Townhouse Apartments were truly a 10/10. We were a group with 12 people and the beds were so big we comfortably fit 4 people into each room. The beds and pull out couch beds were extremely comfortable with great pillows and linens. The bathrooms in the rooms were also very spacious which is unlike typical Dutch hotel bathrooms! A great bonus is the free soup and coffee/tea in the lobby whenever you want. The breakfast was great with lots of variety of fruits, breads, spreads and warm dishes. The hosts were super kind and helpful. Very attentive and the 24hr reception was perfect also! Overall great value for money. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Maastricht.

Got really a really nice room(much appreciated upgrade). Perfect location near trainstation, city centre short but beautiful walk. Friendly and helpful staff. The downstairs area is a great relaxing place with free coffee/tea and small snacks and fruit. Everything smells nice too. Toilet floor was not cleaned well when i arrived. I asked them to clean it. They mistaken cleaner room next to me. Asked again, the employee came to clean it straight away. But mentioned the p** stain was part of the tiles. So looks dirty but isn't..

The staff was very helpful and super kind. Our room was exactly as promised and shown on the photos. And in addition there was a small stove top in the kitchen, which we found amazing, especially when travelling with a child. In the hotel just across the street where you check-in, it is possible to get a free coffee throughout the day, and they also serve a soup every day. Amazing! A special added value for me was the ability to use “the living room lobby” across the street in the evening to check emails, and do some work :)

The hotel is at a very central location (only a few steps from the central train station), and very easy to reach if arriving by train or bus. The neighbourhood where it is located is quiet and safe. The room we stayed in (a family apartment) was clean and tidy, and very comfortable for a group of three. The staff at the reception desk was always polite and happy to help. I would gladly stay there again, in case of a future visit to Maastricht.

We stayed at the apartment building and it was lovely. The room and bathroom are fresh and modern, the bed was comfortable. There is an elevator too. The location is very convenient, but I should mention that the rooms facing the street are not very quiet, as there is some traffic on the street. The kitchenette is basic - just a kettle, small coffee maker, microwave, fridge and a sink, so not really intended to actually cook something. The option of getting a free cup of soup and a coffee (at the hotel across the street) was superb (the soups were also very good tasting!). We didn't initially pay for the breakfasts, but ended up getting them anyway. While they are not cheap (20 euro per adult, and for kids - 1 euro for each year), they are excellent with some hot dishes, lots of quality cold cuts, cereals, yogurt, fruit, juices and even champaign. Overall I really enjoyed our week in Maastricht and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

There were some dust balls on the floor, but other than that the room was clean.

The location is next to the station thus really good. The room was spacious and i have stayed it before. Beds are comfy and televion offers english channels ( unlike others) There is free tea and cofee and nuts kept in reception ( real good bonus) The pricess of beer and food is resonable. Overall an excellent stay

I had paid for early checkin as travelling from France, but the keys were handed over late. The checking was from 12 as requested but keys handed over post 1. The rooms need to be cleaned a little better. There was no vacum done and trash was not collected daily.

Lounge area was cosy and comfortable like a living room. Breakfast was rich and plenty if one pays extra. Generally guests are quiet and behave gently. There is no disturbance.

Room was basic. Not enough closets or drawers to hang or shelve any belongings so we used the room seats to place bagage. Bath tub was an old, slippery and deep one not safe to get in and out. Shower was old style. No coffee and tea facility other than the lounge area therefore sitting in the room despite large space did not give much pleasure.

very good! Too close to the train station! There are buses and trains to go out, very convenient! It is also very close to the city on foot. We are traveling as a family, and we like the hotel sofa bed the most, which is very big! ! It’s no problem to sleep 2-3 children. The hotel rooms are beautifully designed and equipped with air-conditioning. It’s comfortable to sleep at night in hot summer and well ventilated. The kitchen and kitchen utensils in the room are very new. All in all, the price of this kind of housing is definitely worth the money. , A cost-effective hotel, our family will come again next time!

The drain in the bathroom is on the opposite side. If the water is a little bigger when taking a shower, the water will easily overflow.

Our stay at Townhouse Apartments was made very special with the hospitality and kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the apartment and overall fantastic service provided. The staff went over we above to make me feel super special when they realised it was my birthday. This gesture was greatly appreciated.

We got free coffee, soup, fruit. The room was clean and everything we needed was there, hair dryer, shampoo etc. Close to the trains and busses. Room to store luggage when you want to explore Maastricht and have to check out. Loved Wyck, and especially the SPAR, coming from South Africa. Maastricht is an amazing city and staying at Town House made it even more special. Thank you.
