Loved everything about B&B Landgoed De Grote Beek. It was amazing. The staff and facilities and atmosphere was wonderful. I did not feel like I was a stranger in a hotel with many others it really was a home away from home. It was a pleasure to stay here and a hidden gem. I want to go back and take my family as this time I travelled alone. And the lady prepared me a breakfast to take away since I had an early flight Monday morning. And the lady was so awesome. I took the wrong adaptor with me but the B&B let me borrow one. Thank you guys so much.

I had a great stay at Landgoed! The place is in nature but not far away from Eindhoven. I took an OV fiets from the station and came here by bicycle. In the morning I was able to run in the beautiful forest and have breakfast afterwards. There is a coffee machine that you can use whenever you want, I was so happy about this so I could have a pre-run coffee at 6am. The breakfast was great, the room comfortable. I had a small room with shared bathroom and shower, but these shared facilities were super clean and there was enough for everyone so there are no problems with showering on time. I will come here again next time in Eindhoven.

The B&B is situated in some lovely grounds with pleasant views. It is a short walk from the nearest bus stop. The room was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The whole place was clean and tidy. The staff were pleasant, welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was well laid out with a good choice of cold meat, cheese, bread, cereals, yoghurts and Danish pastries. I was impressed that the TV had channels in German, French, English and Dutch. Being able to watch the BBC was a nice home comfort for me as an Englishman. The Wi-Fi worked well.

very good breakfast, nice room for breakfast, good cleaning services, loved interior design, very nice personal and clients, super green area outside, beautiful road to the bus, a lot of friendly huge ducks.

the shower outside the room....I didnt understand when I booked that they are in the hall, I booked in hurry. But the room has bathrobe and all cosmetics so it compensated this. Also it was a little bit weird to find out that there is a mental health area and building, but this also was a reason for the peacefullness of the place. Plus, I guess for the people living there (I didnt see to many) it is good to see tourists and normal life, as for the tourists its ok remember that mental health is something that you have to care about.

- Free parking is advertised in the listing, BUT it is not reserved and the response was that “usually there are free spots”. - Not sound proof, you could hear people on the squeaky staircase outside my room and even the water running in other adjacent rooms - Toilet NOT cleaned and there was toilet paper in the trash bin by previous guest - On-duty receptionist promised to have it emptied… only to find out upon my return that he lied. I carry my own sanitizer spray, but it was disgusting and ruined the mood of an otherwise excellent stay

Quiet and beautiful location. Very helpful staff at reception, made a great effort to solve a problem with the room and lent me a phone charger. A special thank you to her. I arrived slightly earlier than expected, but could still take my room.

The TV remote control was missing and then there was a problem to make the TV work properly, but the young lady on reception made a great effort to resolve these matters. Slightly short of car parking space, not helped by selfish/careless parking by others that prevented use of one space. These problems don't usually occur - I have visited three times previously.

The accommodation is located in a very quiet, park area of ​​Eindhoven. The staff is fantastically kind and helpful. the room was simple, clean, adequate. The shared restrooms were sparkling clean. I found a very nice little dining room at the end of the corridor with a free-to-use coffee machine, microwave, and kettle. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to eat breakfast, my plane left too early. They offered to make breakfast for me to take away, but I didn't need it. Thank you for everything!

The room was nice. The breakfast was also good, especially the bread which was very fresh. The staff was very nice and I liked that they wrote in the breakfast room that they employ people that have difficulty finding a job to help them get back to the job market. Free coffee, tea, etc in the kitchen available at anytime. All in all, the value for money is very good even if you the toilets and bathrooms are shared.

We arrived at night and the hotel was not easy to find. More signage would have been helpful.

Nice location with beautiful surroundings to explore. Big room and excellent breakfast, friendly stuff. Clean and spacious b&b, good vibe. Overall quiet place and surroundings. Good black-out curtains.

Getting there by public transport is doable, yet a challenge if tired in the evening. It gets getting used to not having a shower and toilet in your room, yet facilities were close by and clean. You get to hear people moving in the corridor or walking up the stairs that our room was under.

I really oved the facilities and the kindness of the staff. In fact, they have even let me check in late night and made all the necessary arrangement for the late arrival. I really appreciate it. Last but not least, the location is a bit away from the city center, but a couple of bus lines serve the destination and if you look for peaceful, greeny and quiet location, this is your spot. Firthermore, For the price, the breakfast is also decent.
