything about our experience was exceptional. The room offered breathtaking views of the bustling street below, as if we were gazing at a living postcard. Whether it was the vibrant daytime or the enchanting night lights, the scenery was mesmerizing. The hotel itself was spotless and felt brand new, with modern decor and meticulous attention to cleanliness. The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable, providing the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring. Every detail of the room spoke of care and quality, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile, adding to the charm of our stay. The location was just as impressive. only four metro stops (a quick 15 minutes) from Amsterdam Central. If you prefer walking, you’ll find excellent restaurants, local markets, and even shopping malls within a leisurely 15-20 minute stroll. If I ever return to Amsterdam, this will undoubtedly be my first choice. A perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm. it truly made our trip unforgettable!

Our room was a bit on the cooler side, but the rest of the hotel was pleasantly warm and cozy.

Location was great. It had everything we needed for our two night stay in the city .The highlight was thw friendly helpful staff . Salvatore was wonderful with suggestions of places to go for great pizza , directions and helping us with taxis . Very pleasant stay and thankful for him .

It would have been nice to have a hairdryer in the room , yet I understand why. They did have them to use at the front desk

Either a scenic walk for 30mins or a quick 9minute train journey to the central. Literally a minute walk to the underground station! Right around the corner. Receptionist was very patient, knowledgeable and kind when we checked in! There is a 24/7 (I think!) corner shop right across the road which was so helpful for drinks & snacks Lovely bathroom - have to be comfy with who you’re staying in as they are joined! There were other people in the hotel but we had zero noise come through so slept really well

The room was smaller than we thought (pictures made it look bigger) but luckily we didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel anyways except for sleeping! A water fountain would’ve been nice so we could refill rather than buying new bottles - they do have vending machines though! WiFi wasn’t good but wasn’t the end of the world

The staff is great and everyone was always super helpful to us. The location of the hotel is also amazing, just a few minutes walk to the metro and tram. Bed was comfortable and it’s good they provide free coffee and/or water.

No privacy on the bathroom, there’s no door; the AC also doesn’t work really well so in those really hot summer days it’s awful to have to wait so long for the room to be a little more fresh (and it’s not much). Could’ve helped if the windows could be opened. Also to only have one free cleaning (inc. new towels) during the whole stay wasn’t very good.

The location was excellent, close to the metro and many shops, restaurants and city attractions (such as the Heineken Beer Experience). The fact that there are many shops (including one open late in the evening) was very convenient. Room was clean, service was fine.

Room was quite small and the bathroom was basically part of the room, delimited by an opaque glass wall. There was no fridge in the room and not much room for depositing things (only a tiny shelf in the room, next to the mirror, and no table).
