AMAZING! A beautiful hotel, the room was clean, tidy, with the most comfortable bed and the best shower. I have to give credit to reception, so helpful; with our luggage - we arrived earlier than the check-in time - our taxi, advising us of must see sights. Close enough to it all, we walked everywhere, this hotel is a definite must. Great value for money, with a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby and a back garden to relax in. We even met the owner, such a polite gentleman. Honestly can’t fault this place, we will be coming back.

The location was great easily reach the metro and the tram station too.The room was fully furnished and modernized.Hamad(at the reception)was super nice , he ensure that everything we need and need to know was explained. My daughter was sick that time so he gave us medicine too. Before we leave the place he even gave us a little gift Rituals restful sleep set " He was fantastic! 🙌

Excellent property: super friendly staff, good location, very nice facilities and it's in a really quiet place. Liked to stay here. Modern renovation and cool system to enter hotel and rooms.

Not clear why sink was in the main room: it's not possible to wash your hands w/o noice if someone sleeps. There was renovation in progress in several other room and I got several times drill noice in the morning ~10-11 AM (It's not what you want to have in the vacation :))

Excellent hotel and beautiful rooms. The building is clearly new. Everything was so beautiful and correct. The room size is very good for two people. The bathrooms are spacious and cleaned perfectly every day, and the garden is very nice and clean. The nice thing about the hotel is its prime location. It is close to everything and in the center of Amsterdam and the staff are very friendly and make an effort to help you with all information and inquiries. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Light rooms. Clean communal areas. In a nice area. Comfortable bed. Good service to make up rooms daily. Free coffee machine was great! Lift worked well (I was on the top floor). Great black out blinds. Felt very safe as a solo female traveller and not far from a lot of transport options.

Wasn’t a huge fan of the phone link to my keys - as was very low on phone battery why I arrived home both evenings so found this stressful! My room was 516 and next to the lift - generally was very quiet but I’m a light sleeper and it did wake me up/plus noise from others coming and going. This is something to expect in older buildings tho and the charm of the place overcame this. Shower pressure wasn’t great on my floor (top)

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 20-minute walk from the city center or a 5-minute tram ride. Amsterdam's public transport system is highly efficient, and I used the tram to get around everywhere. The room wasn't very large, but it was perfectly adequate and spotlessly clean. The cost-to-benefit ratio is excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

One downside is that there is no breakfast option, but there is a supermarket just 2 minutes away on foot, and plenty of other eating options nearby.

Very luxurious boutique hotel, staff were able to accommodate our request for the canal view and balcony room. Hotel is located on a quiet side of Amsterdam city, close to one of the many canals and public transport. We appreciated the warm welcome and hospitality shown throughout our stay, Thankyou

The stairs are a bit steep so some may find this a bit difficult,but there is a elevator to mitigate that.

Not your average hotel with no permanent reception (10 - 3pm) and a communal kitchen/lounge area in the basement to have a great coffee (free coffee machine) or tea. So there is no option for a breakfast provided by the hotel. This suited us fine. It is close to supermarket and a great places to eat. Small rooms but well appointed and cleaned. We loved the experience.

Nervous about getting services out of reception hours - like getting a taxi. However the hotel app link which doubles as an entrance key, steps you through what you need to do.

Very clean, and comfortable location. Personal is very attentive and always respond if something. Very good view from window and good price. Definitely recommend!
