The stay itself was lovely, room was clean and the location was good but with the construction works going on the access to the hotel was limited and dusty. Great location with one of the most beautiful streets in The Hague across the road.

The access and although the staff were very kind they seemed a little inexperienced behind the desk. We had an issue where one morning someone walked into our room unannounced and we still were not informed to who it was. They left immediately but this was a concern. The staff were apologetic but never got back to us when who it was.

Clean, air condition perfection control, reception really good people.

The QPark beneath the hotel has been refurbished recently and the IT is absolutely rubbish . Entry is hit and miss. Intercom resolution of problems is poor. It may not be owned by Hilton but it affects our view of the property and needs grabbing hold of. It undermined our appreciation of the hotel. No doubt about it. We also had intended to have dinner one night in the restaurant. Having read the oriental Peruvian good combination I frankly thought Hilton had gone mad at a major European destination like this. Nothing we’d have wanted to eat. So we ate out.

Everything was taken care of nicely. Breakfast was great and so was dinner at the restaurant. Good environment. Room was spacious and nice. Technical issues were promptly taken care of. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet hotel.

No help with luggage. No toiletries, other than shampoo and the like, fixed to the wall. I missed all kinds of things one would expect in a bathroom, like a glass. It looked like they forgot to put anything in there. No slippers or robe. They kindly provided the robe though, when I asked. Bed was quite hard, a softer feeling would add to the experience.

Location of Hilton The Hague is very good since it is close to Noordeinde shoppping and culinary district. Our corner suire is pretty spacious albeit furnishings need immediate upgrade. Staffs were hospitable and helpful. We were given permission to checked-in earlier. So nice!! Overall a pleasant stay.

(1) Furnishings and interior are shown its age and feels old and dark. (2) Parking is horrible. We parked our car at the nasement. On the 1st day after checked-in for 2 hours of parking, we decided to go out for early dinner. The garage charged uf € 24 for 2 hours!! That is insane....

Super nice hotel, modern and comfortable, very clean. I stayed in an executive double and the bathroom was quite large

No ramp from the street level to the sunken reception. I had a super heavy suitcase and was disappointed by this. Maybe you can also access reception via the restaurant without needing to use stairs but if so, this should be signposted. Also the room was a bit cold. The air conditioning controls seemed to make little difference so I asked for them to bring a portable radiator. Once this was turned on it was a much cosier experience.

Comfortable rooms and good amenities provided. Definitely one of the fancier stays given the brand and price point. Opted in for breakfast buffet for one night, which was good but was a tad expensive for the options available.

Cleanliness was good but could be improved. For instance, I had to give the mugs a second rinse and there was stale water in the kettle when I had first arrived, but otherwise mild matters.

Clean.

Besides the name, I think it is not 5 star hotel and they need to invest in new furnitures. Breakfast was very good, but some of the employes were running up and down and it gave a feeling that you also need to rush. They did not have baby high chairs, even very normal restaurant has them let alone 5 star hotel. And for the price, they should include also parking.

Stylish. Comfortable. Helpful staff. Nice food. Safe.

No discount for longer stay. Final booking invoice is complicated and deposit only released a week later. Inner courtyard needs properly landscaping. Flowers in the bar are plastic; a trivial point maybe, but an opportunity to show Dutch renowned garden skills is missed? I’ve used the Hilton for years and continue to advocate on its potential for improvement. They need to do more for loyal customers.
