The location of the property is great and is a great value for your money.

I would say the room itself was nice and clean but the toilet was a but smelly and a bit dirty. However it was nothing major and for someone who isn’t picky or easily thrown by small things it should be fine. Another thing is that even though we turned on the heating on the maximum I don’t think it was working properly as the room remained fairly cold. Most of the time of our stay we were out anyway so that wasn’t such on an issue but still worth mentioning.

We travelled primarily to watch Ajax v. Brighton in the Europa League. We had stayed at the hotel on a previous trip to Amsterdam in February and knew it was a great little hotel in a good location. We booked 4 rooms, two of which were next to each other as we'd requested. All four rooms were comfy and clean. The location is a short tram or metro trip into the city centre and quick and easy to reach from the airport. Would definitely stay again - thank you!

The only down side was that the rooms were a little noisy at night with the windows open and the room on the first floor was smaller than those on the second and third floors.

We had two king size beds in our room. Both very comfortable and looked relatively new. Certainly no bed bugs as others have reported. It was nice to have a small fridge in the room as well as a kettle and coffee machine. Roomservice replenished the coffee each day for us. Room was tidy and clean, modern and cosy. Balcony was nice place to sit and star gaze. Bathroom was good. Location was good. Quite a way out of the city centre but local supermarkets and tram stops so transport and facilities good. There's a great Portugeuse coffee shop that sells freshly baked pastel de natas just around the corner. Staff lent us some cutlery tso we could eat in our room.

When showering temperature would dip and spike as others ran water. Had to be careful not to get burnt. We found it a bit noisy - people noise so not the hotel's fault.

Reception staff was helpful and friendly also liked the room it was small but very cosy and warm with a small outside terrace. Good for smokers or vapours.

Only think was some staff member opened door entering unexpected by surprise. But lucky was no one naked and all good, he did apologise and exited quickly, I guess and understand these things happen by mistake, so no harm done all is good!. Me and girlfriend understand and enjoyed our stay in this Hotel. Thank you

Great hotel excellent staff. Beds were amazing its a bonus with the outdoor space was beautiful sitting out relaxing. Such a chilling hotel very clean great facilities coffe machine was a bonus bog bathroom, room had loads of open space. Great hotel nice value for money location slightly too far for us from central but we managed via the tram and experience was great. Highly recommend.

Could have done with some fresh milk in the fridge and maybe some refreshments in room.

+ Location: It is very close to public tram 3 and 4, close to supermarkets and lots of bars/restaurants. + Hospitality: The staffs were very nice - it was easy to communicate. I got help from a lady to fix the safe box in my room and got offered free breakfast on the Kings Day :) + We got a room with view toward the street - we enjoyed watching people and daily life activities from our room :)

- Size of the room is quite small for 3 of us. - We had a cool first night as we did not know that the electrical heater has to be turned on manually. We got much more comfy second night with that activated. - There was only a few TV channels. It would be great to have more channels for kids for example.

Very accessible, walking distance to tourist attractions and public transportation. Various restaurants nearby, as well as supermarkets. The room was overall very comfortable and looked nice. Also, staff members were very kind and helpful !

There were some signs of wear and tear in the room, such as a removed tile from the wall, slight stains on the carpet or sheets, the bathroom door that showed some struggle (broken wood). However, none of this was bothersome for us, as these did not hinder our stay in any way.

The property was located out of the centre, but for us personally it was perfect as it was in the middle of everything we wanted to do. The beds were very comfy and the facilities were all clean. Staff were lovely and helpful too

The room was always very cold, however they did provide a heater- but this sometimes took a long time to warm the room up. The street was sometimes noisy but it didn’t affect us. We had a triple room which was small but was enough for us as we were only using it to sleep in after long days of exploring

The breakfast was so amazing, with fresh fruit, freshly baked croissants and French bread, pancakes, cereal, and a wonderful machine that made 10 kinds of coffee drinks, that I am planning to return. They are generous and it is very high-quality.

My room, room 111, was literally smaller than my walk-in closet back in the states. I could not even walk to my bed with my luggage against the wall. I cannot say anything was missing except space itself. It did make me claustrophobic. Everything did work, but I felt like Alison Wonderland. I had taken a pill to make me to big for the room.

Gorgeous hotel, great staff. Breakfast buffet was fantastic

The shower tray filled up with water pretty quickly, so you couldn't have the shower on full power for fear of flooding. There was a coffee machine in the room and tiny kettle which was great but no surface space to actually be able to stand your cups while making a drink. Lighting in the room was either on full brightness or off. No lamps in the room. The hotel was quite a walk from the middle of Amsterdam but I'm sure we could have found a tram or taxi if needed.
