Right above the terminal, we enjoyed the room with a view of airplanes landing and taking off. We were upgraded to an executive room, because I had booked for one, but I was travelling with two small children. The room was very spacious, a big bed, two armchairs, wardrobe storage, a large shower and bathroom area, a coffee machine with Nespresso capsules, also tea and sugar. Clean and modern. Perfect stay just before our flight in the early afternoon - we could stay all the way until midday. This was the second time I stay here and I enjoyed it very much.

The location is excellent, you can check in your room without even leaving the airport. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful. The most important thing was that the room was very well isolated and you couldn't hear the airplanes or the noise outside.

The showerhead could not be adjusted, it worked but it was a bit uncomfortably placed. There was a noticeable trail of old shoe stains on the carpet across the whole room. The AC could only be adjusted + / - 3 degrees from the ambient, and since the window couldn't be opened, the room was quite hot.

Literally inside the airport! But, no noise whatsoever! Room was impeccable, spotlessly clean, large, everything I needed except for an hdmi to charge my phone as I didn't have an EU adaptor plug. The incredibly large walk in shower was equipped with pleasant hair and body gel. Extra towels and pillows provided. No creamer or milk, but ample tea and coffee. Lighting was very good with choices of lamps. Bedding was SO comfortable! Easy to use air conditioning. Large TV The room was sound priced and I heard absolutely nothing once inside my room. Staff at reception happy and helpful. No complaints whatsoever.

Creamer or milk would be good for tea and coffee. HDMI point for phone cables to recharge would be good also.

So easy to find from the bus station on arrival in the evening and to leave next morning, right in the airport. Welcoming and pleasing room decor. Pleasant receptionist spoke fluent English. Having a kettle in the room was great, we stayed in three hotels in the Netherlands and this was the only one with a kettle. Bed and pillow was comfortable and sheets were good quality. Good sound proofing. Not over heated.

Paper cups in the room rather than china mugs and glasses, and only 2 tea bags, fruit or green tea. Choice of lift ONLY to access the hotel, I prefer to use stairs (travelling hand luggage only) but realise this is probably for security reasons. Towels were a bit thin.

Very comfortable room! Hotel is perfect if you have early/late flight. The room had everything I need but there were some corners that were not cleaned properly. I think the quality of the hotel is quite good so such details as dirty corners, etc, are easy to notice. Also I understand the use of paper cups however they are too small. The staff was friendly! This is my second time staying in the hotel.

The only minus I can share is that the elevators work in a way that if you need to go either direction (especially down) and people are going up, it will take you to all other floors until it is your turn. That loses time in waiting and it is annoying if you forgot something and want to go back quickly but takes another 10 minutes….Would be great if the mechanism is changed.

If you have an early flight from Eindhoven airport, this is the perfect hotel if you want to have a good night sleep and not jump in your car in the middle of the night to get there. Right above the airport gate, take the elevator down and you are there, could not be easier. I heard no airplane noise, the building and glass are well insulated but good to know for travelers, no planes are taking of from around midnight and the first planes leave at 06:00. Staff is well trained, room is fine, nothing special, very standard but comfortable beds, enough space, amenities like shampoo and such so you do not have to unpack that much. It is a great Airport hotel. Check in and out was easy. Staff knows you are staying just 1 night and need to get to the gates for your flight but they make you feel welcome and the process very efficient.

Nothing, this hotel does what it is for, an airport hotel with high and comfortable standards so you feel well rested for your trip.

The hotel is located directly in the airport building. It was great, because we needed just 15 minutes in the morning to get from the door of the room to the gate (we didn`t have a checked-in luggage). The room is good for an overnight stay if you have an early flight. It is simply decorated, with comfortable beds, sofa, table and coffee/tea making facilities. However, it is a little inconvenient that the sink is not in the bathroom, but directly in the room opposite the bed. As for the view from the window, we had the opportunity to watch planes take off and land. I think all the rooms have a view of the runway. The room had excellent soundproofing, so the planes did not disturb our sleep at all. Therefore, I recommend the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Everything was wonderful, the staff is delightful and helpful. It's convenient that the hotel is at the airport and there is no outside noise at all. The bus for the city is close and there every 5 min.

The air-conditioning was too cold, the thermostat is made to be only for low temperature. That is my opinion because I like it to be warmer so just bring a bit warmer pajamas if you're like me 😄

Room disjointed for us as the wash basin etc was in the bedroom and not in the bathroom a little odd to say the least. Not a double bed room but a room with two single beds pushed together. Location superb as it was directly above the check in ports. But only downfall there was no direction for the lift from the reception desk to the lift down to the airport concourse.

Friendly staff, we felt very welcome, we had a larger room with a view and our child liked it a lot. Room is very well insulated and we didn't hear any of the planes in front of us. The location is unbeatable, the hotel is literally within the airport, accross the check-in desk.

Although both the room and the bathroom are very spacious, the sink is located in the hallway of the room, which is very inconvenient and impractical. There is no fridge in the room.
