The location of the property is great and is a great value for your money.

I would say the room itself was nice and clean but the toilet was a but smelly and a bit dirty. However it was nothing major and for someone who isn’t picky or easily thrown by small things it should be fine. Another thing is that even though we turned on the heating on the maximum I don’t think it was working properly as the room remained fairly cold. Most of the time of our stay we were out anyway so that wasn’t such on an issue but still worth mentioning.

We travelled primarily to watch Ajax v. Brighton in the Europa League. We had stayed at the hotel on a previous trip to Amsterdam in February and knew it was a great little hotel in a good location. We booked 4 rooms, two of which were next to each other as we'd requested. All four rooms were comfy and clean. The location is a short tram or metro trip into the city centre and quick and easy to reach from the airport. Would definitely stay again - thank you!

The only down side was that the rooms were a little noisy at night with the windows open and the room on the first floor was smaller than those on the second and third floors.

Francesco (and the others on Receptio) was very friendly. Alick made a very good breakfasts. He was very busy all the time. Fanni cleans the rooms and common places. Everything was tidy. The manager - we met with him once - was polite. The bar near the reception was free, although it wasn't promoted. I did not misuse it, but it was a very nice and unusual way of hospitality. I almost felt myself as at home arriving late night or after a good running and take a fress lemonade! The check in / out was correct fast and the check out was handsomely, trustful. The Hotel close enough to reach the city centre even on foot, but not as expensive as a little bit closer hotels. With my wife we spent nice days in Amsterdam and the next time we come back we would choose the Hotel Atlantis with the same room! Thank you for you work and everything!

The location was great and very convenient. You can easily get thru to the Amsterdam Central. Buses, Tram and metro station close to the hotel. The room was good with a nice balcony. The welcome drink with snacks was the best part of the Hotel. The hotel offered free alcohol, cookies, waffles and other short eats, Juice and water to the guest at the reception. We stayed there for 3 nights and for all the 3 days i saw this service at the reception. I have travelled to many countries and stayed in different hotels but no hotels offered this for free. The breakfast was awesome, all the food items were freshly cooked and baked. The guy at the reception Mr. Francisco, was very helpful, very positive and approachable. He is a great asset to the hotel. Mr. Alex who managed the breakfast was superb too!! Very hard working, damn he managed the buffet area very well, quick with his work and very friendly. These 2 staff are definitely deserve the 5 star. The other staff were also good, but i don't remember their names .

There was no cupboard in the room to place your cloths, gets congested when 2 people have their suitcases open. There was water leakage from the bathroom, the water was out in the bedroom. Found the room small.

Location is great, there’s loads of great restaurants around and it’s 30 mins walk to the Dam and other major areas. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, were always available for help (we had an issue with the AC and they quickly borrowed us a portable one for the night, for instance). The breakfast was good, common areas and rooms were quite clean.

More of a heads up that you need to ask every day for the room to be cleaned. This can be an issue if you don’t know. It’s one of those cost saving things hotels do, but I wish they didn’t.

I just wanted to sincerely thank you for the lovely stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. The room was clean and cozy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made us feel at ease. We also really enjoyed the breakfast – it was fresh, delicious, and a perfect way to start the day. A special thanks to the reception staff for always being helpful and kind. Those small gestures made a big difference in our experience. This trip was special to us, and staying at your hotel made it even better.

I discovered a wonderful hotel with the best price-quality correlation, the bed was super clean and comfortable, also a balcony made our stay more pleasant. Also i liked the personnel, especially Francesco, he was totally professional and helpful!!! The guy who was responsible for breakfast, is a multitasker, he deserves a bonus, it was really a lot to do, he was superquick. For the people who travel by car, to find a parking place can be a quizz, its expensive, it was difficult for us also, i can recommend parking in the area Europaplein, it was easy to come from there to hotel by tram No. 4. In general i wish prosperity to this nice place!

We had two king size beds in our room. Both very comfortable and looked relatively new. Certainly no bed bugs as others have reported. It was nice to have a small fridge in the room as well as a kettle and coffee machine. Roomservice replenished the coffee each day for us. Room was tidy and clean, modern and cosy. Balcony was nice place to sit and star gaze. Bathroom was good. Location was good. Quite a way out of the city centre but local supermarkets and tram stops so transport and facilities good. There's a great Portugeuse coffee shop that sells freshly baked pastel de natas just around the corner. Staff lent us some cutlery tso we could eat in our room.

When showering temperature would dip and spike as others ran water. Had to be careful not to get burnt. We found it a bit noisy - people noise so not the hotel's fault.

Reception staff was helpful and friendly also liked the room it was small but very cosy and warm with a small outside terrace. Good for smokers or vapours.

Only think was some staff member opened door entering unexpected by surprise. But lucky was no one naked and all good, he did apologise and exited quickly, I guess and understand these things happen by mistake, so no harm done all is good!. Me and girlfriend understand and enjoyed our stay in this Hotel. Thank you
