This was my first time staying at an EasyHotel but I will add to my list of preferred economical hotel chains (like Ibis and B&B). A tip for parking: the OL Vroeweparking is very close by but costs €70 for 48 hours. I parked the other side of the river at the Plein 1992 Q park and paid €34 (book in advance online) and it's only a short walk across the footbridge. The hotel is without extras and there isn't a breakfast option but there are loads of places to eat nearby (there is a drink and snacks machine). We were held up and so arrived just after midnight, but there is check in until 2am. Entrance was by ringing the bell at that time, which I liked from a security point of view.

Some noisy people in the corridor on the second morning, but not much the hotel can do about that.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and spoke great English. They were quick to apologise and offer to fix a few small issues we had. I expected it to be tiny and hard to move around but they did make good use of the space. USB chargers were handy for travellers from countries who used a different plug (meant we didn't have to get our converters out!) Location is amazing, Maastricht is gorgeous. I recommend La Bonne Femme for dinner, its just down the road! The view from our room was STUNNING!

It IS small due to the nature of it being an EasyHotel - I am plus size and I managed with my family, but if you are in a group of plus size people you might prefer somewhere with more space. One of our bedside lights was hanging off the wall, we didn't mind but reported it to staff just so they'd know about it for the next person - they were very apologetic though so definitely isn't a complaint. The USB slots were right under my pillow so I was a bit scared to charge things while sleeping incase I pulled or damaged our cables, which was just a bit of an inconvenience as I prefer to charge my phone overnight but again, not a complaint, just something to note!

Likes: I was so impressed with the staff. Each time I talked to them they were so friendly and helpful! One night I got noodles and some dessert but had no cutlery, and the lady at the desk was really happy to get me cutlery and show me how to use the hot water. When I arrived before check in, they were happy to help me store my luggage. The room was really comfortable and the heating worked well. The bathroom was clean. I had really good sleep. The location was perfect as well. I’d definitely stay here again. Dislikes: The areas around the window needed a good clean. There was some mould and the inner ledge had lots of stains from water glasses/food. Also the room could’ve done with a better vacuum.

It was a nice and simple place in a great location. It's perfect for people that haven't planned long stays as the rooms are quite small. However, it's the greatest value for money place in the city as per my research in the period I visited Maastricht (March 2025).

We would like to have some information in the reception desk but due to the fact that there was only one person there, every time that we needed something from the person in charge was very time consuming to reach our turn, but I think the business concept is to keep everything simple in order to retain a low price. However, the receptionists and the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful at any time.

I can fully recommend this hotel to everyone who need a comfortable, quiet place to sleep. The room was really small but I had everything I needed. It's possible to ask for extra towels, hair dryer or iron. It's warm, you can find an air conditioner in the room and change the temperature as you need. There was no breakfast, no fridge nor electric ketlle, but right next to the reception is automat with snacks and first aid (toothbrush) equipment and coffee/tea station. The hotel is placed right next to the city center with groceries, restaurants and everything. Pretty easy way from the train station to the hotel on foot.

There was really bad smell from the pipes in the bathroom sometimes.

Very nice room, minimalist but perfect for 2 days stay. Room was clean, quiet and we'll located to reach easily anywhere in the town centre. Beds are very comfortable, but pillows are big and not very soft (not an issue for me as I sleep without pillow most of the time). Overall, all 3 of us had a good sleep.

Small drawback was that there was no space to put your clothes. We had to keep them all in the luggage. For us it was fine as we stayed only 2 days, but it may be inconvenient for a longer stay.

The staff were very friendly and nice. They were always available. The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was very well planned and though it was small, the space was used very efficiently. The climate control worked very well. The bed was comfortable. The room was super clean.

There is no kettle in the room to make tea/coffee, but I understand that it is the concept of the hotel - no kettle, no fridge. This is not a complaint, I will be happy to stay in this hotel again!

The location was amazing. We went for the andre concert. Staff were very friendly, Very clean accommodation. Very comfortable beds. For the short time we were in the room they met our needs. Dropes were yummy at the front check in.

I was with my eighty three year old mother, and we took the elevator a couple times and we were stuck. Nothing broke, but there was about ten seconds of fear a few times. The only thing I was disappointed in were the windows in the room. It said courtyard view, But unless they provided a ladder to me... It felt like a jail because of the small windows almost three quarters of the way up the wall. I could not see the courtyard, Only the sky through the extremely narrow tiny windows. There is no way of escape in the case of a fire.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. The location is excellent. Although the rooms were very small they were comfortable and well equipped. The receptionist upon checking in was extremely welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed. As a person who works in the hospitality field I can say she was extremely professional and knew how to do her job. Keep up the good work and hopefully soon we will visit you again!

This is a nice hotel located just on the edge of the city center of Maastricht. If you just need a place to sleep and freshen up, it has everything you need. The rooms are clean and well furnished, and the shower worked great as well. There are many electrical outlets, including some USB, which I definitely appreciated.

The room was not well isolated, and it was on the ground floor facing the street and river. People seemed to gather and stand around there as well, so I heard a lot of voices quite loudly throughout the night. I sleep through everything, but this may be an issue for those who sleep light. Nothing else to complain about, really.
