The property was really clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and I liked that the room was spacious. However, it would have been helpful to have a desk to work at and/or place items on. It was very useful to have a large fridge and kettle.

Although the property is in the heart of Maastricht, for me this was a major problem because the restaurants and bars on the streets outside of the hotel were very noisy until very late at night. I also got woken up very early in the morning each day around 6 am because of the rubbish collection - the glass bottles were so extremely noisy when they were emptied into the van. Also, there is no air-conditioning in the hotel room, so because it was over 30°C it was unbearably hot at night. The electric fan didn’t really help, unfortunately.

I loved the location of this hotel. It's less than a 20-minute walk from the train station. So it's very convenient to get to. It is just around the corner from the best square in town: Basilica of Our Lady. The proximity to shops and bars and restaurants is a huge asset. The restaurant had an impressive menu, but I didn't eat there. The room was great. It was really like an apartment. There was sleeping for at least three people. In addition to the main room with the beds and mini fridge, etc, there was a sitting room and full bathroom. The staff were very kind and accommodating.

There isn't much that I didn't like. There isn't an elevator, but the man who checked me in carried my bags to my room. The bathroom was highly functional but a bit tight to get to the sink.

Fantastic location right in the center of the old town. The room exceeded our expectations. It was immaculate and spacious. The large windows looked out to the city, and we were just steps from everything. We wished that we had booked more nights at the property and in this lovely city.

Some may not like that the room is right near some busy restaurants, but we loved it. I also bring a small speaker when I travel and play white noise, which was all that was needed for a peaceful night's sleep. Check in was a bit tricky, but a phone call straightened everything out and we were able to access the lock box to get our keys. This was a minor inconvenience though.

Located in a lovely area of Maastricht with many options for eating and drinking and in very close proximity to major points of interest. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and spacious. Despite the lively location, good double-glazing ensured a good sleep! Staff on site could not have been more helpful.

A very minor gripe: the hairdryer was fixed to the wall of the bathroom and so could not be used if someone else needed to shower or use the bathroom. A strange choice, given all of the other space available but hardly a game-changer!

very centrally located, very comfortable room, large and spacious, coffee and tea were provided. Bed was comfy as were the linens provided. The staff was great and accommodating in the bistro downstairs.

Only issue is that being in a city you will have noise during night and early morning. with some ear plugs its doable.

What was there to dislike? Everything exceeded our expectations!!!! As far as we are concerned there is now only one place to stay in Maastricht. We also booked in for dinner on the night of our arrival and it was so lovely to just sit back, have a delicious meal and people watch. The place was spotless and as for the beds- just heaven. This was a trip delayed by two years due to COVID which turned out to be our gain.

Excellent location. Didier our host was very friendly as were all the staff. Room 2 on the front of the hotel was quiet. Blackout curtains on the front too were great.

Central location, only 8 mins walk to main shopping centre with lots of shops and cafes all nearby. The room was a decent size with separate living space with sofa. Coffee machine and fridge facilities were fantastic!

Wifi was poor, had to use mobile data the entire time.

Amazing location, comfortable beds, clean, friendly staff, coffee and tea in the room, everything was pretty new and the interior was nice. Would recommend to anybody that travels to Maastricht :)

Excellent location, spacious, clean and bright room. Nice mattress and good refrigerator, handy bathroom. The staff was very friendly.

It is a bit noisy early in the morning, when trucks deliver goods to the stores nearby, and in the evening on weekends, due to the noise from people hanging outside the nearby bars.
