Perfect location, walking distance to most of Maastricht's attractions. Parking on site. Staff was nice. We appreciated the really large double beds. We were a family of 3 (2 adults and one child) and we had enough space to sleep comfortably with all of us.

Sorry to say but on-site breakfast is overpriced. Because of weather and travel arrangements the last day we've been forced to have breakfast at the hotel and we have been charged 88 Euro for 2 adults and one child. We paid less for dinner the evening before. Also the facility looks a bit outdated with visible wear and tear here and there. For the class of hotel I would expect better.

The ice machines on each floor were broken and unusable had to go to the bar on ground floor for ice. We didn’t realise the city tax was an added extra at the end of the stay which gave us a surprise, this could have been explained to us at checkin and maybe should be added in the room rate when booking. This incurred a fee on my Mastercard which was used as a holding fee, it was however reversed but still incurred a fee.

Staff were really friendly. Location was perfect. We really enjoyed exploring the main town then heading back over the bridge for a drink or 2 outside looking over the river.

The room never seemed to be dusted. Was clean on arrival but during our stay, housekeeping tend to not dust. The coffee cup was not changed either. I only had a drink one morning so it was no big deal but they never changed it. I also came back one day and caught a young cleaning lad smelling my perfumes lol. Luckily I didn't mind.

Check in / check out was smooth although they could have at least two receptionists working instead of just one.

Breakfast is somewhat disorganized. Personell tries, but there is confusion when it comes to getting the client to a table and then getting them their coffee or tea. We typically had to ask for coffee or tea and then had to wait quite a bit. The first thing you really want is a drink and not food! However, there is plenty of choice in food and drinks.

What is there not to like! Perfect location, perfect views, located so close to the town. The staff were incredible and so friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic! Choice was exceptional and traditional. Rooms were large and comfortable and the morning coffee overlooking the river was a treat. Perfect and thank you

I have limited manoeuvrability as does my mother, and accessing the toilets was inadequately signposted when the lifts were available for people with problems. On one occasion my dad had to stop an elderly woman from attempting the stairs with a zimmer frame as they were unaware the lift went down to that level. Also…the two steps leading out to the riverside are quite dark, and for people walking in from outside they can be hazard. On an occasion a gentleman tripped up them as he hadn’t seen them. Otherwise perfect

Central location, & next to the river. Staff were pleasant. Clean, with an attractive dining area. Comfortable beds. Efficient lifts. Room temperature just right during a heatwave.

Breakfast far too expensive - we ate out at a nice little coffee lounge facing the hotel for half the price. Long wait when checking in - nearly 20 minutes. English channels on tv not always available - variable signal. Not impressed by having to pay to use the room safe.

The room was nice as it had both two queen beds and the river view. It was important for me that the hotel had a direct access to the parking. Also, when on foot, there is an entrance from the embankment and I enjoyed very much exiting the hotel towards the river every morning.

There is only a staircase (i.e. no lift) between the parking and the hotel, which could potentially be a bit tricky for some guests.

Great location to access the centre of Maastricht. We took our dog, this was no problem and a food bowl was provided. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, plenty of room to relax. Also the lounge areas downstairs are ideal to relax if you are travelling in a family group as we were.

There was plenty of parking provided (underground garage) but it was EUR22 per night. Also the price of EUR29 per night fo our dog was quite expensive in my experience.

I felt very welcome from the minute I came in to the hotel. The staff was extra much taking care and everybody was always smiling and also asking if there were anything that could do for us. I travelled woth my mother and we were both so happy with the hotel and hotel staff. Also big bonus to have the best hair dresser inside the hotel. He was also 100% and gave us lot of warm welcome. Wonderful location, on the river bank, short lovely walk to the touristic part of the old town full of life, shops, bars and restaurants. Cordial staff, comfortable room and a lovely breakfast room with the river views.

It should be mentioned that there is NO elevator to reach the parking garage from the hotel, instead one has to use quite steep stairs. We only had an overnight bag so it was ok for us, but we witnessed people struggling with large amounts of luggage.
