Superchill and comfortable hotel,just 4 mins walk from the train station and 10 mins from the center,near many lovely restaurants,on a very nice side street. It was perfect for what I needed,and not being constantly manned by staff gave it a very relaxed atmosphere somehow,like returning home. Rooms are spacious and well thought out,good quality bedding,comfy bed…Loved every second here.

A little bit more choice at breakfast would be nice eg. some fresh veggies,but the quality of the spread was high,including the coffee.

The location is extremely convenient. The rooms are really clean and well kept. The breakfast option was decent.

While the self check-in and check-out are smooth, the complete lack of staff around the reception is not handy. I had called the reception number provided the night before to inform that I will need to store one of my bags after check out and come pick it up later. I was told that I can call in the morning just before checkout and someone will help. I called 4-5 times in the morning and no one picked up - it seemed that someone either cut my call or it was being automatically cut. This made my day slightly difficult with all the extra stuff I had to carry - I couldn't keep waiting for ages since I had to get to my meeting.

Amazing hotel! The location is just perfect - like 2 mins walking from main r/w train station. Self check-in and check-out processes were extremely easy and fast! And there is somebody from the stuff to help you with your needs. The stuff is helpful, polite and extra friendly. Room is big, clean, renovated. in 10 mins walking crossing the bridge you come into the old city center where you can find anything you like: all kinds of food, shopping malls, old city walls etc. Overall, the hotel looks super cool and the rest area with free tea, coffee and snacks is so sweet. Next time will definitely stay here again!

1 - breakfast bag could be a bit more fuller, but for 8.5 EUR maybe that's ok 2 - during the check-out process i was charged 17 EUR extra. There was no one at reception / bar to ask so i just paid. Maybe there is city tax or smth, i do not know why and what i paid that amount for. All the rest is super cool!

This hotel is a contactless hotel, so I need to check in and check out by myself. It was a bit surprising but a very easy process. They can reply to any request using Whatsapp using AI and also a real person if AI can not have an answer. For breakfast, they can deliver to a room if I request at night with 8.5 euros. Honest bar is really good, but I'm not sure they have takeout coffee. In the room, they noticed coffee in the bar, but I couldn't find it. The hotel is walking distance from the train station and many excellent restaurants nearby.

Despite the fact that there is no receptionist at the hotel, I received telephone assistance immediately, and then personal assistance during check-in within minutes (because I forgot my bank card at a friend's house). It was nice to have free coffee, water and fruit in the downstairs room.

I'm sorry that the hotel couldn't give a good deal to 10-15 of my former classmates, with whom I came to the city to celebrate the 25-year reunion.

Good location, five minute walk from the train station and 10 -15 minutes to the centre. Very helpful and proactive staff. Attic room large and spacious with good facilities. The hotel has a 'hangout/snug with complimentary coffee and the possibility of fruit and pastries.

Self check in and check out with no staff present - but this was easy and there was a telephone for assistance which was answered when required so not an issue.

The hotel is very complete in terms of services and commodities. There is no staff full time, but everything is self service and quite simple. If you need something, you can contact them by the phone in the reception (they will shortly come to you). There are coffee, water, fruits, and pasteries for free in the commom area. Also, you can find any kind of stores around, like restaurants, cafés and drugstores.

The stay was just perfect. :)

The Dutch hotel is in an excellent location; very close to Virthjof Squate yet in a quiet area. Other than the excellent location is the excellent staff. The staff was always helpful and friendly. When we needed help with our departing train, the staff went out of the way and gave us additional information to make our trip more comfortable. Will definitely recommend The Dutch Maastricht.

Loved the whole experience of the coffee bar the breakfast in a bag outside your door .the self check-in but staff available if needed and especially loved how close it was to train station. It was clean comfortable. Loved the fridge in the hangout place with water and fruit available at all times.

Maybe the option of ordinary tea.eg black English tea
