The hotel staff were welcoming and very helpful throughout the stay. They were able to check us in earlier with our early flight arrival as well as provided us with late check out. The facilities were very good and we were provided with everything we requested. Good location of hotel to access the metro and train to the airport or Amsterdam. We hired a bike for the week, which you could park outside the hotel. Best method of travel around the city.

The bathroom has a large frosted glass facing the bedroom, which was a little inappropriate for a twin room being shared between friends. We managed to use towels and hangers to cover this space for more privacy but it would be good to have an optional cover for rooms that are not for couples.

Nice view from the high floor, clean room, and good breakfast. Everything was ok.

The bathroom has no door and a glass wall, which makes it difficult to use without disturbing others — especially when someone, like my child, is sleeping in the room, due to the light and noise. We came down for breakfast right at opening time, and there were so many people that it was even hard to get out of the elevator. I recommend going a bit later, after the crowd has entered the restaurant.

Very nice hotel near the WTC in a quiet environment. Great view from the 19th floor. Has a nice bar as well with very friendly staff.

Breakfast in the weekend starts at 8:00, which is later than I had hoped as we had to leave earlier. I couldn't find the breakfast hours anywhere on booking.com. Keep this in mind when selecting the breakfast in advance. So, sadly we didn't get the chance to get it. A breakfast box was offered instead, but of course has a lot less value. Parking is very close-by (WTC parking), but expensive.

Next to world trade centre with parking garage of WTC connected to hotel. A plus. Good reception staff on in and out.

Initiative for not having housekeeping services during our two night stay was one free drink voucher in the hotel issued on the morning of our check out (coffee/soft). One drink for two guests. Why not two? Also why not issue those earlier as the day of departure for us is often busy.

Good location next to a tram station and major train station. Very friendly staff who give good service. Good breakfast buffet and dinner menu at the restaurant.

My whole family was disappointed that the Gym is outside of the hotel and guests need to pay a fee. It was closed on Christmas Day. This should not be listed as a facility of the hotel. The room keys are too sensitive to mobile phone that our keys malfunctioned a lot.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms are tidy, clean, and very spacious. The staff was very pleasant. We especially liked the option to choose not to have our room cleaned during our stay, and in return receive a free drink at the bar. A very eco-friendly and convenient option if you’re staying just a few nights. All in all, we’ll be back!

After a long journey, absolutely exhausted, this was a delightfully clean and well-designed room to flop down in. The staff were very welcoming and called up to make sure I was happy with everything. Loved being able to have a hot bath too. Comfy beds, so a good night’s sleep. Loved the 12noon check out. Ordered room service and enjoyed the food. Well worth considering for a stay in The Hague.

Very nice business hotel that is very reasonably priced during the weekend. Good beds, great views. Large room. Connections to the main train station and trams throughout the city make this hotel more accessible than the location might initially indicate.

Shower panels don’t keep water from spilling onto floor. Probably would not pay full price, certainly not for the breakfast. Take the tram two stops to Spui and eat at HEMA.

The room was a good size and well appointed. It was lovely having a fridge we could use rather than a pointless minibar. The beds were very comfortable and the shower pressure was good. The staff were great, cleanliness was too, and I would return.

There was a large window between the bathroom and the bedroom. It was frosted, but not very well… it left little to the imagination so would have been nice to have been highlighted on booking as was sharing a twin room with a male friend! Location wise it’s in the middle of the business district, so at weekends almost everything is closed.

Great location (7-8 min walking from the train station). Nice and clean rooms. Nice view. Very tasty breakfast with lots of choices.

The only downside for me was the receptionists behaviour. The check-in went very smoothly and fast. They even offered me a cup of hot chocholate to get warm (it was cold and rainy when I traveled). The "but" is that they (meaning, two ladies from the reception), for some reason, on my check-in process, talked between them in dutch and laughed mentioning my home country. I am not saying that they laughed at me or anything remotely close, I'm just saying this is not a professional behaviour from their part.
