Great family stay – good value for money! We stayed as a family of four and had a really pleasant experience overall. The hotel offered good value for money compared to other places we’ve stayed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Breakfast was definitely a highlight – lots of options and everything was fresh and tasty. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The pool area and fitness were nice and clean. The spa was a lovely bonus – relaxing atmosphere, and the facilities were modern. It wasn’t a full luxury spa experience, but still a great way to unwind after a day out. The only downside was the bathroom setup. There was no bidet in the main bathroom, and while there was a separate toilet with a bidet, it didn’t have a sink, which was a bit inconvenient. All in all, we were happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families. With a few small improvements, it could easily be a 9 or 10.

Everything was ok!

The staff were not particularly friendly and, unfortunately, lacked professionalism. They insisted I pay for my stay in advance using an unfamiliar, external link, which felt insecure and made me uncomfortable. Even though I had already secured the booking with my credit card, there was no clear communication that full payment was mandatory in advance to keep the reservation, despite receiving confirmation from Booking.com. This confusing approach contradicts the convenience I expect when using Booking.com, where I rely on a straightforward booking process without the need for repeated, uncomfortable interactions or unexpected payment links.

Hotel was excellent. Rooms really good standard and very clean. We were licky to have a room at the back of the hotel facing the Twiskje which made it even better. Air conditioning in the room was great and easy to regulate. Used the Sauna, steam room and pool in the fitness centre which is on the top floor which was excellent. We ate at the restaurant on one evening and had lunch at the bistro/cafe. The food was really good standard, decent portions and value for money. Staff excellent. Very helpful. The hotel also has a shuttle service which you take to the north ferry terminal where you can easily get to the Centraal station side. Enjoyed a very relaxing few days.

It was parking availability right in front. Also, an amazing restaurant, the food was 10 out of 10 and I promised it was very affordable. And a casino 🎰 inside, too. Also an indoor pool and a gym, rooms with a balcony. I was very satisfied and impressed. And a little store with 24-hour availability where you can get anything you may have forgotten or need.

The hotel location is 20 minutes out of the city. They do have a shuttle service, but its like minutes to walk to from the hotel 🏨. And I would not Recommed to order a taxi ever. Please order an Uber. And don't try to leave around 17:00 -17:30 to get to the city since the bridge will be blocked for at least 30 minutes.

Superior breakfast. Really nice and professional staff. Ability to get with dog to the breakfast area / eat at lobby if 3 corner tables were taken.

Often outside of the hotel (parking space, underground parking) there was terrible smell at different times of the day / night. Dog fee is really high and the 100euro deposit is nowhere mentioned on booking.

The hotel is really good one, very clean and quite with nice rooms. Has a suttle that takes you to the ferry for 2.5 € that that's something good except that it doesn't go all the time. The rooms are very good big with very nice bathroom having separate shower and bath and also the WC was in a separate room.

The staff when arriving wasn't very good and not helpfull. They didn't told us about the shuttle so we had to hire a taxi for 25 € when they had a transport for 2.5 € going to the same place. In general the amability of the staff is horrible not helping at all in our needs. This is a 4 stars hotel that costs nearly 300 € per night i think they should treat us lots much better. The breakfast at 18.5€ was nothing exceptional , had to fight to get an omelette done as i'm alergic to lactose and the cooker was there didn't want to do it after 15 minutes chat he agreed. Also non vegan meal and non alergic information in any of them products.

Exceptional hotel, huge spacious rooms with great amenities and separate toilet and bathroom, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff always willing to help. Large free parking lot (partially indoor and partially outdoor - great for rainy days), with elevator taking us directly from the indoor parking to our floor. An indoor pool, sauna and gym.

The location is good only if you have a car.

The breakfast was very complete. The room spacious and with both the rain shower and hydro massage bath were amazing. All very clean and neat. Very well isolated, and the amenities in the room are a plus!

Comfortable hotel, great lobby and restaurant. Good coffee in rooms, view from higher floors is great. Free parking is a big bonus. Cycling trails directly from hotel. Balconies for some fresh air

Beds and pillows could be more comfy. Location is far from central, you should have a car ideally. Alternatively, you can cycle to the ferry, then take this over. Alternatively, 17 minute walk to a bus stop.

Exactly the standard I expected

It could have been clearer about distances or transport options to get to the hotel from Centraal. Also some more vegan breakfast options would be good. Booking.com could make it clearer about the hotel handling payments. I thought Booking.com handled everything so I was hesitant about being contacted for payments directly.
